Hello @James George Lance_ Jr Can you show us all the details in the run log for a time when the rule ran and you expected it to work and it did not? Also, what are the project types for the projects in scope for the rule? Click the ellipsis button next to each project's name in the navigation panel on the left and tell us…

Hello @Jewell Sutton In order to provide you with relevant assistance we will need some addition information. * what type of project is this for: company-managed, team-managed, JPD, etc. * an image of your complete automation rule in a single image for continuity * images of any relevant actions / conditions / branches *…

Hello @Carlos Mardones Unfortunately there is generally not a phone number or email available for getting in contact with Atlassian Support unless you have an Enterprise subscription. If you have a version number like 11.3.7 that indicates you are using a Data Center version rather than a Cloud product. A support case for…

Hello @Carlos Mardones Welcome to the Atlassian community. This is a user community, not the path for contacting Atlassian support. If you want to get assistance from Atlassian support the administrators of your Jira system can open a support case at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Also, this is a publicly…

Hello @RAOS12 Welcome to the Atlassian community. The error message that is shown is only useful to Atlassian Technical Support to help them access trace information in the logs for your instance. It is not meaningful to end users or Jira Admins to identify exactly what the root problem is. Here we are a user community, so…

I'm glad to help!

@Corinne Guibert Another way that users might be gaining access to apps that are available in your site (regardless of how the app became available on your site) is through the Approved Domains settings in Apps > App access settings. If you go there you will see at least an entry for Any domain. Look at the Applies to…

Hello @Isabel Calzada Have you accessed the free, on-demand training available from the Learning link at the top of the community pages? Here is a link directly to multiple Rovo courses collected the the Get the Most Out of Rovo Learning Path. https://community.atlassian.com/learning/path/get-the-most-out-of-rovo

¿A qué intentas acceder exactamente? ¿Podrías…

@Ivan Andrieiev Assuming the above is correct: Security levels define who can see the issue, not who can't see the issue. The users who can't see the issues are implied because they are not among the ones who are included in the Security Level. Therefore you need to get all the users who have the Browse Projects…

Hello @Sumit Rohilla Welcome to the Atlassian community. Unfortunately we cannot address your request. This is a user community where we are users of our own Confluence instances. We don't have access to the Confluence instance you are trying to access. You will need to reach out to the Space Administrator of the Space…

Hello @Ivan Andrieiev Welcome to the Atlassian community. Just to make sure I have correctly understood your scenario I'm going to try to parrot it back to you. You have users A, B, C, D, E, and F Users A, B, C, and D should be able to see all issues regardless of who the reporter is. Users E and F should see only issues…

I think the first thing I truly made was when I started making macrame plant hangers and owl wall hangings. This is not an owl that I made but it is very similar to the type I made.

Hello @Ranvijay Singh Be advised that this is a user community. We are mostly not Atlassian Team Members. We don't have the ability to change the app. We can only offer you advice on how to address your concern. In this case if you want to get feedback directly to Atlassian you need to either open a support case with…

Hello @siddhesh B Lad Be advised that this is a user community. We are users (and vendors and partners) with access to our own subscriptions to Atlassian products. We don't have access to the instance you are using. We cannot directly connect and investigate your issue. We can ask you questions and offer advice to you…

@Marc -Devoteam- FYI when a person is creating a new Question in this forum they have just one check box for "Admin" to designate their role. If it is checked then PRODUCT ADMIN shows as the Permission Level. There is no option to specify the type of admin other than adding the data to the text of the question.

Hello @Cristina Vasla It looks like you got some answers from @Arkadiusz Wroblewski . I will reiterate and add to it. For the person executing the Move: In the source Software project you must have the Move Issue permission. In the destination Service project you must have the Create Issue permission. In both projects you…

JSM(Jira Service…

Hello @Cristina Vasla Welcome to the Atlassian community. I have a few clarifying questions? 1. Why do you want to migrate the issue? What problem are you trying to solve? This will help me provide a solution that will solve the underlying problem. 2. In your mind what does "migrate" mean? A Jira Project/Space can be…

Hello @Nikhil Kejriwal Welcome to the Atlassian community. I wish we could provide the information you seek. As this is a user community where mostly users, vendors and partners share information, we don't really have information on the internal machinations of Atlassian's decision making. Are there specific changes that…

Hello Are you wanting to remove the options for Open Requests and Closed Requests? I found an option to show only the Open/Closed options or to show All Statuses, but no option that would remove the Open/Closed options.: Are you wanting to show only the external workflow status names in the customer portal? Or both…

Hello @Marisa Burt (cc: @Matteo Vecchiato ) I recently did a test of a Free Confluence Cloud subscription left inactive and 40 days was the inactivity time period, not 120. Since it was a Free subscription and Atlassian deactivated due to inactivity they retained the data for only 15 days after deactivation. After that the…

Hello @Shalini Pradhan Is that information published in a document somewhere? I didn't find it, but I would like to bookmark it for future reference.

Hello @Katherine Lord What have you tried? Do you have an asset object custom field in the issues, through which a "machine" object is selected?

Hello @melissa_cheney When you deactivate a user within Atlassian cloud the licenses they consumed should become available immediately. Are you not experiencing that?

Hello @Rebecca Hylek Is this for a Team-managed project or a Company-managed project, or a Scrum board based on a filter? It isn't possible to change the Velocity report itself. You would need to change the board configuration. If it is Company-managed or based on a filter you can change the board filter to exclude the…

Hello @Rafael Marin Welcome to the Atlassian community Are your users using the native Log Work function to log time against work items? If not, how do they record in Jira their time spent doing work? Jira natively supports users recording time spent on work items. They can specify the date the time was worked and the…
-
Hello @Haya Bawati Welcome to the Atlassian community. When you say Feature level do you mean that you have modified the Work Type hierarchy to add a level for Feature types above Epics? If so, then the only native method for creating Swimlanes in a board based on such a level is to use JQL queries to explicitly define a…

Hello @Bing Ren I asked Chrome Gemini: "summarize how the Atlassian Jira application complies with 21 CFR Part 11" This is the response it provided: Atlassian Jira is not natively compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 out-of-the-box. By default, it lacks immutable audit trails and enforced credential re-authentication during…
