Hi @Jerson Ramirez Welcome to the community. Not out of the box it doesn't no..... As Zephyr is a 3rd party plug-in. Might be doable via webhooks/ custom API integration. Have a look at this: Zephyr for Jira REST API Overview - Create Custom Zephyr Integrations - YouTube

Hi @Vero Rivas not sure i understand what you are trying to say in the first paragraph, but not sure you have "me" correctly categorised.... I do however agree with your second/third paragraphs. In other words: Perfection is an illusion. A failure is always an opportunity to learn. Failure is a part of life.....we fail and…

@александр шевяков they (the added Custom fields) should be available to filter on in the Filters section (upper left of the above screenshot)

I don't get how changing the actor to say...you means "The idea of an automatic action is lost". If you want to keep the actor not related to a person, say....you. Then create a new service account that you can control and add to the relevant groups etc to empower it to run any such restricted issue type automation rules.…

Do you have a Team configured for the plan/the work in the plan?

Hi @alice lowah You may have jumped the gun a bit with the renaming of a Jira Epic to feature. How old is this Jira instance? I ask because if you had a lot of existing data making use of the epic link field, that relationship is now pointing at your features, not your new Epics. Also, you need to update your Advanced…

@Lennon Liao and @Kyle Le Pine I've worked out that if you paste the URL it sits there as a URL link. Change it to "Inline" then go to change it again and embed is there. Note: it isn't there when changing from URL initially. But presumably....it should be??
-
So as long as the rule has Project PB (plus whichever others are in scope), you should be good to go.
-
Thanks @Tanguy Crusson Yes!!! all working again now.
-
Note: option 3 can't be done. "This user is a system user, and their privileges cannot be modified."
-
Hi @Antonio Calì Sounds like you pretty much have solved it. You will either have to: * remove the permissions from the issues * change the actor to one with the right permissions * give the current actor the permissions (though I'm uncertain if this is possible)
-
What @Mykenna Cepek said.
-
Thanks @Ana Duran but sadly that is not working for us.
-
Yes!!! and as everyone has alluded to...does this mean Confluence automation is coming real soon????? As for ideas Admin based ones. The ability to "remove licenses after a period of inactivity" springs to mind.
-
@Виталий not certain I understand your question, but I think what you need to do is make the automation rule global, or multi-project, if it is always the same couple of projects. So that is can work across the multitude of projects that this rule may have to do updates in. Note: if you are on Jira Standard, there are…

Hi @Benjamín Jacuinde I note the dates on the weeks have changed (7, 14, 21 etc) to (6, 13, 20), that could be the difference. Is that a selectable/changeable setting (sorry, I've only dealt with Cloud, which doesn't have this particular functionality) Ultimately, if you believe it has changes and that change has broken t,…

@Виталий Based on: you've linked them with the "Is cloned by" link type, I'd do rule 2 like this.
-
I can only imagine that, the previous 2 weeks have passed (so the work can't be done then) and the estimated 15 hours fits into the capacity of the week of 30/Jan....so why not do it then? I only know the cloud version, but again, I believe it will schedule the work at the earliest opportunity (which is what has happened)…
-
What is the Plan using for Estimation (Story points, time??) and do the issues within that plan have them populated?

I can't think of how you could do this via automation, where it wouldn't be more complicated than doing it manually. The order a team would like to sort the stories for any given Epic feels like something that is squarely in the curate basket, not the automate one.
-
If those children have no dependencies then they will not show in the Dependency view. Go to the Dependency view and have a look at how the filters section is set (by that built-in view)
-
What do you have configured in the "Edit issue fields - Story points" action on the branch?
-
Hi @Amit Bansal Most likely the children do not meet the "Issue source" criteria of the plan, or perhaps they are in a Resolved start and due to the Exclusion rule around Completed issues (default setting of 30 days). If neither of those, more info please 😊

If it is about having the same tasks (data) and multiple similar views. Why not do it from the one plan (that already has the tasks/data), then from the view that you want to replicate go "Save as", give it a new name and do any further tweaks to customise that view. Rinse and repeat until you views are complete.

@Jeanne Higgins do you mean the data in the view or the configuration of the view, ready to use with different data? If you mean the data, then it will all depend on how the permissions to advanced raodmaps have been implemented, as well as the permissions for the project/s the data is being pulled from. If you mean the…

@Jewgenij Tarschis @Pramodh M advice is only available for Jira software (company managed) projects. As @John Funk has mentioned, this may change in the future for Jira work management projects, but for now if you want that functionality, you would have to move the work into a full blown Jira software project. Which could…
