Thanks for the shoutout @Derek Fields _RightStar_ - your feature request ha been added to our backlog.

Hi @simarpreet singh , please specify 'I cannot proceed further' since everything is working as expected on my instance given the expression above, e.g.

Hi @Bharathi , Given the correct field codes for your fields A and B (here referred to as AAAAA and BBBBB), an expression could look like this: %{AAAAA} != null AND %{BBBBB} != null ? (setNumber("score",getMatchingValue(%{AAAAA},["Very High","High","Medium","Low","Very Low"],[5,4,3,2,1]) * getMatchingValue(%{BBBBB},["Very…

Hi @simarpreet singh , given your field A with the field code 12345, your expression could look like this: %{12345} = "yes" ? 1 : (%{12345} = "no" ? 0 : null) Please let me know if that solves your requirement. Cheers Thorsten

Hi @SWAPNIL SRIVASTAV , is there a particular reason you're asking for the combination of a JWT schedule and a scripted field? Given JWT, you could simply configure your schedule (see the examples including holidays here: https://apps.decadis.net/display/JWT/Schedules+Definition+Grammar#SchedulesDefinitionGrammar-Examples)…

Hey, there seems to be a superfluous blank at the end of the video URL breaking the link. Cheers to the capital
-
Hi @Евгений Гринченко , which condition are you actually using? Cheers Thorsten
-
Hi @denizkaradal , The complete list of functions (extended by various examples) can be found here: https://apps.decadis.net/display/JWT/Expression+Parser
-
Hi @denizkaradal , Thanks for the feedback. However, your solution should be there already then: The expression {01234} < min(releaseDates(%{00074})) should transition to status x - if your custom date is lower than the lowest release date it's lower than all release dates. The expression {01234} >…
-
Hi @denizkaradal , Of couse you can check against multiple versions as well, e.g. max(releaseDates(%{00074})) returns the largest date and min(releaseDates(%{00074})) returns the lowest date. Cheers Thorsten
-
Hi @denizkaradal , In order to use the actual release date, please use an expression like this (assuming an issue only has one fix version): first(releaseDates(%{00074})) > {01234} The field code itself that you have used only returns the version name. Cheers Thorsten

Hi @Dan Maxwell , while this isn's possible in Jira out of the box, there is a huge category of workflow apps on the Atlassian Marketplace adding this kind of functionality (see https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?category=Workflow), e.g. * Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWE), JSU Automation Suite for Jira Workflows…
-
Hi @Phil Harman , assuming you're using a classic project, please do the following: * Add a new screen, e.g. Time Tracking Workflow Screen and add the field Time Tracking (see https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/defining-a-screen-938847288.html) * Add this screen to the transition leading to In Progress in…

Hi @Irina Vaganova , just for the record: you can also grant 'normal' users the permission to use the Space Admin Browser without them actually being space administrators (see https://apps.decadis.net/display/SPAD/Admin+Guide). Update: with the latest version 2.3.0 of Space Admin for Confluence, you can drag and drop pages…

You're very welcome - glad that I could help!
-
Hi @Salcher Marco , please try %{00000} + " - " + ^% 00000 being the field code for the current issue's summary (the new parent) and ^% the dynamic reference for each component selected. Given an issue with the summary MySummary and the components CompA and CompB selected, the result sub-tasks would be named as follows: *…

Hi @simarpreet singh , the matching expression for JWT is as simple as count(filterByStatus(issuesUnderEpic(),"To Do")) If you want to add it as a conditional execution to a post function, the expression could look like count(filterByStatus(issuesUnderEpic(),"To Do")) < 10 Cheers Thorsten
-
Hi @Reid Talbot , Is there only one transition leading to your 'Done' status? Could you please add a screenshot of your workflow? Actually the resolution date would be the correct one to look for, but from what you're describing there seems to be a problem regarding setting the resolution. Cheers Thorsten
-
Hi @data data , If you're interested in 'the worklog-level', I'd kindly recommend evaluating xPort (see https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215632/xport-custom-worklog-export-for-jira?hosting=server) since it might provide the granularity needed here. I'm with you all the way that there's no such feature within Jira's…

Hi @ellie_jeurissen_z_co_nz , in order to clarify: you don't need to be a member of an administrator group (if that's what your administrators are afraid about). Being a member of a group that's been granted the Share dashboards and filters global permission is sufficient. Cheers Thorsten
-
+1 for Nic's approach. I'd put that "sub-task summary" on the transition screen only, use it for creating the sub-task and delete its value afterwards.
-
Hi @Van Kieu , if you have compatible request types at hand, this should be possible: However, classic could also be a good approach if you're going to customize your workflows - see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17434 Cheers Thorsten
-
Hi @Van Kieu , you should still be able to move those issues. Cheers Thorsten
-
Hi @Van Kieu , unfortunately next-gen projects seem to work differently - see https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/issue-and-request-types-in-classic-and-next-gen-projects/ That said, request types are independent in next-gen Service Desk projects…
-
Hi @Hassaan Khan , only users with a valid Jira Service Desk license aka. 'agents' are allowed to transition or edit issues in Service Desk projects. Cheers Thorsten
-
Hi @Van Kieu , welcome to the community. In order to understand the differences between issue types and customer request types, please see https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/jira-service-desk-evaluator-resources/jira-service-desk-issues-vs-requests Regarding your questions: * The customer request type should be…
-
Hi @wesley.segafredo , evaluating the substring() function will lead to an error when the components are actually empty. Given your scenario, the following expression should work: %{00094} = null ? true : substring(%{00094}, 0, 1) = "A" or substring(%{00094}, 0, 1) = "B" This would result in: * No component set - true *…
-
Hi @Juliana Miranda , in your screenshot, you've selected the status instead of the transition. Clicking on the arrow reading Cancel request for example should provide you with the option. You can't make a target status available for your customer but only the transition leading to a status. Cheers Thorsten
-
Hi @Andrew Laden , just wanted to point out that moving is in fact possible using Jira Workflow Toolbox - see https://apps.decadis.net/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=20187570 Besides the main part of the answer remains: the requirement isn't doable without an additional app. Cheers Thorsten
-
Hu @Juliana Miranda , make sure to tick the 'Show transition in the customer portal ' checkbox for the transitions you want to expose in your workflow configuration: Cheers Thorsten
