@Yew Teng Ui my bad, the fix went live for the cloud app couple of days ago & will be included in the server version in a release planned mid of next week. Please keep an eye out on the releases & upgrade once it is available.
-
@Yew Teng Ui thanks. Dev team told me that they had recently fixed this problem. Have you upgraded to the latest version of UpRaise? In the new version, it should not occur. Let us know when you've upgraded. Best, Anand

@Yew Teng Ui I don't see any logs in your comment, could you please check again?
-
@Yew Teng Ui In the recent release (V 5.0.0.3) we have added some debug logs to find out the root cause of this user profile updates issue. You need to update to latest version and to enable debug logs follow the steps below - * On your Jira instance, goto Settings -> System -> Logging and profiling (you will need Jira…
-
@Yew Teng Ui yes the bug is there from V 5.0.0 onwards. We are doing additional logging in V 5.0.3 to find out the root cause. V 5.0.3 will be live tomorrow. Until then, here is the database script to stop the notification for all your users. INSERT INTO public."AO_EB0AB3_UP_EVENT_UNSUB" ("EVENT_ID", "NOTIFICATION_TYPE",…

@Yew Teng Ui this is Anand from Team UpRaise. We are aware of this issue & are already investigating the root cause. Until a fix is live, here's what your teammates can do. * Navigate to their profile pages in UpRaise. * Open the notifications tab. * Uncheck user profile notifications & click on update. * This will stop…

@Rico Fernando I am not sure I understand your scenario, but you mentioned you are an 'HR software' company. So I guess you want teams that are already using Confluence to be able to integrate with your 'HR software' product, right? If yes, they (teams that are on Confluence) have got two options * Integrate Confluence…
-
@Rico Fernando you will have to build a Confluence app that can be made available to your target customers via the Atlassian marketplace. (If I understood you correctly). You can just search for HR/OKR in the marketplace & see the existing apps in that domain. Best, Anand

Hello @Harshit Mehta & @tim While this is not possible in the native release notes offered by Jira - our app Automated release notes easily lets you do this & more. If you are on cloud, there is a free version of the app as well. Do give it a try & reach out if you have any questions. Best, Anand
-
@[deleted] you may want to look at our app for automating the process - Automated release notes Using ARN you can generate release notes in multiple formats & distribute them in an automated fashion, without any manual intervention whatsoever.
-
@[deleted] thanks for checking it out. Embedder can do exactly what you are asking for - I will share a quick video tomorrow. Best, Anand
-
@[deleted] depending on what your exact needs are, you may also want to look at our plugin for Confluence - Embedder Right now it allows taking your Confluence content to any of your sites (including wordpress) in the form of a floating widget (sample here) & we are a week away from releasing the ability to use inline…
-
@marjie wake for the on-prem versions you can modify the velocity templates that are responsible for generating these release notes & include the required custom fields. Or you can give Automated release notes a try. Disclaimer: I belong to the team that develops the said plugin. Best, Anand
-
@Samuel_Roberts just came across this question. You may want to give our app Embedder for Confluence a try. It is not perfect due to the API limitations, but it works. Best, Anand
-
@Arjun_Dhawan thanks. You may want to edit your comment and remove the email address as it is visible to everyone on the community. Please use the email/service desk conversation to share screenshots. Best, Anand
-
@Arjun_Dhawan this is Anand from team UpRaise. Your screenshots are of small dimensions and cannot be seen clearly. Please reach out to us on our service desk with proper screenshots. Best, Anand
-
My apologies if that came across as an advertisement of sorts. I've just removed that part from my response. Would still love to know the solution if you find one that relies on Automation for Jira. Best, Anand
-
From my limited knowledge of Automation for Jira, it does not look like what you are trying to do is easily achieved (if at all possible). Do share the solution here if you find a way do it. Best, Anand

Hey @Bob Sovers My response was specifically 3rd point mentioned by @Annelotte It was related to our plugin for Jira, Automated Release Notes. About the comment/voting part, it is another of our plugins called Roadmap portal for Jira service desk. I am not from the Atlassian team & thus don't have control over how they…

@anne we hear you 👋 We are revamping ARN and soon plan to support ability to update Confluence pages in addition to creating them. Feel free to comment/vote on this feature request in our roadmap - https://autoreleasenotes.roadmapper.app/view/1/issue/45100 Best, Anand
-
@meghan.gallagher thank you for your question. In order to generate a consolidated release note from multiple projects, the version name has to be exactly the same in both projects. So your JQL within ARN template should look like this - project in (A, B) and fixVersion = "[versionName]" Feel free to follow this video…
-
@Joon Lee what you are asking for is not possible within out of the box Confluence. Confluence is not meant for structured data & the kind of linking/updates you are trying to achieve. The OKRs created in Confluence will be more of 'informative nature'. One thing you can possibly do is, create issue types in Jira -…
-
@John H as far as I know, you will need to use Confluence add-on/s to customise the pdf export for a specific page. If your only use case for all of this is release notes, you may want to look at our Jira add-on Automated Release Notes. It can publish the release notes directly in Confluence as well as generate them in…

@Lisa Centrella this is Anand from team UpRaise. Currently, there is no way to change participants of a review form once the form is distributed. You'll need to re-send it with new desired set of participants. Hope that helps. Feel free to reach out on our service desk for further queries. Best, Anand
-
@shyam davuluru ARN does support pulling in any kind of linked issues - including issues from Jira service desk. Follow this help article. You should be able to add linked issues as one of the columns in the ARN template. Reach out to us on our service desk and we will be happy to help you out with the proper…
-
@shyam davuluru as far as I am aware the cloud deployment does not offer any such possibility out of the box. Even for on-premise version one has to make a few changes in the velocity templates. To address this specific need and many more, we had developed and continue to improve the app ‘Automated release notes’, You will…
-
@[deleted] this was a bug on ARN side & has been fixed.
-
@[deleted] thank you. We will verify/fix this in the next few hours (8-10) and confirm with you. If not reproducible, we will request more information to investigate further. Best, Anand
-
@[deleted] fastest way to get a response from us is to use our service desk - https://amoeboids.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals Best, Anand

@[deleted] this is Anand from ARN team. Most likely one of the issues contained in your release notes has '-' character which the app is rejecting. Seems like a bug. But just to cross check, can you try a different version or try with a simple JQL such as ID = AB-123 Let me know how that goes. Best, Anand
