To answer your questions, You should set your Set Issue Security permissions to be Administers only. That way your agents don't set the security level. They can't see the field either. Reporters will be able to create requests. Issue security doesn't apply until the issue is created. For visibility after issue creation,…

Catch you around in 2024!

If you're setting up issue security, you need to set your issue security scheme where the project admin is at the elevated level that sets security level. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-issue-level-security-938847117.html

Hello @Melany Pérez Picado ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The first thing I would say to you is "don't give up". I think you're close and will pass the next time. The good thing about the results email you got is you can focus on the topics where you need assistance. It looks like you need heavy study on topics 3,…

Are you on a free or paid version of Bitbucket?
-
There really isn't anything you can do. They "own" the email account. If they've connected to Atlassian Access with their verified domain, they can see your "rogue" Bitbucket repo/workspace and have chosen to do nothing.

Hello @Sujit Mohanty ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! A managed account means that the company you used to work for claimed the email domain and controls the email accounts under that email domain. So, they are the only ones to delete that account or set the account to non-managed.

Any chance of getting screenshots? That may help us figure out the root cause.

Hello @Roblox Foxxx ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The truth is, a JSM knowledgebase uses Confluence for its storage. You can select which spaces and pages are seen by JSM for the knowledge base. JSM Agents can use their JSM licenses to view and edit knowledge base pages (stored in Confluence) from JSM. JSM…

There was an incident earlier in the day which affected User search. It may be mostly resolved by now. https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/

Hello @Brady Rau ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It doesn't appear so.

Hello @Anne-Sophie ANDERSSON ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This sounds like your Jira administrator made some changes over the weekend and removed that field, or removed visibility to that field. You may find your solution after talking with him/her.

Happy to help!

Hello @mail2satish _b ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The only option I see is if your email domain is set up as a subdomain of your parent company (e.g. mail.company.com ) Subdomains have to be separately verified. Hope this helps

So, are you looking at each issue as a certificate... and you use Due Date as the date of expiration for the certificate. Create an automation with the following parameters: Trigger: Scheduled (daily at a specified time) and run the following JQL: due date <= 2w Action: Send email notification

For certifications, you can go to the Atlassian Certification portal (https://www.certmetrics.com/atlassian/default.aspx), and change your emails in the Contact Info tab.

Wow, this and having @Ree Kent and @Joanna Thurmann on The Jira Life today brings back memories of my first Atlassian certification exam experience. I was working with my co-workers to study for the ACP-600 exam that just came out. I had done verification exams before for other tools and wasn't sure how it would turn out.…

Hello @Gene Sullivant Yes, you can edit the list of Resolutions that all projects will use. Details are here. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-statuses-resolutions-and-priorities/#Add--edit--and-delete-a-resolution

Cloud does support SSO. You need to add Atlassian Access, a separate product that connects your Atlassian Cloud organization with your IdP. https://www.atlassian.com/software/access

Hello @Muhammad Amjad ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This is a fantastic question! As someone who looks at questions to try and deliver answers here are a few things that I long for. 1. Screenshots of the error, configurations, etc 2. relevant log entries 3 Anything that helps establish context

So, what type of projects are you migrating from Cloud to Data Center? It looks like the binary you have is for Jira Service Management(JSM).
-
Hello @Matt Adasczik ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, Server licenses are perpetual and will allow you to run your Bitbucket Server. The EOL affects maintenance agreements, which prevent you from receiving new versions and security updates.

I think the JirAmigo sombreros will have to wait until Alex and I meet after Christmas and go sombrero shopping.

I did shop online today, but didn't receive a "Cyber Monday" deal. But it's OK. This one you may be interested in, @Andy Gladstone @Alex Ortiz finally released some TJL merchandise. I ordered a few different colors.…

I think at this point, @Martin Klampferer you should just submit the link to a public Git repo where it's stored. Otherwise this topic will extend to infinity with all the requests.

Welcome, @Charlie Misonne !

If you have solid experience as a Jira admin on Cloud, I'd say go for ACP-120. ACP-120 is really geared to Jira administrators and is very challenging.

Hello @allidoiswin ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Sorry to hear you're getting these invitations. If you still have the invite, you should forward it to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse so they can take down the Cloud site.
