Hi @Ben Weisman , Go to the project settings in your service project and check Customer permissions. In the Notifications section check if they are enabled. Best regards, Kate Chief Product Officer & Co-founder @Appsvio | Atlassian Community Leader

Hi Ellie, Could you please clarify "I select my project"? Could you add screenshots? When I'm in the form, I see that only the request type is required to choose: Best regards, Kate Chief Product Officer & Co-founder @Appsvio | Atlassian Community Leader

Wow! I'm trying it and it works amazingly ✨ Do you have any plans to extend REST API to use this new location - topic?
-
It's a pleasure to join this fabulous group of people ❤️
-
If the test is represented by issue, of course! You can merge all issues which you want.
-
Hi @Bryan.Lumije , Natively the merging issues feature is not available in Jira. You can only link tickets, for example, using duplicates / is duplicated by links. To add this feature, you can vote on this feature request: * JRASERVER-3592: Merging of issues If you want to merge tickets with removing duplicates or merge…

Hi, This feature is limited, so it's not possible to extend this list. If you need support for more system and custom fields, you have to install paid apps which provide a separate view with a lot of customizations: * Ultimate Request Explorer (JSM Cloud) * My Requests Extension for Jira Service Management Best regards,…

Hi, To create templates for issues, you can use our free app called Issue Templates Agent for Jira. The template is applied on the standard Create issue screen, so you don't have to use any new screen to create tickets from templates. I strongly recommend you to try it. Cheers, Kate Appsvio team

Oh, I thought that you're on the data center :( I know that maybe it's not the best solution but one time I see that someone created bi-lingual options: Create request / Utwórz zgłoszenie --> the first part is in English, the second in Polish It's saved like one option. You can also add "(EN)" / "(PL)" / etc. next to the…

Is "Type of Request" a select custom field? If yes, you can't translate its options using native Jira functionalities. You have to use the Translation for Jira Service Management app.
-
What version of Jira/JSM do you use?
-
Thank you @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- for clarification ❤️ You're the best person to answer questions about Scriptrunner :)
-
Using Extension - no, because it works on the customer portal, not in Jira on the Create issue view. In case of Scriptrunner, I see that they're working on behaviors which allow you to hide/show fields depending on conditions - read this article. But I'm not familiar with scripting, so it'll be better if someone who is…
-
@Akil R if you need a solution for Jira, not Jira Service Management, the Extension app doesn't work. Dynamic Forms configured in this app work only on the customer portal.
-
Hi @Willem de la Bat , Are you asking about the customer view? From request view? Natively, it's impossible. The customer has to click one by one and download them separately. Cheers, Kate
-
Hi @Duy Tran Quang , It's impossible to do it because they must authenticate as a licensed user, as @Alex Koxaras -Relational- mentioned. For example, they have to access as Jira administrator. Documentation for API is located here, so you can check for every method what permissions are needed. What is your use case? Could…
-
Hi @Chad Mainville , On every certification page, you see pricing. For example, $250 for ACP-420. It's impossible to pay in a bundle for all certs needed for ACE badge. Cheers, Kate
-
Hi @Stian Stiansen , If you have any feature requests or see any bugs in Atlassian products, please create a ticket in Atlassian's Jira: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa. This place is tracked by the Atlassian team. Best regards, Kate
-
Could you go to the request and check if you can change the status? If not, this is a reason why you don't see this action. It can be connected with permissions, for example, lack of Transition issues permission. Also, some conditions can be added to workflow which exclude you as a person to make transitions. First of all,…

This documentation applies Server and Data Center only. Jamie is asking about Cloud, so the source of the problem is different (described in my comment).
-
Hi @Jamie Gordon , As I can see, you're using a new Create issue experience in Jira Service Management. You have to go to the Requests forms configuration > choose Atlassian Consultation > on the Request form find Summary and remove default value "Hide -". But remember that it causes a form which is displayed for customers…
-
Hi @lchau , When you select checkboxes next to requests in the queue, you see a new menu above the table. Here you have an option called Transition. You can choose to which statuses selected requests are moved. Is it a solution that works for you? Cheers, Kate
-
Hi @Adrian K , I recommend you contact the vendor: Deviniti customer portal . I'm sure that they'll help you :) Cheers, Kate
-
Hi @Kenny Körner , Natively Jira doesn't offer any feature to combine two (or more) tickets into one issue. You have to copy values manually from one ticket to another. Merging issues is possible only using the app, for example, which is developed by my team and called Issue Merger PRO for Jira. It allows merging tickets…

Hi @Dewi Yulita , Unfortunately, customization options are very limited. It's impossible to change it.
-
Hi @Consulente Atlassian , Recently, we had a great discussion about this requirement: click. Maybe it'll be helpful. Best, Kate
-
Hi @Nate Jenks , Unfortunately, using native functionalities you can select max. 15. projects and add them to the Favourite section on the Help Center. There is no option to group them into some categories. From paid solutions, you can use an app offered by Refined: Refined for Jira cloud Cheers, Kate

Hi @Musadiq Mir , You have to add Jira Product Discovery to your instance using this link: click. Kate

@Ступникова Анна Александровна could you please add a screenshot from your configuration? It will help to support you.

Support for organization is available in our app, so you can limit request types based on the customer's organization. Unfortunately, hiding request forms is available in server / data center version of our app. Due to technical limitations, we're not able to develop this functionality for cloud.
