Hi @eric_bouchet Sorry it's been a while! Did you get that working? Is it behaving itself?

Hi @Laurent Ducreux Welcome to the Community! At the moment, Butler doesn't have the ability to act on card covers or colours. However, @Blair at Atlassian gave a fab answer to a similar question here: Is there a way to automate cover colors? and also gave ways that Trello users can request features, so I would recommend…

Hi @aturetsky Welcome to the Community! Butler bot doesn't exist anymore, I'm sorry to say. The Butler PowerUp does, however. Could you send a screenshot of your rule so that we can see what's misbehaving?! I'm going to tag in @Iain Dooley as well in case it's more of a script issue! Esme :)

Hi @brad_patera Welcome to the Community! As the new features are really new, there aren't Butler rules for them yet. @Blair at Atlassian posted a reply to a similar question here (the original question was about automating card covers), and his reply has all the details about how to make a feature request and the roadmaps…

There was an outage on Trello last night, is this problem still there? You can see the status of Trello on the Trello Status Page and by the looks of it, it's been resolved. If you're still having problems please let us know at https://trello.com/contact Hope that's helpful! Esme :)

Hi @Raegan Fordemwalt At the moment, there isn't a way to do this as the new card covers are really new. A similar question was asked here: Is there a way to automate cover colors? And the answer by @Blair at Atlassian has all the links to the road maps for Trello and ways you can submit a feature request! Hope that's…

Hi @milagros Welcome to the Community! This is the blog post that was posted yesterday about card colours. You can only set card colours on the web and native desktop apps, so it's not possible to set them on mobile yet. What platform are you using? As far as I am aware, this is not a paid feature, there's nothing in the…

Hi @[deleted] Have you set the due dates since you've added Cronofy? I only ask because sometimes, the due date needs to be set again (removed, close the card, reopen the card, add the due date) for Cronofy to recognise it. Also, make sure that the calendar you're syncing to, is 'showing' on your calendar. E.g. I have a…

Hi @Maximiliane Welcome to the Community! Just to add to @Iain Dooley's answer, I'm a solo user with Business Class. I had the free version for a few weeks, then Gold for about a week, then upgraded to BC, just for me. Personally, it was the Butler quota that made me want to upgrade to BC, because advanced checklists…

Hi @NICHOLAS_CARD Are you using Google Photos to back up your pictures? It's worth noting that this is a really great way to back up your photos. As long as you have a Gmail, which I'm assuming you do because you have an Android, you might find that the pictures are actually already there. You can have unlimited backups…

Hi @Payments_Zigurat Welcome to the Community! If you click on the Trello Education link in the original post, you should be guided through how to apply! Thanks :)

Hi @John Snow Welcome to the Community! Let me say first that this isn't an enterprise feature, which is good news! I know this as I have BC (Business Class) and use the checklist feature all the time! For example, this is one of mine: The top section of mine changes the due date of the whole card - I have this because I…

Hmmmm, very strange! I've reached out to the Trello team to see if they're aware of any problems, hopefully they'll get back to you soon :)

What a great Friday topic! I'm at my desk, in the lounge, in a quiet cul-de-sac in Plymouth, Devon, UK, currently watching Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. My favourite food isn't really a food, it's a meal! Hubster makes the most amazing burgers which I utterly adore! Sometimes I have them in a burger bun…

Hi @Lucy_Norlie What it sounds like is that the board has been shared with one email e.g. a Gmail one, and the account that you made is linked to another email address e.g. an iCloud one. Could you check that the email she's sharing it with is the same email that you're using for your Trello account? Let us know! Esme :)
-
Hi @Yves Hegge Welcome to the Community! If you're talking about Butler rules, if you share the board with colleagues, unless you're a member of that board, the Butler rules won't carry over. Because Butler acts as you, you have to be a member of that board for them to work. What you could do is have a 'How to use this…

Hi @Katie Kline Welcome to the Community! It sounds like you have a filter on, which shows the lists but no cards. If you have something that looks like this in the top right, click the X and all the cards will appear again! Let us know if this solves the problem! If not, we'll try something else! Esme :)

That's true @Dan Ivory but Planyway is more expensive than Cronofy. Planyway is £36 a year (when paid annually) and Cronofy is £19 (that's what $24 equated to when I upgraded), although I see that Planyway gives far more than just a 2-way sync, which looks really good! (I might have to have a look at that myself!)
-
Hi @sstolero Welcome to the Community! Personally, I use a PowerUp called Cronofy. It allows you to link 1 board with 1 Google calendar for free and it's a 2-way sync, so once you add the card to Trello, it'll sync across to the calendar and then if you move the calendar event, it'll change on the Trello board as well. I…

Hi @[deleted] Welcome to the Community! I was having exactly the same problem. Unfortunately there isn't a way around this, the only way that I was able to 'print to PDF' was to open up the card I wanted in Safari. For some reason, the app and the Chrome site don't allow you to print properly, but Safari does. I know this…

Tool are good! If you want something sort of middle of the road when it comes to a bit of metal, try Amaranthe - imagine Eurovision does rock (without Lordi!), I listen to them constantly. They have 3 singers and personally, I love how they sound! Gotta love female vocals. If you're not sure, give this YT video a shot…

Yup, Hubster used to play WoW all the time, but since he went to PS4 and the gaming rig went out of date, he's lost interest (not to mention the cost!). We're liking Minecraft and Worms on the PS4 currently, but I know if we got the rig back out and hooked it up to the TV, he'd be back on WoW in a second!

Before I gave up smoking, I loved a bi-annual cigar (my birthday and New Year)! Alcohol on the other hand is a bit hit and miss with me, unless if Strongbow Dark Fruits, then all bets are off!! Smells cheeses, unfortunately, for me, are a thing of the past. I have to content myself with mature cheddar as it's the only one…

Hi @Abhishekjindal Welcome to the Community! Depending on what you would like to do with Trello, depends on what guidance we're able to give. I've created a YouTube Playlist for Trello How To Guides which you might find useful Esme :)

Hi there Kalle! There is no limit on the number of rules you can have, just on the number of times they can run during the month. You can have as many rules as you like, but when you hit your command run limit (or operation limit), they'll stop running until the 1st of the following month. Command runs consist of rules, so…

No Worries @Chip Morris! We're here to help! I had lists for today, tomorrow, this week, next week and upcoming with rules that move cards through the lists as they need to be in different ones. Then I have a done list where everything goes when I've finished it, as you say, it's on another board, but that's just what…
-
Hi @Debra_Seguin Welcome to the Community! I made a YouTube Playlist of all the Trello Videos I found useful: Trello How To Guides You might find something in there that helps :)
-
Hi @Chip Morris Are all the cards in that list to be archived? As in, are there ever cards in that list that shouldn't be archived? If all the cards need to be archived, then rather than archiving the cards you could archive the list (as long as the list was called the same). If you go into Butler, click on Calendar, add…

Hi Kalle, On that page, it says that the 'Personal' column is for Trello Gold. So, Gold allows you to have 200 rules/card buttons/board buttons/calendar/due date automations. Hope that's helpful! Esme :)

Hi @Kalle Mølbak Pedersen Welcome to the Community! The help page on Butler Features and Quotas is usually up to date. Here is the information: Hope that's helpful! Esme :)
