Hi @Ronni There's been a lot of confusion about this here and here. However, this is what's happening: Long story short Free Team members that are already admin on the free team - nothing will change Free Team members that are members (i.e. not admin) - will be made admin - if you don't want this to happen - make sure…

Thanks @Brittany Joiner We can't really do one for meal planning because we never know what's going to be available in the shop and what isn't. So we have a general idea of what we might like to cook and a list of what we've actually run out of, which is the best we can do at the moment! Maybe when the lockdown is over it…
-
I agree @Samie Delebo - Your Gal at Gliffy - anything that makes life a little easier right now is good. Because we now have to shop for meals, rather than being able to go to the shop on the way home from work every day and pick up what we fancy, I needed to be more organised! Because there are restrictions on the number…

Hi @Adam Hollander You can contact Trello Support here. Click the 'Ask Trello Support' link. Has this board been shared with people before? It might be that they still have a Butler rule running in the background? If you click on Butler (top right of the board), then 'Account' bottom left, then the 'Account' tab, that will…

A member on this topic has had a reply from Trello with further guidance on what's changing: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-discussions/The-new-policy-All-members-with-admin-permission-seems-very-bad/m-p/1352526#M1148%3Futm_source=atlcomm&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=immediate_general_comment&utm_content=topic

Hi @Pedro_Prazeres_Santos There are some PowerUps that can do this for you, here is a helpful guide on mirroring cards. Some mirroring is available in Butler, however, the number of rules that would be necessary could be offputting.
-
Woohoo! No worries! I've just realised that I have a load of rules that aren't labelled, so, thanks to you, I'm going through them and tagging them now! Esme :)
-
Hi @DPI Thank you for getting back to me! If you open your list of Butler rules, from any board, you'll get a great big long list (as you probably already know). If you click on the little tag: Then you can type in whatever you want: And press enter! Hope this helps! If not, please get back to me!

Long story short Team members that are already admin on the team - nothing will change Team members that are members (i.e. not admin) - will be made admin - if you don't want this to happen - make sure they're on the relevant boards and remove them from the team. You could even send out a quick IM or email to those people…
-
Let me see if I understand: Clients are added to the board (within a team) that specifically pertains to them = nothing will change - they will still have the same permissions that they previously had - you control what they can do, same as you have done before. You would only add people to a team if you want them to have…
-
If you remove a team member, they will stay on any boards within that team that they're already on:
-
Any team member could change the team-level privacy setting. I have a few teams and I'm the only team member - but the boards within those teams are shared with others. Anyone in the team (not board) can change it to public. Hence my suggestion of having the team as trusted people, specifically people who know how to use…
-
Hi @Kain Personally, that's how I would do it. Have a group of trusted TEAM managers or project managers (whatever you want to call them), and have those on the TEAM. Then you can add as many people at board level that you like. Remembering that you're limited to 10 boards per TEAM. Please understand - that's just how I…
-
Hi @Tony Crockford Welcome to the Community! You can still add clients to the boards (like you've always done), just don't add them to the team and they won't have control that you don't want them to have. Board controls stay the same:
-
OK, I think we should look at this logically. This is the email: Right, so it's only going to affect free teams, which are limited to 10 boards. IMHO, it would be worth removing people at a TEAM level, and adding them to the individual boards. Given that there are only 10 boards allowed on free teams, this shouldn't be too…
-
Hi @DPI Could you share some screenshots of the rules you're trying to recreate? We should be able to help if we know what you're trying to do. Could you also link the website that you're using for the instructions and we can see if there is a new version?
-
Woohoo!
-
Yes, it would appear that emailing 30 days before a due date requires you to have a paid account. I've just looked at the command on both my personal account and my BC account, and this warning is on both of them in exactly the same please. So it would seem that this is just an info panel and doesn't appear depending on…
-
Sorry, I should add - even if you go through and prune the rules you can live without, and reduce to just the ones you have to have, it still won't help you until 1st May, because you've run out, you've already used your allocation for the month, therefore nothing further will run this month. If you've run out of Butler…
-
Hi @Stephen Hodges Welcome to the Community! If you're already paying for Trello Gold and you're receiving information that you need to upgrade to a paid account, that would suggest that you've run out of commands and operations that Butler allows on this version. As @Antonio Panea states, Gold users have 200 commands and…

Hi Craig It might be that you're not a specific user type on the other boards? It might help to look at this link that details visibility and control and see if you're not set up to be able to add cards to other boards? It seems like it's a problem with your company's admin within Trello, not Trello itself.

Hi @Jo Allan Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, if all the contractors are on the same board, they will know of each other's existence, and they will all need to be on the same board in order to know that there is work available. There is also no way to assign a single contractor to a card and none of the others…
-
Hi @[deleted] Thanks for getting back to me. This is what it looks like when I click 'copy': If you click on the board in 'copy to' it will bring up a list of all the boards you have. If this isn't available to you, could you upload a screenshot so that we can see, and we'll try and troubleshoot from there. Esme :)
-
Hi @Ben Smith Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, Butler can't read the dates on the card before (believe me I wish that it could), or to alter dates on cards based on other cards in the list. However, @Iain Dooley might have an idea how to do this with Trellinator

Awesome! Thanks! I've reached out to other Community Leaders, because I'm not that great with Slack and I know that other's are soooooo much better!
-
Hi @Letícia Welcome to the Community! Could you take some screenshots so that we can see the rule you're trying to run as well as the error message? We might be able to see something in the rule that's not playing fair! Esme :)
-
Woohoo! Congrats everyone!

Hi @Helen Griffiths {Capgemini} Congrats on your first article, it's awesome! I love how you've split it up into bite-size chunks of advice, it's so easy to read and well written! I too am British (Plymouth), however, I haven't had a cuppa since about 2005! I am now fueled by coffee! For us, at least in our house, dinner…

Hi Brad, I've also just found this on a mismatch between the times. Don't know if it's helpful?

Hi Brad, I have a problem with it not being a full 2-way sync as well, but as I live primarily in Trello and only use my calendar to be able to adjust my schedule, 90% of my tasks start in Trello and filter into my calendar, rather than the other way around. I would love to be able to have a true 2-way sync, but I can't…
