Hello @Gaetan Massot You would need to contact Atlassian about that. You could try the Feedback option shown in the images from @Darryl Lee

Hello @Christen Webster Welcome to the Atlassian community. The Timeline view hasn't been removed, as far as I know. Can you provide a screen image of where you expect to see it? It is generally available as a tab across the top for a project. It may simply not be visible on your screen because there are more tabs that can…

Hello @Sarang Ali Welcome to the Atlassian community. Are you using Jira Data Center or Jira Cloud? Go to your Help button in Jira (near your avatar) and from it select About Jira. What do you see for a version number? There are several things that can impact performance. If you are on Jira Data Center then the underlying…

Thank you for that screen image, @michaela . That is helpful. Based on that image you are accessing functionality from a third party app - The Scheduler from Transition Technologies. I recommend that you reach out to their support team directly about this. You can find their support team contact information on their…

Hello @Mathias Pettersson Welcome to the Atlassian community. What happens when this user tries to do that? Are other people able to change the status?

Hello @Pavan kumar Mamidipaka In the future please make sure you are posting your product functionality questions in the Questions forum for the appropriate product. This one should've been posted in Jira / Questions. Also, please refrain from posting the same question twice. It appears you posted this question a second…

Hello @Amanda This is a community of users of the Atlassian products. We are customers. We have no access to do anything about your claims. I recommend that you contact Atlassian Billing, Licensing, and Pricing support if you believe that subscriptions to Atlassian products have been created without your involvement under…

Hello @michaela Welcome to the Atlassian community. What error are you getting? Can you provide a screen image of the page from which you are accessing the export function?
-
Hello @Giampiero Poggi Welcome to the Atlassian community. Are you an Organization Admin or Billing Admin for that subscription? If not then you should report the problem to those people. They can investigate further and contact Atlassian if necessary. If you are such an Admin then I suggest that you first verify that your…

I'm glad your issue spontaneously resolved Mia. I didn't actually do anything. As @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ said, as community members we don't have any backend access.

Hello @Thomas C_ Maresh Welcome to the Atlassian community. Be advised that this is a user community, and not the best path to get your feedback directly to Atlassian. There is a Feedback option in Jira under the Help menu, and that will send your feedback directly to Atlassian. From an answer from @Darryl Lee on another…

Hello @Chris Marshall Welcome to the Atlassian community. Atlassian has been rolling out an update to the Timeline view. You can find details here: Upcoming: Unified, More Powerful Timeline for Jira... - Atlassian Community

Hello @Saurabh Abojwar In addition to what they others have suggested I have a couple of suggestions. First when viewing the board and trying to drag the card to the In Progress column, when you are ready to drop the card in the column do you see one or more boxes within the column showing a Status value within the box?…

Hello @Nehemiah Rynok Welcome to the Atlassian community. In addition to the information provided by @Marc -Devoteam- you may find this article I recently posted helpful. It includes the inactivity threshold and when the warning emails are sent, based on my experience. in the past 6 months.. Atlassian Jira/JSM/Confluence…

The answer is you cannot have that. It is not possible. See the answer I posted here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Can-we-have-level-0-parent-for-level-1-for-standard-subscription/qaa-p/3255115#M1184134 In the Standard subscription with Level 1, Level 0, and Level -1, only the top two levels will…

@Jira user Please provide a more complete screen image that shows the whole screen where you are seeing that Work type list. If you are clicking one of the "Create" options like the blue Create button at the top of the screen, and then getting a pop-up dialog to create a work item similar to the one below, then in this…
-
To create a work item of a type from Level -1 you must start from the view of an existing item of a type from Level 0, as I showed in the screen images in my other reply on your earlier post. If you are clicking Create options from other locations those will not allow you to create items of the types from Level -1.
-
Yes. I addressed that question in another one of your earlier posts. Review the answer I provided here https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Hierarchy-1-not-showed-up-as-Work-Type-during-creattion-only-0/qaq-p/3254680
-
Hello @Jira user In your earlier post today I provided a reply outlining the native and default work item hierarchy that exists in Jira in the Free and Standard plans. https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Story-in-Work-type-missing/qaa-p/3254667#M1184029 Level 1: Epic |-- Level 0: standard issue types…

Thank you for that additional information. While viewing your business space (i.e. the screens you initially shared) can you click on the "+" icon in the tab bar and look for Archived work items and click on it and click the Add to navigation button. Can you then check that tab to see if the issues are listed there? When…
-
Thank you for that additional information and the screen images Mia. Can you confirm that you have tried going to Filters > Search work items (in the panel on the left) and executing a search for the issues either using the Basic search features or the explicit JQL?
-
Hello @Healthspan Technical When you say "Direct issue lookup works fine (UM-267 accessible directly)" exactly what steps are you taking to access the issue? Are you executing a JQL search? Are you typing the key into the Search field at the top of the Jira screen? Are you using a previously saved link directly to the…
-
Hello @Jira user With Task and Story both defined as Level 0 work item types you cannot have a Story be a parent to a Task. Level 0 work items types can be parents only to Level -1 work item types. By default, Level -1 work item types are referred to as "sub-tasks" (or Subtasks in Team-managed projects). Sub-tasks are…

I answered the question in your post title: Hierarchy -1 not showed up as Work Type during creattion, only 0 and 1, normal? You did not ask in your original post about creating a Task. Please provide a screen image of what you are seeing. Without that I am unclear on what you are actually seeing and where you are seeing…

Hello @Damian Alvez Welcome to the Atlassian community. The link you provided is for an Agile board for a specific Space in a specific Jira instance. What happens when you try to access that board? What happens if you try to access the home page of your Jira instance? https://pay-pros.atlassian.net/jira What I am trying to…
-
I addressed your question about level -1 visibility in your other post: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Hierarchy-1-not-showed-up-as-Work-Type-during-creattion-only-0/qaq-p/3254680
-
Hello @Jira user What type of space/project are you using? Click the ellipsis button next to the space name and tell us what the last two lines of the pop-up say. Work Type Schemes apply only to Company Managed spaces.
-
Hello @Jira user That is expected behaviour. You can create a level -1 item (a sub-task) only by selecting the option from an existing items that can be a parent to a sub-task. i.e. Once one sub-task exists you can add more by clicking the "+" above the Subtasks table.
