Hi @aaranthala Yes, you can set up Jira to automatically send email notifications to a particular person when tickets are not assigned and/or when due dates are not available for tickets. This can be done by creating a Jira automation rule. Here are the steps to create an automation rule for this: * Go to the "Automation"…

To get the top 10 issues in a Jira project, you can follow these steps: * Click on the "Issues" link in the project sidebar to view all issues in the project. * Click on the "Advanced search" link at the top right of the page. * Set the filter to your project. * The search results will be displayed on the screen. To view…

Hi @fjeanson Probably best to send that feedback straight to the team. Go to bitbucket.org and click the question mark in the top right corner. In the drop down menu you will find a "Feedback" button. Submitting the feedback there will have a higher likelihood that the team reads your comment. Cheers, Jens Released.so -…

@Jessica Krogstadt assuming licensing is implemented similar to Jira Service Management, Jira admins won't count towards the license. You may refer to this questions for more details.

Or you could use @Hermance NDounga solution with the UI, which is simpler than using the JSON format :)

Hi @Liam Cottam It sounds like you are already using Jira Automation to create an Epic when the issue transitions, is that correct? If so, all you need to do is add the following snippet to the same create issue step under More options. {"update": { "issuelinks": [ { "add": { "type": { "name": "Polaris issue link" },…

That seems like a good workaround.

Hi @Rahul Johari Welcome to the community! It's not possible to filter the default tables in Confluence. But there are a number of apps that provide more advanced table capabilities. Take a look at this thread for more a previous discussion on the topic. Cheers, Jens Released.so - Release notes powered by Jira

Hi @David Fairlie-Jones I see. Another option would be to use a custom field to store the organisation name instead of in the organisation field. That would stop the issue from being shared, while it would still allow you to filter based on the values. Would that be an option? Cheers, Jens Released.so - Release notes…
-
Hi @David Fairlie-Jones . Jira Service Management has a global setting that determines whether requests are automatically shared with an organisation: You can find the setting under: https://YOURDOMAIN.atlassian.net/jira/settings/products/jira-service-management-configuration Changing the setting should stop the automatic…

Hi @Anthony Martinez It's fairly straight forward to achieve what you are looking to do with Jira automation. Since the incident ticket always gets created, you can: * Use the "issue created" trigger to kick off the automation. * Check the values of the additional fields.* If true, create the additional ticket. Cheers,…

From what I can tell, you can not populate a group with Jira automation. That would require an external script.

Sorry @Nolan McConnell It's hard to give advise from the screenshot alone. There might be a bit of trial and error required to get this going. A couple things that come to mind, If I remember correctly from the linked Article, this only works for issues one level deep. So if you change an Epic, the start date for subtasks…

Thanks for elaborating @Phil Bustin The answer to this depends on whether your project is team or organisation managed. In organisation managed projects, you can have different workflows for different issue types and adjust the permissions accordingly. However, that might not work with sub-tasks, but you could use issue…

great to hear you’ve got the notifications working @Phil Bustin Regarding the second part of the question, I’ve read it multiple times but don’t quite follow what you are trying to achieve. Maybe if you could describe the use-case it might become clearer.
-
Not sure why the issue type would matter in this case, as long as the fields are the same. Did you try to see if it works with the regular issue types? Do you see any errors in the logs?
-
I believe you could achieve this by updating the content of the Confluence page, which also allows you to change the parameters used by the macro.
-
Hi @Nachikethas E You will have to be a bit more specific. The filter in Confluence is dynamic, hence it will automatically be updated when the Jira issues are updated. What are you trying to achieve by using Python? Cheers, Jens Released.so - Release notes powered by Jira

Hi @Wendy M , Unfortunately there is no easy out of the box way to create the links. There is an open feature requests for making customisations to the user profile that you can find here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-5286 However, that doesn't seem to be a priority for the team at this stage. There are also…

Hi @Ignacio Mosconi Atlassian Knowledge Base has a good summary of actions you can take to reduce the repository size. Hope this helps. Cheers, Jens Released.so - Release notes powered by Jira

Hi @Nolan McConnell , Did you look through this answer? It seems to do exactly what you are after. Cheers, Jens Released.so - Release notes powered by Jira

Hi @Phil Bustin Perhaps the easiest way to setup notifications for the subtasks * Create an automation that's triggered when a new task is created. * Setup conditions for each of the different task types. * Setup notification actions for each of the conditions. Cheers, Jens Released.so - Release notes powered by Jira

Hi @Nathan Sandoval Take a look at this article on how to manage portal visibility. It's for Cloud, but hopefully the same applies to Server. Cheers, Jens Released.so - Release notes powered by Jira

Are you looking to create a card for each entry? There are a number of ways to automatically create cards or to batch create them. * Here a simple way to copy and paste to bulk create cards * Automate card creation via Zapier Cheers, Jens Released.so - Release notes powered by Jira

Hi @Wendy M Let me start by asking what the goal is you are trying to achieve? If it's a people directory you are after, personal spaces are probably not the best way to implement it. As you mentioned, they are not always linked from the profile. They also might not contain the information you are after. Have you had a…

Based on the public blog post, the layoffs largely affected departments like talent acquisition, customer research and program management. Therefore I believe the impact on Product Discovery appears to be minimal.

Hi @Cascapera Davide I don’t know of a way to enforce those types of permissions. Each user could of course restrict page permissions so those pages are only visible to them, but there is no out of the box way to do that automatically. Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you.

Hi @Derek Stevenson There are a couple services that allow you to create a ticket directly from AWS SNS. Take a look at Zapier for example: https://zapier.com/apps/amazon-sns/integrations/jira/4040/create-jira-issues-from-amazon-sns-messages Cheers, Jens Released.so - Release notes powered by Jira
-
Hi @Cascapera Davide I don't know of a solution that allows for customising the permissions that way. Without knowing more detail about what you are trying to achieve, using spaces instead of parent pages might be the way to go. Cheers, Jens Released.so - Release notes powered by Jira

Hi @vikas Could you provide a little more detail on what you are trying to do? As far as I know, there is no way to directly connect to the Postgres database in Jira Cloud. If you want to sync a local database for report, you might want to take a look at the Database Exporter for Jira Cloud app. Cheers, Jens Released.so -…
