Hello @Victor Mesa ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Bitbucket would be its own separate licensing. So, you'd license only those that would be using it (10). Licensing info for Bitbucket is here: https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/bitbucket#bitbucket-cloud Hope this helps

You're welcome. If you think that's the answer, please accept it so others know too.

Hello @Duangrudee ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, the Jira issue key is the "ticket number" to the Jira issue. It's made up of the Project Key (up to 10-letter ID of the project), a dash, and then the number. It needs to be in the commit message so integration works between Jira and Bitbucket (or GitLab or…

I think that's it! Thanks @Mikael Sandberg ! Now onto setting a second Asset field based on {{lookupObjects}}!
-
Hello @Lars Olesen ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! To be able to make these changes, you should be a Project Admin. Basically, you're listed under Project Settings -> People as "Administrator". Let's see if that's working first.

Hi @Steve M_ Zak Have you looked at the following? https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0822/upgrading-jira-applications-1142237108.html

I too am subscribed (on my work account. I think my "regular" Google account was already subscribed). Time to "roll tape" on Rodney's and my performance!
-
@C_ von Maltzahn : Do you have an Atlassian account that's tied to your work email (e.g. Partner domain is part of the email address)? If so, you should select Get Access to the Partner Portal using that Atlassian account.

If our path takes us to Chris Cooke, it's best to side with someone that's beat him before! 😉 Time to begin our QuizWiz journey together!

Hello @Drishti Maharaj There isn't a way of doing this "out of the box". Your best bet is to use a Marketplace App like Configuration Manager for Jira. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211611/configuration-manager-for-jira-cmj?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hello @Thing Rui Koh _ARRIS Global Services_ Inc__ ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm not sure how a Microsoft page relates to Confluence.
-
Ever since my son was a Cub Scout, we'd go to the National Cemetery in Arizona (about 5 minutes from where we live) on the Saturday before Memorial Day and help plant flags on the graves. It helps us understand the significance of the holiday and brings comfort to the families.

Hello @joe vee tew ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Your JSM customers and agents are entitled to use Confluence for viewing Knowledgebase articles. If they view the KB articles from JSM (via portal for customers, or from the Jira interface for Agents) they don't consume Confluence licenses, it's part of the…
-
Hello @yahya_narvil ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! To have each client with their own portal, you'd have to create a project that corresponds to each client.
-
From the portal, customers can view their requests, leave comments on their requests, all without going on the Jira interface. They could view all requests, if permissions are set up correctly.
-
Hello @Braden Jennings ! Welcome to the Atlassian community! Jira Service Management is unique in that there are several different user types involved, and depending on the type of user, you don't consume a JSM license. Customers create the tickets, either through a portal , via email, or by Slack/MSTeams. Customers do not…

Hello @Hana Kučerová The goal of the upgrades is to give you the ACP-610 equivalent which has both Project Management and Agile Software components. So if you have the Agile Software certification, you upgrade by adding knowledge from Extended Project Administration (ASB-618). If you have the Project Administration…

Excellent summary!

Hello @Esteban Tello ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This Knowledgebase article should help you out! https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/connect-the-confluence-cloud-migration-assistant-to-atlassian-cloud-976753742.html
-
Looks like a good plan. If you want to extend your knowledge of Service management, you could always take ACP-420. But this is probably a good plan overall, if you're looking to stay in Server/DC area of expertise.

Welcome @Idris AIT MOULAY I'm going to see if I can get the attention from someone at Atlassian.

Do you know if you're on a team-managed project or a company-managed project? Team-managed projects don't allow more than one board.

Hello @Fong Xu ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This previous question talks about the same thing with regard to Release Date: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/How-can-I-use-the-release-date-of-a-version-in-JQL/qaq-p/1753211 I found the same thing where I couldn't use Release Date as a…

Product-wise: it was the Atlassian Intelligence and Confluence Whiteboards. People-wise: it was meeting new people and reuniting with familiar faces.

Hello @Mo Bhimji Archiving issues can only be done on Data Center. You can archive projects in Cloud and that may bring your storage usage down. Storage and their limits really points to how many attachments and avatars you use.

Happy May Day! (or is it Lei day?)
-
@Jason Freeze Can you be more specific about the shortcomings you see? I can understand it can be frustrating, but many of my clients are happy with JSM Cloud.
-
Hello @Piotr Jurkowski ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! To enable full integration between the apps in your network and Atlassian Cloud, you need to set up Application Tunnels. This page should start your journey understanding what they are and how to configure them.…

You might have to check out Marketplace apps such as Project Templates for Jira. Here's a query string: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=project%20templates
