Hi @Bryan Dumaguina You might want to try this, this doesn't use Custom Fields at all: If you wanted to post the card description in a Custom Field (not sure why, but if that's what you're doing at the moment, you probably have a reason!). I would do something like this: Or if you wanted to add a comment to each card:…

Hi @krosterman Welcome to the Community! If you open the board you want, then click: * show menu * more * copy board That should copy the board exactly as it is at that moment in time, into one of your boards that you can change and edit to your heart's content and even if they remove you from the original board, you'll…

Hi @Ryan Baldwin Welcome to the Community! I wonder if you could answer a few questions about what you're trying to achieve? Are you trying to add background images on the web version, native desktop app or mobile app? What account do you have, free, Gold, Business or Enterprise? Depending on these things, depends on the…

Hi @Hijaz_Com Welcome to the Community! If I wanted to do this, I would set up a list for each member of the family and use a PowerUp like Costello. This PowerUp allows you to add costs to each card. Therefore, each family member has their own list, and each thing they purchase can have a card with a cost attached to it.…

Hi @Brent Ackors Could you show us some screenshots of where its working and where it isn't? If we can see them, we might be able to see where things aren't behaving as they should! Esme :)

Hi @Alan Gordon I've reached out to some Atlassian/Trello staff with a link to this question and asked them to reach out to you. There is also the Trello Support Page where you can click on the bottom link 'Ask Trello Support' and ask them any questions you might have and be more specific about the kind of things that you…

Hi @Mark_Salonius Welcome to the Community! The only option that I know of that can do a true mirror of cards across boards, is the card mirroring PowerUp, however I believe that this might be a paid PowerUp. You can achieve something similar with Butler, however there are two options in Butler; you can either move the…

Hi Angela! I only ask because card & board buttons and sometimes they behave in different ways. I think as you've had a reply from Trello support, that's probably the one to go with! If you hadn't had a reply from Trello - this is what I would have suggested: Have you and she clicked all the options under the buttons in…

No worries! I'll mention it to 'proper' Trello/Atlassian peeps, and see if they have further information about whether there are bulk discounts! Just so you know for sure! Esme :)
-
Hi @Don Jeffrey Victoria Welcome to the Community! Single board guests aren't chargeable - however, please remember that should you add them to a second board, they automatically become multi-board guests and will be chargeable. Business Class doesn't have discounts over a certain number of users (as far as I'm aware)…

Hi @Angela Silbernagel Welcome to the Community! Just to clarify, are you talking about board buttons or card buttons? Let us know and we'll do our best to help! Esme :)

Hi @Janna Bergstedt It could be something that someone else has initiated. If you want to contact Trello Support, their website can be found here. Click on 'Ask Trello Support' and you'll be able to send them a message. Personally, I would include a link to this page (your question) so that they can see what we've already…

Hi @Raegan Fordemwalt Welcome to the Community! There is another random option that I've found can be useful! Under the Calendar option on the left when you open Butler, you can click something like, 'Monday 9am' and then in the 'Move Cards' block there's an option to move a random card: Does this help? Esme :)
-
Woohoo! No worries! If you have 2 minutes, could you accept the answer (now we know it worked) so that others who have the same question know that this works? Thanks! Esme :)

Hi @Janna Bergstedt Automation tips aren't active so they're not running, so deleting them won't stop something running if it's already under 'rules' on the board. Can you open Butler, then click 'Account' in the bottom left then click 'usage log' and see what's running in there? Note that if you click 'Load more' no more…
-
Hi @Janna Bergstedt The tip aren't enabled so that's ok. I have loads of tips that I ignore! See - loads! They don't enable unless you click 'Add' Go to 'rules' and then at the top there will be a button that says 'all' - click on that and select 'enabled' and you'll see which ones are enabled on your board and which…

So you might be able to add the CC to the report that you want to run?
-
You can also do this without doing any of that! If you click the 2 dots, you'll get the option to 'Sort' - if you click on that, it'll give you options where you can sort by the date that the card was created: So you could ignore everything I previously said, and do that instead!
-
Hi @Deano Welcome to the Community! Right, let's get into this! Okey dokey! I know you have 100 cards that you want to be able to sort, so this first step is going to take some time, but stay with me, you'll only need to do it once! Right, I would suggest you have Custom Fields enabled and that you create a CF called "CC"…

Awesome Jim, feel free to come back if there's a problem! We're here to help!

Hi @ellyfrolenko2808 Welcome to the Community! This can be achieved with a really simple Bulter rule! What you want is something that looks like this: Then, whenever you create a new card, it'll start wherever you create it, but the minute it's added (after you've added all the information you want to), it'll pop up to the…
-
Hi @Soumyadeep Mandal ButlerBot doesn't exist anymore, I'm sorry to say, so it won't create a new list and it won't do anything like sorting by age.
-
Hi @Henrik Ekman Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, Trello is strictly Kanban, there is no other way to display lists on a board. WYSIWYG, there isn't a way to be able to have an Eisenhower Matrix on Trello. However, there is a Chrome extension called List Layouts for Trello which you might be able to tame to get…
-
Hi @Jim Geuther Welcome to the Community! Do you use a single rule over and over again? If so, would it be worth adding a 'board button' to do the same thing? You might be able to reduce the number of command runs, if not the number of operations? Something like 'when the button is pressed (command run) add the Xyz…

Hi @Jen_Ash Welcome to the Community! For this, I would suggest you try the card repeater again. I know you said it didn't work with changing assignees, however, what I would do to sort that out is created multiples of the same repeat. Set a fortnightly repeat for one person and then another for the other person, but have…

Hi @Ac_Cabalquinto Welcome to the Community! I know exactly what you mean! When I was setting up my husbands tasks etc, I opened an incognito window in Chrome and signed him in on there, so I could make sure that his side was working and so was mine! Don't know if that might work for you? Esme :)
-
Hi @epetrack Did you get this sorted? If the board is pubic, you could just share the board URL with them. Inviting them to the board means that they have to have a Trello account, but giving them the URL to a public board means that anyone can see it. Let us know if you got this sorted! Esme :)
-
Hi @Stephen_Ohimor Did you manage to get this sorted out in the end? @Iain Dooley is this something that Trellinator could help with?
-
Hi @Beth Smith Welcome to the Community! I know that your question is a little bit old but I thought I would answer anyway and check in! Did you manage to get it sorted in the end? I use Cronofy to sync multiple boards with multiple Google Calendars and find it works great! When an event is created in my calendar from a…

Hi @Marasami G Welcome to the Community! I know your question is a few months old, but I wanted to check and see if you'd sorted it out? It is possible to have 3 different Trello accounts, all with different email addresses, for different purposes, although it's not recommended and there really isn't any need. Can you tell…
