My requirements changed on this, so I don't need to set this up. Your answer seems correct.

Hi Marc: Just to be clear, you're talking about an Atlassian Marketplace app, and not the built-in functionality in JSM? I found at least two: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226239/surveys-for-jsm?hosting=cloud&tab=overview…

Can you provide more details such as what time tracking mechanism you are using? I don't think the out-of-the-box time tracking mechanism records time "on/off the clock".

hello @Darya Kolyvanova ! Using the flag allows teams to easily identify issues as blocked. Setting or unsetting the flag can include a comment of the nature of the impediment. Time is not suspended when using a flag. The Jira Life podcast (put on by @Rodney Nissen and @Alex Ortiz ) recently talked about using the flag…

Hello @Benchmatrix IT Support ! If Affected Hardware, Conference Call, Severity, and MS Teams are custom fields, you can specify that they not appear on the Request Form and put them on the Issue View. That way your customers won't see those fields, but your agents will. Hope this helps!

On the Standard plan, you can pay up to 50000 users, as long as you pay for their licenses. Up to 10 users only refers to the Free plan. The licensing of Confluence features in JSM only refers to viewing and creating/updating Knowledgebase articles within JSM. I'd take a look at the Billing Details page to see just how…
-
Are you currently on the trial plan of Confluence Cloud? I've seen on trials the number of licenses grow as you grant product access to users. https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/give-users-access-to-products/

It sounds like you want to migrate projects created by qTest (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211480/jira-integration-qtest-enterprise?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) into a different tool/Marketplace App, Xray (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211769/xray-test-management-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview)…

I think you have to provide more context. It sounds like you have a custom field in Jira that references a Project object in Assets? Are you looking at Automation to create the asset?
-
Have you looked at the REST API for Assets? https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/assets/rest/api-group-object/#api-object-id-put

Are 10 Confluence Standard licenses purchased? you can find out in https://my.atlassian.com

Did we do it? I think I was like #100

No specific ports I know of, but Atlassian publishes the domains and CIDR ranges that you need to include in your allowlist for migration from Server to Cloud. https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/

I think Smart Values are your friend. If your User Asset has the Email address as an attribute, it might look something like this: {{issue.Request For.Email}} No need for quotes or parentheses (I think)
-
The question I have in mind is what issue type would you add the happiness factor custom field. I could see this possible on a "Retrospective" custom issue type as a home for this field.
-
One thing I didn't see in your User picker attribute was which Atlassian groups were selected. You may need to have that populated.

Hello @Megan Ryan ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! SSO for Atlassian products like Trello is done through a product called Atlassian Access. You need this set up so you can then configure SAML to your identity provider (in your case, Azure AD). Initial instructions are…

Hello @Venz ! Welcome to the Atlassian community! A license to a Jira product grants you access to the product-specific features for that Jira product. For example, a Jira Software license allows you to see boards and set up versions and releases. You still can do mostly things such as viewing issues, enter comments and…
-
@Saumya Bhatt , I think you're going to have to be specific on what platforms (server/DC, cloud) your source and destination instance so I can help out.
-
Hello @Saumya Bhatt ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If your destination server is empty (no projects), you could make a backup of your source server with projects and import that into your destination server. If your destination server has projects and you are picking and choosing projects to move to your…

Hello @Yeghishe Hovhannisyan ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! MSSQL 2022 doesn't appear to be supported on Bitbucket Server/Data Center. https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/supported-platforms-776640981.html#Supportedplatforms-databasesDatabases

Hello @brian_ho_supernal_aero! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you're on Data Center, you're going to be fine. The End of Life is for Server only.

Is the project a team-managed project or a company-managed project?

The default configuration has a notification sent when the request is created. You can find this in your Project Settings->Customer Notifications. This doesn't differentiate by request type, though. If you're looking to specialize by Request Type you could set up Automation that looks at the request type created, and based…

Any Assets gurus out that can help me correct my thinking?

I've done all I can. I submitted a ticket to Atlassian and made them aware of this Community question.

Same here. Did you submit a ticket to Atlassian Support?
