Congratulations, everyone :) Looking forward to seeing your names around the community!

We haven't had any customers saying it was continually happening. :)

Hey Jan! You're right, this one came out in 9.0.0. :) As for 9.1.0, there were some 404 issues occurring that consistently were resolved by restarting the server or reinstalling. Otherwise, there were also some important bugs (issues with diagrams rendering) that we resolved in 9.1.1 released last month. 9.1.2 was just a…

Hi Jan! I'm happy to share that this feature is available on server now. If you're not seeing it yet, please make sure you're updated to the latest version and then you can open a support ticket with our team at support@gliffy.com. :)

David is correct! :) With Gliffy, you can add hyperlinks in text or create links for the shapes in your diagram. They can connect to other diagrams, other confluence pages, or a web address.
-
Hi Jeff! This can absolutely be done with Gliffy. :) You can link shapes or add text hyperlinks to other web addresses, Confluence pages within your instance, and even other Gliffy Diagrams you've built. I tried to grab screenshots for you, but my comment won't post while they're attached. Hopefully this is enough to get…

Hi Jeff! This can absolutely be done in Gliffy! (I love getting to say that.) You can add hyperlinks to text in your diagram or use the link button in the tool bar to turn one of your shapes into a link to a web page, a page in your Confluence instance, another Gliffy diagram, or a specific section of the page where you're…

Hi! You can definitely do this in Gliffy. (I love getting to say that). I use this feature when building site maps or wireframes so that I can link to the content I'm referring to or show the next click. You can link to a web address, another Gliffy Diagram, a page in Confluence, or a specific piece of content on the page…

You can use a Gliffy diagram! (Literally my favorite thing to get to tell people.) In Gliffy, you can link an entire shape or add a hyperlink to text that will allow your user to jump to a new page or another Gliffy diagram. I use this feature all the time while building site maps so that my team can see where a planned…

Baths are my favorite thing to draw when I'm stressed! ;) My puppy's name is Oberon! That is the name of a Shakespeare character, but I'm also from Michigan, where one of our most popular summer beers is Oberon. My family tends to drink it on special occasions... And Fridays. We're working on his fetching skills:…

*looking forward to Friday even more than normal*

Love this doodle. :) I'm curious about your top secret sketch now, too..

Hi Keshni! I realize you're not looking for vendor responses here, but I did want to let you know that our team is always happy to talk through your needs. We're focused on building a tool and road map with Enterprise scalability and performance as our top priority, so we welcome any feedback you have. You can email…

Whoa, I didn't expect to see anything like this! I was lucky enough to have friends making masks and never had to try this myself.

Pics or it didn't happen!! ;)

This is ADORABLE!!

Yessssss! :)

I have absolutely loved getting to know the new editor over the past year! I use Confluence in both a server and a cloud instance, so getting to learn the differences between the two side by side has been valuable. I definitely prefer the Cloud version because it's so much cleaner. Didn't know about find and replace yet…

Thanks for the Gliffy nod! :) For me, this was a really helpful webinar. I have solid footing in Confluence but less experience with Jira. Learning more about how to combine the two is a big opportunity for me to grow in terms of both my day-to-day work with teammates and my understanding of Atlassian tools.

A backyard shed sounds pretty great. (A backyard sounds pretty great...) ;) I'm also in the living room! I made it about 2 months without a proper desk or any monitors, sitting at the counter on a barstool, but at least I'm set up with a real desk now.

This looks heavenly!!!

Oooo, I love this question! I'm on the fence about working remotely vs. in an office still, but if I were to design a home office right now, its key features would be a series of locking doors or eject functionality to a) make sure I don't sign in too early, b) keep my boyfriend out while I'm trying to focus, and c) kick…

Hi Noel! I checked in on this. We have a feature similar to what you're looking for in the cloud app, but not in the server app. In cloud, you can select properties to lock the editing feature, which would mean that anyone with any permission level would need to be in the page editing view to then be able to edit the…
-
Hi Noel! I don't think there's a way to disable that, but I'm going to check with the team. :) In the meantime, do you mind clarifying what you mean about your links becoming inactive? I don't think that should be happening if you're using the Gliffy macro! I'll get back to you! Samie

Navigation, navigation, navigation is the new "location, location, location!" ;)

Hi Nicolai! First, here's how to delete a diagram from a Confluence page: https://help.gliffy.com/confluence/Content/GliffyConfluence/Deleting_diagrams.htm?Highlight=delete When I want to see all the diagrams I've made (regardless of where they're saved), I go to Space Tools in the lower left and select Content Tools, then…

Hi Dave! I don't have a quick recommendation for you, but this is an awesome content idea... is there a certain framework you were curious about using? As part of my MBA program, we did a lot of work with decision tree analysis, probability/impact matrices, and cost-benefit analysis. I could see some of these lending…
-
Thanks for the specific example! I still don't think I've got a solution for you, though... Being able to pull data into the diagram automatically would be really useful, so I'm making sure our PM knows you were looking for this capability. :)

Hi Srikanta! As far as I know, there's not an automatic way to transform your table into shapes in Gliffy. It's helpful to know that's a feature you'd be interested in — thank you! Samie
