Hello @Harry(정주현) ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! There's an active incident with Confluence Cloud in the Asia Pacific region. Details are here. https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/

Right back at you!

What you''re looking for are transition screens. You can define a screen to appear when a transition occurs as seen below. More information here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/work-with-issue-workflows/
-
For issues with more than one component, Jira goes looks at the components in alphabetical order. For example, if A is set to default assignee, and B is set to component lead, Jira will look at the settings for A, and then B.

Hello @Niklas Lerchenmüller ! Welcome to the Atlassian community! The way I see it, Jira Software and Jira Service Management use the same interface when you log in until you select your project. Once you select a JSM project, then all the JSM elements you want (e.g. queues, SLAs) then appear.

You might want to try transferring the products from your "Confluence organization" to your "Jira organization". This will (upon success) delete your "Confluence organization". https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/transfer-products-to-another-organization/
-
You want both Confluence and Jira in the same organization. You can then set up product access to the same set of users for the different tools.

@Nick Dobbs and @Frank Vollebregt , have you contacted Atlassian Support on this? https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
Are the tickets of identical issue type? If you have different issue types on the board, are they the same workflow? Screenshots may help.
-
Hello @Nick Dobbs ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The way board columns work is that they are mapped to one or more workflow statuses. Even then, any conditions or validators for the transition have to be met to successfully move an issue from one column to another (one mapped status to another). I would check to see…

One more permissions to check: Move Issues
-
I smell permissions. Do you have permissions (particularly Browse Projects and Create Issues) for your destination projects?

In addition to what @Laurie Sciutti and @Jack Brickey have, a key thing not available in the Free plan is everyone with access is a product admin, you can't set project roles, and you can't set issue security. Details…
-
Hello @Joao Resende ! Can you expand on the action to create the Story to see what fields you populate? I'm looking to see if you add the Sprint.
-
Hello, @Sascha Ungar ! Data residency is not available on the Free plan.

Hello @Sunoop Puthur When you upgrade plans, you start on the trial period for the upgraded plan. In this case, you'd be on the Premium trial period (30 days). Your invoice should cover only the 12 days of Standard.

You can't form parent-child relationships if both issue types are at the same level.

Hello @Papadopoulos_ Sophia _LS_ , Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you intend to go beyond the standard 3-stage hierarchy (Epic-Standard-SubTask), you need to set this custom hierarchy in Plans (aka. Advanced Roadmaps). It's from there that you can see the linkages to Initiative.…
-
@Kevin Dickson For company-managed projects, you determine requiredness through field configurations. The best thing for you is to create a field configuration, set Target Start and Target End to required on it, then associate the new field configuration to Epics on the project's field configuration scheme. Your project…
-
Hello @Nejla Turk ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you're looking to move individual Jira issues from one project in the first site to a project on another site, you're going to have to export the issue(s) into a CSV file and then import the CSV file using the import tool. Details are…

Without knowing the details of your project, I can't answer for certain. I do know that roles, project permissions, and issue-level security are not configurable in the Free plan, so it is possible that you will lose that.…
-
Hello, @Mesum Muhammad ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community! @Jack Brickey is 100% spot on. That page will show you all the features you will lose. I just wanted to add that you can only do this if you have 10 users or fewer. If you have more than 10 users on Premium, you need to remove access to some users until you reach…

Hello @Ashwini Syamanur Are you creating SubTasks in your User Story or creating Tasks? There's a difference. A Task is a Standard Issue Type, which is at the same level as a Story. Tasks can never be children of Stories. You can create SubTask Issue Types (the default is SubTask) which can be children of Standard Issue…

Hi Betsy: So what you probably have right now are sites in two organizations (your company and the acquired company). The first step is probably to transfer all sites from the acquired company's organization to your company's organization. After that, you need to look at whether to keep the sites separate or migrate…
