Hi Brad, Thank you for your reply! I paid $23.88, which worked out to exactly £20.72 for the year (I know because I've just checked my bank statement! This is what my subscription page looks like - so you know I'm being honest! I put Cronofy onto one board, then when I tried to add it to another board, it gave me the…

Hi @Brad Hawkins Welcome to the Community! I can't strictly answer your question because I could never get Playway to do what I wanted it to do! However, effortlessly, I use Cronofy for syncing between my Trello boards (of which there are MANY) and my Google Calendar. I particularly like the way that for the paid version…

OMG! I love this @Thomas Schlegel Amazing! Bravo! Can you link to other adventures of Admin, I seem to have missed it completely until this one!

Hi @Fapstronaut Welcome to the Community! If you go to the card you want to link to (not the card you want the link to appear in) Scroll down to the bottom, and click on the 'Share' button (bottom right). Copy the card link (it should already be highlighted) Close that card Open the card you'd like the link to appear in…

So, if you have a Custom Field that's a date field, you would be able to have Butler act on that field Esme :)
-
Hi @Kayla Slice Welcome to the Community! You can set triggers in cards based on a custom field:
-
Hi @floky Grey labels are 'hidden' labels, they don't show up on the front of the card. They're useful for things like Butler, to sort or schedule a command based on a label, but you don't necessarily want that label to be seen. Hope that's helpful Esme :)

If you weren't remote working for Atlassian, what would you be doing? What's your dream job (but not the one you have!)?
-
What was the motivation for writing the book (which I have to say, is amazing!)?
-
Have you always remote-worked? If not, was there a transition? Have you got any hints and tips for transitioning from 'office' to 'home-office'?
-
Apart from Trello (which is obvious), what other systems make it easier to remote work?
-
How does your family cope with you working from home? Do you have hard and fast rules? How long did it take to implement them?
-
How long did it take you to get your home office perfect, or is it a work in progress?
-
What led you to join Trello/Atlassian?
-
When working in a distributed team, how do you cope with conflict?
-
Random - who came up with the Trello logo and how?!
-
What are your golden rules of remote working? Do you think they would be different if you were only remote working during the current crisis and not all the time (asking as someone who is remote working 'until all this blows over' then I'm back in the office!)
-
Congratulations on the book! I must admit I've downloaded it and sent it to my boss! How difficult was it to get together?
-
Hi @Mark Harvey Welcome to the Community! I would reach out to Trello on the Ask Trello Support link on that page to clarify the situation. There may be limits to how often you can move guests around to ensure that people aren't adding people to one board, then removing them once their work has been done and adding them to…

Upshot - You upgrade the Team, not individuals If you have a Team of 1 - 1 BC cost If you have a Team of 10 - 10BC cost If you have a Team of 1 and then add individuals to only 1 board each - 1 BC cost If you have a Team of 1 and add 1 person to multiple boards - 2 BC cost because they're not a single board guest, they're…

There is also a helpful guide on Billing for Business Class
-
Hi @Lucas Moreira - OnNet Telecom Business Class on Trello is a tricky one! You don't upgrade a person, you would upgrade a whole Team. If you have one Team with 1 person (like I do), then it's 1 payment of 1. If you have a Team with 4 people, then it's 4 people's payments. You can invite people to a single specific board…

Also, if this answer answered your question, could you accept the answer so that others who are searching for the same thing know that this works? Many thanks Esme :)

Hi @Jody_Smith I open the CSS colours website because that tells me all the colours that are recognised all over the web. Then, click on the 3 dots at the top of a list (on the right hand side of the individual list) and put your cursor in the 'background colour' box and type in the name of the colour exactly as it appears…
-
Woohoo! Awesome! I'm glad you sorted it!

I'm game too @Monique vdB Just add me wherever!

Hi @Lucas Moreira - OnNet Telecom Welcome to the Community! Is this a question about Jira or Trello? If it's Trello, then, unfortunately, the only way to get more than 200 command runs, would be to upgrade to Business Class. This is something that I had to do as well! But first I would look at how you've used 200 command…

Hi @Jody_Smith Welcome to the Community! If you're using Chrome, there are loads of Chrome Extensions that will allow you to see the card count at the top of the list. Ultimello for Trello has lots of things on offer My personal favourite Pro for Trello gives a million and one things that you can add to Trello, including…

OK so another random one, are the initial contact cards on that board? Another random one, is the checklist name right? There isn't a random space at the end or anything? I would say that because it's the trigger, and there's nothing happening in the Butler logs, it has to be the trigger that's stopping it. For some…

Actually, that’s helpful too! if it’s not there, it means that it’s not trying to run, basically it’s possible that’s it’s not switched on. It could be that it’s been enabled on a board that isn’t the one it should be, rather than this one, or it might not be enabled at all, which is an easy fix if this is the case. Go to…
