Thank you for both of your answers. I am still not following along as there are no more Projects and I don't see the steps mentioned here. Where in my space settings do I need to go and what specific steps are needed? My issue with Jira as a whole is it has changed so much in the last couple years and much of the…

Hello @Alex Edghill Try the suggestion in this KB for the Development panel. https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/how-to-remove-or-edit-access-to-development-panel-from-jira-issues/ Per this open change request it isn't possible to remove or hide the Automation panel. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-74035

Hello @luanacrystinne Welcome to the Atlassian community. What happens when you try to access it? Is this content in a Confluence site that you set up? Are you the Confluence administrator and/or the Organization Admin for the Atlassian Cloud Organization under which the Confluence site exists? If you are the owner of the…

Hello @ciriloh Welcome to the Atlassian community. Can you confirm that what you want to copy is an attachment (a PDF created when the form is submitted) versus the Form itself? Can you provide us with a screen image of the entire rule you have constructed so far? Assuming the first answer is "yes, an attached pdf" then I…

Click the Issues menu and then select Search for issues create your search statement there first to make sure you have the syntax correct and then copy it to your Lookup…

@Afonso Alves My answer is still valid. Atlassian doesn't support a "floating" license option for either Data Center or Cloud products.

Hello @Anthony Pugliese In the Rule Details for the Automation Rule, how have you set the Scope for the rule? That is where you define the Projects to which the rule will apply.

Hello @Mallikarjuna Rangani Welcome to the Atlassian community. As this is a user community we don't have access to reactivate your subscription. When did you receive the notification? What was the reason given? If the reason was "inactivity", the data would be permanently deleted after 14 days. For an authoritative answer…
-
Hello @박승희 Welcome to the Atlassian community. When did you receive the email that your subscription was being deactivated? Atlassian keeps the data for a limited time after deactivation and then permanently deleted it. If a new site exists with the same name but no data then your data has likely been permanently deleted.…

Do you have Rovo available in your environment? If so you can use the Create With Rovo button. You can then enter a prompt in natural language describing the type of rule you want to create. Here is an example: Click the Preview Flow button. Rovo will attempt to create a matching Autaomation for you. It may not be entirely…

Happy to help. Do you want this cloning to happen on a recurring set schedule or do you want to execute the cloning on demand, or both? The two types of rules (scheduled vs. on-demand/manual) would have slightly different structures.

Hello @NICOLETTA HADJILAMBI The tags on you post indicate you are using the Data Center Jira product. If that is correct, what version of the product are you using? Do please let us know if you are able to add the service account to the Permission Scheme. I was not able to do so in my own instance with either the name or auto-generated email of the service account. If it doesn't work a go-forward solution is to add the service account user as a default member of 1..n global Project…
-
@Ralph Callaway Did you confirm that was actually possible? In my testing I could add a Service Account to the project in a role, but could not add it as an individual User in a Permission scheme. I tried both the friendly name of the Service Account and the auto-generated "email" address of the account.

To get the answer to this question.... If this is for a Service space, is the "has a card" field in the form associated with a field in the Jira work item? ...the configuration of the form needs to be examined to see if the field is linked to a Jira Field. Do you have admin access for the space or the Jira application?

For linking a Level 1 item (your Feature) to an existing Level 2 item (your Epic) you need two columns in your CSV; * a field to hold an "id" number which is a unique integer per item within your CSV * a field to hold the item key (XXX-123) for the target Epic In your field mapping, like #1 to "Work item id" and #2 to…

Hello @Varvara Krylovich Welcome to the Atlassian community. @Bill Sheboy I think what they mean is that the rules are not selectable/runnable from that list. Notice that they are grayed out. I am seeing the same in my instance. When I select a card and click the automation button in my board all the rules a grayed out and not selectable to run. But if I open the details for that…
