Andy, the admin account should be the initial local account. Once Bitbucket has been installed, you can connect it to crowd for user authentication. As far as integrating with JIRA, once Bitbucket is up and running and user auth is setup, you will need to create an application link between the two. This can be setup from…

Oksana, check you Space Admin page to make sure the page was actually deleted on not just orphaned. If it was deleted, empty it from the trash (Space Admin). You could also run a reindex to make sure its up to date and current. -pd
-
Tim, that page you are landing on is the system default dashboard. All you need to do is either favorite another dashboard or create one of you own. -pd

Christian, I'm not sure there is anything out that that will let you live link to an outside excel spreadsheet. In your scenario above, you should probably just keep the current version in Confluence and edit it from there (there are a number of add-ons that can help with this) or continue to upload a new version on a…

Not sure if this is a question or a complaint. If its a question, we would need a lot more information to help. If a complaint (or a bug) I suggect opening a support ticket with Atlassian so they can take a look or get it fixed. -pd

Jens, create a new board from a project and select your business project. Oncw the board is up, head over to Configure my Board and select Card Colors. Base them on JQL Queries. You can add a JQL like this: duedate >= -5d that will give you all issues on the board with a due date within the next 5 days. Once added, the…

Nagaraju, Not sure what version of JIRA you are using but on 7.3.x + you will need to look here: 1. Click on the little gear drop-down (upper right-hand corner) 2. Select Applications 3. On the left side under JIRA Software select JIRA software configuration. 4. there will be a checkbox to check. After this all you need to…

Amby, you can always view the release/version information within your JIRA project by clicking the Releases link on the left navigation bar. Not JQL but the information is there.

Debasruti, how are you migrating the data? What is the error message?

Oliver, those are two separate offering from Atlassian. Users would need an account in each system in order to edit.
-
Tony, are you using special characters in the attachment names? I know these can cause issues.
-
I don't believe you can upload a .jar to cloud. You will need to find the addons in the marketplace or a similar one.
-
Ed I feel your pain. Why not open an support request for Confluence with the change you want to see. That way it can be tracked and voted up by everyone else.
-
Thanks Nic, learned something new today!
-
You may need to use some custom scripting to make this happen. Take a look at Adaptivist's Scriptrunner.
-
You'll need to create a JQL query that pulls in all the issues on those boards that are assigned to you. Once you have that you can create a dashboard that displays the results and then make sure you are showing the due dates. You could get really creative and create a another filter that shows you what issues are assigned…

Definitely, you could also export the workflows and save them in case you ever want to use them again. Glad you got things all figured out.

Disha, check your firewall policy on the server. It sounds like it may be blocking things.
-
Make sure that the user that Jira runs as has rights to that directory. It sounds like you upgraded the application using an account other than the one running Jira.
-
Michael, it almost sounds like this would be easier with Jira. Just create a project for questions and let users submit them as issues. They can be voted up, watched, and answered and discussed. Plus you can always link them back to Confluence. You could also search the marketplace for Confluence addons. I know there are a…

Make sure you delete all the workflow schemes and then the workflows. They will be under the inactive drop-down.
-
Mohammed, Statuses are global for Jira. Once created, they can be used in any workflow. The reason you cannot delete this specific status is that it is still being used in a worklfow somewhere in Jira.

Kamil, take a look at the ConnectALL plugin from go2group.
