  • Hi @Thierry CALDERON Welcome to the Community! Do you have Nord or Dashlane running on Chrome? I know that when I have a specific Nord connection running on Chrome or the Dashlane Chrome extension enabled, I have a problem. Also, keep an eye out for any ad-blocker, you need to whitelist the site so that you don't have any…
  • I'm an aspiring minimalist as well @BiancaE but nail varnishes bring me joy, so in the mass purge, I got rid of a load but about half stayed :)
  • Hi @Tom Synnott Could you please be a little more specific about what you're wanting to achieve? The original question is a little vague and more details would be awesome in allowing us to help you! Thanks Esme :)
  • Hi @[deleted] Welcome to the Community! When you click on Butler at the top of a board, what do you see? When I click on mine it gives me 'Automation Tips' then I have to click on the right hand side to find my rules and card buttons: If you're clicking on one of these (for example the 'rules') and nothing is showing up,…
  • Hi @Mike_Galligar I use both of these together, I use Butler with Custom Fields. This is the card button that I set up: This card button ^^^ renames the card with the date and time that I completed the card AND changes the custom field 'Completed' to the date and time that it was completed. I have set the 'Completed' to a…
  • Hi @Dan Gray If this answer was good for you, could you please accept it so that others who search the Community for the same issue know that this is an option? Thanks
  • Hi @JC I know exactly the problem you're having! I didn't manage to find a way around it except deleting the duplicates. The only other way I found to do it, is to have a Butler rule on the 'desktop' board to change the due date on the 'feeder' card. I've not used it, but I would imagine it looks something like this:
  • Hi @Dan Gray Personally, I use Cronofy as I sync 1 board with 1 Google Calendar. The 2-way sync on Cronofy is brilliant and works perfectly. (I tried Planyway too, but couldn't justify the cost per year) However, the paid Cronofy plan is under $25 a year where you can sync unlimited boards That might be another option for…
  • Hi @[deleted] Welcome to the Community! Could you give us a little more information? What are you going to be basing the priority on (label, date, assignee etc). Thanks Esme :)
  • OMG @Scott LaPlante that's genius! I always say 'I'll Trello it' or 'I'll add that to my Trello' - I am proud to share the Trellove and I shall be implementing 'trellit' from now on!
  • There's a company in the UK called Pia, they make amazing jewellery and my Nan always got me some for Christmas and my birthday. Some of my favourites are * drop earrings that say 'in one ear and out the other,' * a ring that says 'well behaved women never make history,' * a bracelet that says 'go confidently in the…
  • Hi @jeffkrage Welcome to the Community! There is a Repeating Card PowerUp that you could use to get a recurring task. You can set up a single card, then set up a repeat on it for every day/week/month, whatever repeat you'd like to have! The original card needs to stay on the board though, personally I have repeating cards…
  • Hi @Ron_Bailey On the board that it should be enabled on, can you click on 'show menu' on the top right of the board and under PowerUps, see if it's listed there? Let us know if it's there and we'll see where we are :)
  • Hi @Tanya Gordon I'm utterly in love with this idea, it's awesome! Your boards are inspired!
  • Hi @vberruezo Sorry for the misunderstanding! I often need the same thing, so I use labels in place of a multi-select. I don't know if that would help at all? That way, I can filter for just specific labels and having multiple labels per card means I can be really specific on what I'm looking for. I don't think there are…
  • Hi @vberruezo If you add the Custom Field PowerUp, then head to the back of a card and click on the PowerUp on the right hand side of the card. Then select '+ New Field' then in 'Type' select 'dropdown' and pick a title for your dropdown, you can add as many options as you would like, you can also colour code them! It…
  • Hi @Daniel Woodman Welcome to the Community! Don't worry about asking a question and working it out yourself! Because of you answering your own question, it means that others will know how to solve this too!
  • Hi @tracibdesign Welcome to the Community! If you click on your avatar (top right) from any board currently under 'Hurley project' and click billing, then about half way down the page you'll find a link to the team billing page - if you click on that, there should be a button right near the top that says 'edit team…
  • Hi @Howard Greenstein Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, you're mostly right. When you un-archive a card it will go into the list you archived it from, so while you have to unarchive all cards, you will be able to see which ones end up back in the 'done' list pretty swiftly :)
  • Hi @Howard Greenstein While I might not have a solution for the issue at the moment, I have implemented a solution on my own boards to get around this. Rather than archiving cards, I send them to a specific list on my board called (unsurprisingly) Archive, then once a month I rename it to Archive Feb 20 (etc.) then move…
  • Hi @zauberschrauber Welcome to the Community! Are you still experiencing problems syncing? I will say that it doesn't have anything really to do with which wifi network you're on, more that you're signed into the same account on both of them and that in your iOS settings you have background refresh turned on so that the…
  • Hi @[deleted] Welcome to the Community! Could you let us know what the problem is, or post it in here by clicking 'Ask the Community' at the top of the page, we might be able to help? You can use tags as well so that we understand exactly what help you need! Esme :)
  • Hi @Brian_Clapier Welcome to the Community! I had a similar situation recently where I wanted my husband to be able to tick things off on checklists but as an 'observer' he couldn't. I pay for BC for just me, and I've added him as a normal member of only one board and I don't pay for him. If I'd added him to the team I…
  • Thank you for your answer @Ludo and it's very helpful. However, this doesn't solve the problem for me. My checklists are already populated, I don't add anything to the checklists (they are on a repeating card so that I only had to write them out once). I also don't want all the checklists I make to change to linked cards,…
  • My first phone in 1999 was a Motorola Flare, swiftly followed by a Siemens C4 that had a little stick man that walked across the screen when you turned it off! Happy days! 🤓
  • Hi @ELWatson Welcome to the Community! If you already have a team set up, getting BC (Business Class) for that team will make all the members billable. E.g. 20 members of the team at $120 per year. If you have a single or multiple boards that you want people to be able to access, then you could remove everyone from a team…
  • Hi Daniel, I use Trello and always use the help documents both when I need to find something out, or when I answer questions in the Community! Happy to help!
  • Hi @Teresa Macapal You might want to look at this help page, it shows how to add people to a board, so that you can share your board with the new boss! Adding People to a Board If you want to add an 'observer' this can only be achieved in Business Class. Observers can't change anything on a board, whereas 'normal' invitees…

  • Hi @[deleted] Thank you for the clarification! When you want to deactivate the label from all the cards, are all the cards going to be in the same list? I only ask because it would be easy to create a Butler rule, that when a card is moved into this list, Butler could remove the purple label. It would look something like…
