I reckon myself as a perfectionist or at least I tried to be perfect on the subjects that I am working on. This drains out my energy most of the time, and sometimes, I was called "robot" while working. Such a big lesson for me to grow. Thanks for sharing this. :)

This is just wow! Never thought about that and it's an amazing idea to play with it during meetings making the meeting itself more fun and strengthen the participation. Am gonna share with my team.

Hi @Arnis Riškovs , This is Darryl. I am here to help. :) First of all, if you are subscribing to JSM Cloud, you probably already have a subordinated Opsgenie instance subscription attached. Opsgenie, in a nutshell, is a powerful platform for alert and incident management and notification dispatching. It supports more than…

Hi @Hirotsugu Inoue , Yes, subscribing to the Jira Service Management Statuspage should be providing you with enough information that is relevant to your integrated Opsgenie. However, if you would like to drill down to further details, you may also subscribe to Opsgenie Statuspage and check out the components under the…

Hi @Lucas de Moura Theodoro , Is there bt any chance that these 2 folders are nested under another level of folder(s) that has a different permission setup? Here's the documentation regarding the Permissions & Restrictions for your further reference. If this possibility has been ruled out, please consider reaching out to…

I would like to call out the importance and the essentials for one of the Atlassian Values, Open Company No Bullshit, which helps build up strong trust amongst everyone on the team.

Totally can relate. The periodical surveys and a team-health dashboard make the things clear!

Awesome play!

Hi @Mykola Voroniuk , This is Darryl. I am here to help. Understand that you would like to create Opsgenie alerts via API from your Elasalert side. From the error message, it looks like the payload content is too large or does not match the acceptable format that Opsgenie Alert API accepts. Please help confirm if your…

Hi @Stefan Draber , This is Darryl. I am here to help. If you would like to leverage the team's incident rule to create Opsgenie Incident for an Opsgenie Service that is owned by 1 team while expecting the Incident Responders List to include the other teams, you may configure the Responders > Add responder teams on that…
-
Hi @eran.gur , Thanks for the further details. May I confirm with you that have you configured the outbound rules of the Jira integration on Opsgenie to add a comment when an Opsgenie alert is ack'ed? As described in the screenshot: If this has been done but still not seeing any comment is added to the associated Jira…

My personal way of handling this is to step back to pull myself out from the negativity and deal with the emotional parts first, then, analyze the whole story and what could possibly go wrong and why, and talk to people to seek the improvements. If it's the common thing across multiple team members, I will call out for a…

Fantastic, @Ravindranath ! Please stay tuned on that support ticket and our teammates will help you from there with this issue.

Hi @Stuart Macaulay , This is the Opsgenie Group, for addressing the inquiries regarding BitBucket, we would recommend raising it to the BitBucket Group on Atlassian Community, or reaching out to BitBucket Support Team for further assistance. Our teammates will help you from there. :) Kind regards, Darryl Lee Support…

Hi @eran.gur , This is Darryl. I am here to help. :) Understand that you would like to find a way to automatically assign the Jira ticket to the same user as the one who acknowledged the Opsgenie alert which this ticket was created from. This will need to set up the Jira Automation Rules. Similar to Opsgenie’s Alert…

Hi @balajisk , This is Darryl. Oh wow, this is a great sharing!! I never noticed that sometimes we might put too much attention on every piece of information or things we shared in the group to seek feedback. This turns into an unhealthy cycle and expections. Thanks for sharing this!
-
Hi @Ravindranath , From your description, this requires further technical investigation. Please create a support ticket via this link so that we can help you better. Thank you. Kind regards, Darryl Lee Support Engineer, Atlassian

Hi @William Butt , Yes, you are correct. The ticket was to align the information on our documentation. To address this need for increasing the character length of the Team Description field, I raised this one, OPSGENIE-296, instead. Sorry that I didn't make it clear at the very beginning. Please vote for this ticket and…
