@sujata Birajdar Step 1 - please click on "back up your Jira data." Once a backup is done, you can go to Step 2 - click "Confirm and run." The second operation will upgrade a database. Those 2 steps will complete the BigPicture upgrade. There is no necessity to perform any other operations :)

@Joachim Reinke Your permissions are ok. Are you a Scope Owner as well? We would like to investigate your case individually. Please provide more details (preferably supported by screenshots) so that I am able to shed more light on your doubts. Please raise a ticket via our Service Desk.

@Sujata birajdar A database upgrade is an indispensable part of every version upgrade. It's an update of the BigPicture database schemas in order to keep BigPicture data integrity. Without this action, our app will not work properly. However, before enabling a DB upgrade, make sure you have made a full Jira back up.

Hello @Rob Horan Please be informed that works on the article are underway, but the publishing can take up to 7-8 months. I need to consider that the White Paper we prepare may be at a too high level of generality with no references to your particular situation. Therefore I would like to encourage you to direct contact…

Hello @Cesar Barragan Let me shed more light on the logic behind synchronization. By default, our app requires two points on the timeline (in other words, two dates) to generate a taskbar and determine the start and endpoints. Those points in time are the task's 'Start date" and 'End date' and are stored as 'Start date'…

Hello @Elaine Groenewald According to my understanding, you want to exclude from Program scope tasks in "Done" status. Please use the JQL filter, which narrows down your scope by excluding solved tasks. JQL: statusCategory != Done However, if you want to keep the full project in BigPicture Program and occasionally filter…

Hello @Rob Horan The two apps - BigPicture and Advanced Roadmap can be utilized together to get the maximum benefit out of Jira.
