Hi @Danna Levav , If you don't want to upgrade to the Premium (or Enterprise) plan of JSM, you can try our app called Customer Details for Jira Service Management. It allows collect and manage customers' data. They can be provided by agents as well as by customers on the customer portal. It's fully configurable and…

@Tenzing Doleck , this is how the post function works - they're executed on the existing issue. You can't use it on the Create issue screen when you don't have an issue yet. The same situation is with automation rules. You can do everything when the issue is created. What I can propose is trying our free app called Issue…

Great that it works! :)

Hi @Stefan M , The following text "Welcome! You can..." is an Introduction text configured under Project settings > portal settings. So, when you go to the Language support section, you have to select Portal content and change it there: "What can we help you with?" can't be translated. It's fixed text provided by JSM. Best…

Hi @Manas Shukla Thank you for sharing it! My first thought was "Should I import this file to every project separately? 😱". For example: - I have two .ics files: one for recurring holidays, second for individual holidays. - I want to import every file as a separate calendar. - I have 5 service projects. So I have to repeat…

Hi, What do you mean "trophies"? Could you please clarify or add some screenshots? Best, Kate
-
It looks like it's not possible. You can vote on this feature request: JRACLOUD-31912 to add support for this property Unfortunately, Language support in the project configuration doesn't support transitions 🤦♀️ As a workaround, you can name your transitions in both languages, for example: Reject / Rejeter.

Hi @Anas Gueroihi , Welcome to the community! These articles are about server, you are using cloud. What exactly do you want to translate? Links on the request details view, for example, Escalate or Cancel request? Any screenshot will be helpful. Best regards, Kate

Hi @Knia Robinson, You can achieve it using our app called Issue Templates Agent for Jira. Simply define a template for the pair "project + issue type" and apply it on the Create issue screen by selecting one from the Template field. If you need any support with configuration, book a short call with us:…

Hi, I'm not sure what mean "category". Are they request types? If yes, go to the project settings > Portal settings and change the order of the request types or groups. Best regards, Kate
-
I know that it's not the best solution - the number of custom fields in your Jira instance can grow very quickly which is not the best practice. But currently, there is no alternative :(
-
Hi @Alvaro Riera Elena , There is no custom field that allows you to achieve it. Also, no addon. What you can do is create a text field and add it to the form where your customers can type value when no suitable value exists in the select list. Best regards, Kate

Hi @Mike Cavalieri , This bulk menu is different depending on the project permissions of the current user. So, for example, If I don't have Link issue permission in this service project, I don't see the Link issue button. Unfortunately, this menu is not configurable. Also is not available to modify by apps. Best regards,…

Hi @Heather M , Go to the project settings of this service project > choose Request types > click Technical support. On the Request form, remove the Priority field. Thanks to this, this field will be hidden on the customer portal and not available to customers. Best regards, Kate

Hi @meriam ferchichi , Welcome to the Community! Could you please attach a screenshot because you didn't upload it? Kate

Hi @Danny Shin, If you want to have a template which is different depending on the project+issue type, I recommend trying our app called Issue Templates Agent for Jira. It's free up to 10 users. What's more, we also support more fields, such as Summary, Labels, Assignee, and Priority. Best regards, Kate Chief Product…

Hi @[deleted] , There is no such feature in JSM. You can achieve it using the app developed by my team called Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. One feature of this app is the possibility to edit requests. In your case, you have to create the status "draft" in Jira, to which the request will be moved after…
-
Hi @Joemar Tactay , It's not possible to achieve it using JSM native functionalities. But you can allow customers to edit their requests thanks to the app developed by my team called Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. In the project configuration, you can define which fields, when, and by whom can be edited on the…

Matt ❤️ We're in the same category during Apptoberfest but your submission deserves Oscar award 🙈

It looks like a great extension to boost Jira Service Management with our edit request feature from the Feature Bundle app. I'm waiting for cloud version of your app 💪

Hi @frank lohfeld, I found documentation which (I guess) is more up-to-date: https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4js/latest/features/workflows/conditions/custom-conditions If you still need help, I recommend you submit a ticket on the Adaptavist customer…

@Ellie Kerns I couldn't find such a view. Could you please send a bigger screenshot to show the context? Where is located? It looks like a global view which I can't find on my Jira instance.

Hi @Magda Biskup, As Mark described, it's not possible to achieve it using native Jira functionalities. This is why our team created a free app called Issue Templates Agent for Jira. It allows Jira admin to create templates for every issue type in Jira. The user has to fill the Summary field with the phrase "template" or…

Ok, so are these people not visible on your Customer list? Have they created their tickets and have access to them? "Have access" means that they can go to the Request page on the portal and see these requests on the list.

Hi @alejandro yudis amaya Bonilla , Of course, it's possible! Forms (previously known as ProForma) are available in every pricing plan. Forms configuration is available under project settings in the service project. You have to add these fields to separate sections and define a condition when the next section is displayed,…
