@Guillermo Villanueva The macros work a bit different in Cloud than in Server/Data Center. I'm not sure if that's your challenge or not. However, to get you started, take a look at this previous article by @James…

Neither is going to solve your problems by just installing it our adding it to your site. You will need to do some prep work on your issues / links / screen to make it effective. There are also not MS Project. Try them out and see what you think. Make it easy on yourself and make the vendors give you the sales demo.

@Lena Sargsyan , There is no real defacto 'Best' tool. There is only the one/s that work best for your team and organization. That said, I would look through the marketplace and find a few that look interesting. You could try them out in trial mode or even contact the vendor to see if they will give you a demo. Previously,…

@Steven Sgarlata , we have used this app with success in data center but I know it also works well in cloud: Table Filter and Charts for Confluence Here are a few other but I haven't ever used them before. Table Exporter to CSV/Excel for Confluence Confluence Cloud Table Exporter PRO (XLSX, CSV, PDF) Table Exporter for…
-
@Karan Patel , I'm going to assume you are using Jira Cloud. Since that is the case, check out this article about how to set Issue-level permissions: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-security-schemes/ You could create a group or role for each customer and assign the agents to…
-
@Jennifer Redwine I'd write a JQL filter that includes all the issues in the current test suite. Then from the the filters search page you will see an export option (upper right-hand corner of the page). From there you can experiment with different exports. I usually use the .csv export as this gives me the most…

I screen shot would be helpful - I'll also think about this one a bit and let you know what I come up with.
-
@lapacquah_bryant , you could always use the migration assistant. It doesn't' over write existing data so it should just add the new items, like your field. You could also try exporting / importing a csv with just the field you want. Check out the document:…

@Steve_G , Not sure there is a way to jus specify the 25 of the previous month. You would need to actually specify the date. Something like this: resolved >= 2022-07-25 using the yyyy-mm-dd notation cheers -dewitt
-
@Ty Root , that was going to be my next question but you already identified it. Thanks Nic for confirming so fast!
-
@Ty Root , Welcome to the community. It sounds like your next step needs to be adding it to the correct Issue Type Scheme. Settings -> Issues -> Issue Type Schemes Your subtask should already be a part of the Default Issue Type Scheme, however, you will need to add it to the Issue Type Schemes for your projects. cheers…

@jira_admin_cu , Take a look at this recipe from Adaptavist for Scriptrunner. It should do the trick for you. https://library.adaptavist.com/entity/set-the-value-of-date-or-date-time-fields Cheers -dewitt
-
@Yael Thion , Welcome to the community! It looks like you are using JQL functions from Scriptrunner. Try using this function: issueFunction in epicsOf(Subquery) cheers -dewitt
-
@Gourav Kumar , Check this document out. This is still available, maybe it needs to be enabled (second heading in the doc)? cheers -dewitt

Access will give you the options for SAML Single Sign-on, Authentication Policies, and the ability to manage your user accounts through your IdP. The products will all work fine without the integration but if your company is already using Okta for identity management, access should be in the mix for Cloud.
-
@Scott McDonald As a fellow Okta user, yes you will need Access. cheers -dewitt

@Abdelrahman R Try this: (comment ~credit AND comment !~declined) cheers -dewitt

@Derek Hill Here are a few documents that will help you out detailing @Brant Schroeder recommendations: Setting up SLAs: setting-up-slas-939926373.html Reporting on SLAs: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/reporting-on-slas-939926403.html cheers -dewitt
-
@Michael Johnston Those will be nuanced depending on your IdP. If you haven't seen it yet, here is an Atlassian document that provides more detailed information on some of those items you listed above. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/saml-sso-for-jira-data-center-applications-938847031.html I am sure you…

For those new to this question, here is the Atlassian support document for how to Convert a project to a different template or type: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/convert-a-project-to-a-different-template-or-type/

It's going to be done by the issue link type. It won't matter what the actual issue type is. In Stefan's example, the automation is going to look at the issue linked by the blocks issue link. Whatever issue is on the other end, that's the one that will be closed.
-
If the team can access page 1 but not 2, then it is a permissions issue on page 2. If they can access pages intermittently, I would check their browser cache. Have them re-auth and try accessing the page.
-
Damn, 5000 might be a bit much. Especially when trying to find entry 3876. :) With that many objects, you want to use something a bit more beefy. I have used Elements Connect in the past to connect a field to a .csv. Here is the specifics from there support…
-
The easiest way is to register your domain. Once that is done, all your users will get sucked in and show up under provisioned accounts. Admin -> Directory -> Domains Once you do this, you can also connect an identity provider Admin -> Security -> SAML single sign-on I should also add, you will need Access to do the above.…
-
Unless there is some security risk , We usually try to leave the permissions wide open. Can you users access page 1?
-
@Elif Alverson , hey this is a really interesting question. I can get you an automation that will closed the issue then a linked is is closed but I don't think there is a simple way to check when all other linked issues from a linked issue are closed. 1. Does one of the linked issues in Y or Z normally close last or are…
-
@John Vincent , where are you adding permissions? At the Space level or page level? Permissions within Confluence follow the hierarchy of the Space & pages. Users need access to the Space first, and then the pages. If you restrict access to a page and then try to give access to a child page, it won't work. Space |- Page 1…

@Anthony Amirfar , ScriptRunner has a Bulk Import Custom Field Values utility included in their app. If you don't already have ScriptRunner, download the trial and check out this utility. It's a super useful app. cheers -dewitt
-
@Shikha Verma The easiest way to do this is to get all the email addresses in one place. A comma separated .csv works best. When you have all these; 1. Navigate to your admin panel within your cloud organization. 2. Select Directory at the top of the screen 3. Click the Invite Users button 4. Past all the email addresses…

@BrentBot Like, @Mikael Sandberg said, you will need to add this functionality to the workflow transition. This is the Post-Function for Company Managed Worflows: This is the Post-Function for Team Managed Workflows: -pjd
