@Elena_Elevatic add to it the AI slop these days & everybody can create tons of lengthy, important sounding pages with no real value. That's why keeping track of trending pages & the pages where users are actually engaged is really the key.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts @Stavros_Rougas_EasyApps I think its a given that the content within Confluence needs to be up to date otherwise you risk losing the team's interest in looking at Confluence. I think with Confluence automation offering it is now possible to auto-archive or at least identify stale content…

@Logi Helgu thank you for your thoughts. You've precisely pointed out the problem that I emphasise in my article above. If people hesitate before posting something on Confluence, then there should be a way to make that hesitation go away. Preventing that dreaded blank page, is, I think one of the solutions to that problem.

Thank you for the Automated Release Notes mention @Anwesha Pan @John Paul Reid I would recommend you look at the free version of the app here - Automated Release Notes & Reports for Jira If the frequency of releases is less than 5 per month, the free version would be sufficient for you. If you have any questions or would…

Hi @Julia Watson-Clarke If you are open to using a marketplace app (a free one at that) you may want to take a look at Automated release notes & reports for Jira. It will let you not only create Confluence pages based on Jira events (such as version releases, sprint completions and more) but also update, prepend or append…

Hi @C_ Martin , you are right. Jira (at least as of today) does not offer the ability to draft release notes using AI. You can set something up easily with Jira automation integrating with OpenAI API or Zapier. Or you can explore the apps on the marketplace. PS - I am from Amoeboids & our app Automated release notes &…

You said that right @Keeperme - "ChatGPT, for instance, can churn out some pretty solid drafts once it's trained on your style and preferences" Based on our experience, AI is a super enabler for bypassing the 'Writer's block'. Starting with a decent quality draft, does go a long way. But if teams ended up using the…

Hi @Sabrina Atrabina , Thank you for your question. This is Anand from UpRaise team. Please find my responses below - * Weights can be between 1 to 10 only & that cannot be modified. * In case of 360, each respondent answers the form independently. And thus each score is calculated independently. I am not sure what you…

@Prabhu Palanisamy _Onward_ our app, Screenjar, does eventually compete with Loom/Zoom. However, of course all these tools excel in their own chosen areas. But here's the gist of Screenjar vs Loom * No admin overhead - Loom requires you to manage the users from their standalone app. Meaning, you will have to add/remove…

Hi @Angela Honegger Sending emails on version release in Jira is possible through the native automation feature. You can refer a number of answers within this community that explain the process step by step - here's one of them As far as I am aware, native automation does not offer the possibility to attach the pdf version…

@Reinhardt Moller what you describe is of course not the intended behaviour. I suspect something must have gone wrong with your instance's set up. The best way to get it addressed is to reach out to Atlassian support. Best, Anand

Hey @Move Work Forward , thank you for your comment. Indeed, that is a great question. And I do plan to write about it very soon. But here's the gist * No admin overhead - Loom requires you to manage the users from their standalone app. Meaning, you will have to add/remove users as they join/leave your team. In case of…

Sure, @Robert! here's our release log page in Confluence that is fully automated through ARN. Sharing to give you some ideas!

Hi @Robert , Whether those Jira issues show up to public or not is dependent on the Browse project permission within that specific project. As you will see in the screenshot below, you have 2 options - a) make the permission public (which I doubt you want to do, because then this project in Jira becomes available on the…
