Hi @Damon Chung Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, there isn't a way to impose card level limits or field limits. If this is something that you want to have, you could consider suggesting this as a feature request by looking at this help page on submitting feature requests, or by emailing feature-ideas@trello.com.…

Hi @Ann_B_ Welcome to the Community! I think I've already answered this on the question you posed on this thread Are these calendars compatible? and which of these I should keep to keep it simple and efficient? But if that ends up not being the solution you need, please message back on this one and I'll see if I can bring…

Hi Mitchell, Sorry for the misunderstanding. There's a Chrome extension called Notifier for Trello that might be what you need? :)
-
Hi @Fapstronaut Welcome to the Community! I wondered how to do this as well! I found out how to do it here: https://help.trello.com/article/821-using-markdown-in-trello This is how to add a gif into the 'description' field: Add something that looks like this:…

Hi @Floortje Welcome to the Community! Can I ask how you're syncing between Trello and your Google Calendar? Are you subscribing to it via iCal or using another PowerUp? I use the Calendar PowerUp as well as Cronofy to sync my boards to GCal. One board to one calendar can be synced for free with Cronofy, but if you want…

Same here @Shawn_Panah I've decided to pay the $23 (which turned out to be £20.74) so that I have access to all the other boards as well. There wasn't really any need, until I started keeping track of the family's health in Trello, if someone forgot something (my grandfather is 90 and forgets things and repeats them, so we…

Hi @Ann_B_ Welcome to the Community! is there a way to have Calendar events appear on one of my Trello boards - it would be enough to have them "appear" on lists some days in advance so I don't have to copy them all from my calendar when doing my weekly planning session... Unfortunately, the simple answer is no, especially…

Hi @Chris Welcome to the Community! If you select the board you want to use, then click 'Show menu' (top right just under your avatar). Then click 'search cards' (3rd option down), it should give you a list of date options that should read something like this: Hope this is helpful! Esme:)

Hi @[deleted] Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, there is no native way to be able to change the order of sections on the back of a Trello Card. If this is something that you'd like to suggest, please feel free to read this help page or email your idea to feature-ideas@trello.com. Esme :)

Hi @Mitchell Page On any board, you can go to the top right next to your avatar, where the red bell will show again, and it'll give you a list of all the unread notifications you have across all your boards. I don't know if this is helpful or what you're wanting, so please, let me know if it's not and we'll try again! Esme…

Hi @Damon Chung Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, there is no way to set card level privacy on Trello. However, you could assign cards to people and get them to set up their own boards with only their tasks on them. You could do this with a Butler rule and then when they completed something, another rule would…

Hi @Ondratra O Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to say that the picture you've uploaded includes 5th April. Is that what you meant or am I missing something vital?! If you've got a filter set, then you'll only see cards that match that filter in the calendar view. If you take the filter off, then everything should…

No worries at all @Dee Dee Dumond - I'm assuming it worked? If it did, could you click 'accept answer' so that others who have the same question and search they know that this solution worked? Don't be a stranger! Ask anything you like and we'll do our very best to give you all the possible answers, we're a friendly bunch!
-
Hi @Dee Dee Dumond Welcome to the Community! Card and board buttons are displayed in alphabetical order, to change the order, simply add numbers to the front of the button name! That means that they'll appear in the right order and you can re-arrange them whenever you need by changing the numbers. Please let us know if…

Ok, so my Star Wars name would be Esmcr Maeas sounds about right!
-
No, I’m not sure he loves me, but I am sure he’s cooking his own bloody dinner!! Esme is a tricky one, Esmè is pronounced Esmay and so is Esmee, and nanny never got it right and always put my name as Esmeè, I think to hedge her bets! I don’t think it matters how I spell it, people pronounce it however they like! But mine…
-
My nemesis name is Esmay - not the spelling but the pronunciation! It's actually pronounced Ez-me. My Bizzarro World Name given to me by my husband is: Bert (thanks darling) My Star Trek name is Crulues - well doesn't that remind me of Cruella de Vil
-
Hi @Emmanuel Guyot That page was last updated on December 18, 2018 - Butler has been bought by Trello since then and doesn't allow for list numbers any more. Sorry :(
-
Happy birthday @Monique vdB I can't have anyone else (at all) make a sandwich for me - ever! My husband and I have been together since 2011 and he's never made me a sandwich! Even when I'm ill, he'll bring everything in on a tray so that I can make it myself! No idea why, just can't happen!

I've just found this awesome article on how to stay connected when working from home https://www.atlassian.com/blog/teamwork/virtual-team-building-activities-remote-teams

Hi @Vlad sem Welcome to the Community! The easiest way would be to make a complete copy of the board. You can do this by clicking on: * Show menu * More * Copy board If you want to add all the lists & cards etc to another board that's already set up, the easiest way is to click on the 3 dots at the top of a list then copy…

You are most welcome Vilma! I don't think it's stated anywhere in the literature, it's not something that the Butler PowerUp has ever offered, it was only something that ButlerBot did. I only know about it because it was asked before in the Community! I'm glad it's sorted :)
-
Hi @Vilma_Ortiz The new version of Butler (not the bot) doesn't recognise list numbers, it only recognises list names. So, unless your list names are #1 and #2, this command won't run. If you change to the list names this command should run. Please come back to us if it doesn't! Esme :)
-
Hi @Indiana Trane Welcome to the Community! Ian is right, the command you're looking at is for the old version of Butler. You might find it helpful to look at the page on Butler variables to see what Butler is capable of. There are a few of us in the community who use Butler a lot (including me), so if you want to do…

Hi @Andy - PTC Redundant If it was me personally, I would have a 'main' GD, whichever one I use the most (or whichever is bigger) then connect that one to Trello. Then I would go to each of the 'feeder' accounts and share all the folders with the 'main' GD account, making sure to go to each shared folder (on the main GD)…

Hi @Chris Waters Welcome to the Community! To get a separator card, in the card title put 3 minus symbols, like this: --- Esme :)

Hi @Kate Crumley Welcome to the Community! I've had issues with Nord on my Mac stopping Chrome, Drive and Trello speaking to each other! I've also had problems with the Grammarly and Dashlane Chrome Extensions stopping me being able to link my Google Drive account. What I did was disabled every Chrome extension, then put…

Sorry, another possibility - click on 'Google Drive' at the top of the board and click on 'Activate' and then go through the screens to re-authorise Google Drive. I've found that if there's been an update to Google Chrome, I have to do this.
