Hey Rawan, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! May I ask you please to raise a ticket with us using the following link - https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/ so that we can check that? Best Regards, Egor

Hey Siddharth, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! The idea is that "Degraded Performance" is not considered an outage, that's why it's not shown on the uptime history. This is correct if you set your incident to a major outage, then you'll see it as a downtime on your history graph. Please see the following…

Hey Adam, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! Looking at the Google doc you provided, we see this: You can verify ownership of root domains (example.com) or subdomains (m.example.com). Verifying ownership of a root domain automatically verifies ownership of all subdomains, but verifying ownership of a subdomain…

Hello There, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! What you can do is to add these services as 3rd party components, please see - https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/add-a-third-party-component/ In that case, your uptime is not affected, it'll be just shown on your page that there's an incident, but on…

Hey Matteo, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! Yes, it's still valid, do you have any particular questions regarding the SLA? Best Regards, Egor

Hey Balamurugan, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community. Here's a working example from my lab that should help you: curl -L -X PATCH 'https://api.statuspage.io/v1/pages/yourpageid/subscribers/yoursubid' -H 'Authorization: yourapikey' -H 'Content-Type: application/json' --data-raw '{ "component_ids": […

Hey Outi, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! I'm afraid the customization options for the timing of the notifications are currently limited. We do have an open Feature Request being reviewed about implementing improvements. I have added this ticket to the request, so if it does get implemented, we will do our…

Hey Jennifer, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! According to https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408827893658#topic_rtf_xjg_cjb This means that you require a public Statuspage for this to work correctly. What this integration seems to do is simply fetch information from the public page. As private…

Could you please go to admin.atlassian.com >> select your site >> three dots next to Statuspage >> manage product access >> select the administration access tab >> search for statuspage-admins group and make sure to add the needed users to this group. Hey Arion, Thanks, may I ask you please to open a new ticket with us using https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/ and also include the affected users, so that we can check the logs and find the reason why these emails are not arriving? You can also mention this community post when opening a ticket. Best Regards, Egor
-
Hey Arion, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! May I ask you please to check junk/spam folders to see if you got confirmation emails? Also, could you please share your page, so that I can try to subscribe myself and see if I'll get an email? Best Regards, Egor

Hey Pedro, When I tested it from my side, I did not have to set the tag in order to reverse the component state back to operational. May I ask you please to set it to "resolve the incident and update the components'" and give it a test? Please let me know the results. What is related to actions - sorry I was not clear.…
-
Hey Pedro, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! I just tested the described scenario and once I close the alert in Opsgenie, it automatically closes the incident in Statuspage and sets the status of the affected component back to operational. I noticed that in your integration you set just to close incident when…

Hello There, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! What you can do to see who was on call back in April is to go to your Opsgenie account > Analytics > On Call Reports. From there, you can select the needed month and then get the data. I hope this helps. Best Regards, Egor
-
Hello There, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! Sure, you can customize your page as you wish using HTML, CSS and JS. Please see a few useful articles here: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/use-custom-html-on-a-status-page/…

Also, feel free to add any additional comments/feedback to it. Please let me know if there's anything…

Hey Phoebe, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! What you can do is use our API in order to update your subscribers and add the newly created component, please see - https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-statuspage/ Another option would be to disable the component subscription…
-
Hey Amit, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! At the moment, Statuspage is not able to send calls to specific numbers/users when there's an incident. What you can try is Opsgenie alerts. The idea is that once there's a new incident in Statuspage, it can trigger an alert in Opsgenie, which will notify the…

Hey Jake, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! While this functionality is unfortunately not currently available, we do have an open Feature Request that is being reviewed by our engineering team regarding the implementation of more granulated uptime showcases, including the possibility to select what time to…

Hey Boris, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! May I ask you please to raise it as a suggestion using https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/OPSGENIE ? That way, it'll be logged as a feature request ticket to our Product team. Please let me know if you need any assistance with that. Best Regards, Egor

Hey Kmar, That is correct, only mentioned 5 users are able to access your Opsgenie account at the moment. What you have to do is to ask someone from the mentioned list to access your Opsgenie account and reactivate your user. In that case, you should be able to access the instance using your old password. Thank you, Egor
-
Hey Kmar, Thanks, I just changed your plan to trial till the 1st of August. At the moment, there are only 5 users available to access your account, as a free page is allowing only 5 users, so other users were disabled. You can have a free plan as well, but you have to remove all of the users and leave only 5 users that you…
-
Greetings and thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! May I ask you please to specify what is your Opsgenie URL, so I can validate it from our side and set you back to trial, so you can log in and provide you with the further steps? Thanks, Egor

Hey @Kunwar Vaibhav Singh The override option is available only for the third-party components, meaning that if, let's say, Atlassian Status is downgraded, but it's not affected your particular product, then you can simply override it from downgraded to operational state from your page. It won't affect the original state,…
-
Hey @Krzysztof Duchowski Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! The idea is that Statuspage will not trigger a notification unless there's at least one component affected. As you mentioned, you can see incidents in Statuspage from Opsgenie, but they are not triggering any notifications. Could you please try the…
-
Hey @Reetesh Sudhakar Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! I'm afraid that there's no way to delay notifications for a specific alert using API. What you can do instead is to use our Notifications policy and delay or snooze specific alerts. Please see…
-
Hey Jonathan, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! I'm afraid that there's no way to restrict subscribers from using only specific email domains. As you mentioned that you are on a private page, you can set up SSO allowing only your company's domain users to access your page, which will prevent users to access…

Hey Michael, Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! It is possible to do that: If you are on the Startup Plan, you can hide the subscribe button. Here's the CSS. If you are on the Business Plan, you can completely remove the subscribe button. Here's the JS. I hope this helps. Best Regards, Egor
