Where are your hundreds of values coming from? Is this a list you maintain manually, or is it stored somewhere else?

Hi @Jason Liu , You can create a multi-select custom field: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver074/configuring-a-custom-field-881683554.html

Hi @Cain Chen , Have you tried searching on the Marketplace with different keywords related to your use case? You mention security issues: what about using permissions in Confluence to control who can see which spaces/pages, who can edit them? That won't help to provide the browsing history of a user, but if you are…

Hello @ServiceDesk Welcome to Community. Cloud Free sites are deactivated after a period of inactivity, and since you mention that you haven't accessed it since March, it might have gone into dormancy. Check out this other discussion for details of the timeline for deactivation fo free sites. As for restoring the missing…

Hi @Can Yildiz Have you tried tagging colleagues in the comments where their attention is needed? That will trigger a notification by Confluence. It sounds like you don't want collaborators to publish the page until all changes are made, correct? If that's the case, what about using the new status feature at the top of the…

Right, the expand macro has never had formatting options. You may want to look into an app for that. It sounds like you are looking for a formatting solution anyway (with the PDF export) and not a dynamic hide/see content option. Have you tried panels or adding sections?
-
Hello @Bryan Tiang Welcome to Community. Have you tried contacting the vendors, Comala and Adaptavist? They are probably the best placed to be able to help you, and support from a vendor is part of the services included when you purchase an app.
-
Even when you hover the mouse over the area, you don't see an option to add an emoji, header image, or page status?
-
I don't think the status is automatic, you need to set it once you've created the page. You might need to publish your page once, then go back to edit it in order to have the status option available.
-
Hi @acolbourne Welcome to Community. The status that is available at the top of the page and the status macro you can add anywhere you want on your page are separate, but both are available on both "new" pages and pages created from templates. For example, here I created a page using the Brainstorming template, then added…

With the legacy editor you did need to open a configuration panel to set the name, but now with the new editor you can just click where it says "Give this expand a title" and start typing. Then to add to the expand, just click inside the box below the title to add content.

Hi @Anna Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? Could help other people try to see where the problem is.

Hello @aidos You'll probably get more help for your question by posting it on https://community.developer.atlassian.com/

Hi @Jeremiah Reed You'll probably get more help by asking this question on https://community.developer.atlassian.com/

Hello @Vignesh Suryanarayan , I don't think it's possible to add other types of content to bullet lists. You could use a macro like Refined ToolKit for Confluence which includes UI Steps. The UI Steps macro allows you to add other macros within each step.
-
Hi @deepak pathak Welcome to Community. Have you tried using the Change history macro? If you have a question specifically about Comala functionalities on Cloud, you should reach out directly to their support.
-
Hi @Sylvie Bracke , If you are open to apps, you could set up a solution where trusted users create new issues in a specific project for each new customer, and then you use Elements Connect to populate field-like connected items after querying your Jira REST API. You can get an idea for how it could work in this…

Looks like it indeed is not possible to pick up the panel title. A workaround would be to repeat the title inside the panel and apply a header, or to create a new zone (section break) on the page and put a horizontal line above and below the section.
-
Hi @marc_gibert Welcome to Community, I don't think you can do that natively, but there are a couple apps on the Marketplace that allow you to list incoming links.
-
Hello @Ajay salla As far as I know you can't merge two pages and preserve the history of both, but you could use the include page macro to display one page on the other. The end result on the published page will be a combination of both pages.
-
Hi @apolinati Welcome to Community, The table of contents macro identifies text that has a header level, and you can specify if you only want certain Headers included, or maybe all. If the text in your panel headers isn't getting picked up, check that you have applied a Header to it.

Hi @Jeremy Earley Welcome to Community. Is there a specific reason you are working on the attached files, and not directly on Confluence pages? Confluence natively tracks who makes which changes, and you can even compare two versions to see the differences. If you need Word and Excel files as a final product, you can…

Hello @Aswathi D , You might be thinking of the recently announced automation for Confluence, but this is only available on Confluence cloud, and I see you are on Server. I would recommend looking at apps on the Marketplace to meet your need.
-
Hi @[deleted] Welcome to Community. Is there a reason you need to work on a Word file instead of directly creating the content as a Confluence page? I would recommend working directly on Confluence pages because editing and commenting a page at the same time is possible with Confluence, and you won't have the problems of…

Hello @Salim Hammar This question got posted in the Confluence group. I'm going to move it to Jira.
-
@Giuseppina Lauriola You can move pages by selecting "Move" from the more actions menu on your Confluence page. You can then select the new parent page.
-
I think it's just an odd phrase, and what they meant is that when you use a template, it's formatted so that it looks good when you present. Or maybe they haven't yet release it? The page mentions finding best practices.... and that's not anywhere.
-
Hi @Giuseppina Lauriola , welcome to Community. It's not clear to me what you are trying to achieve. Can you clarify what you want to move concerning the comments? Are you able to move a page out from under a parent page to be at the same level in the space structure as the (former) parent page? Have you tried using the…
-
Hi @Alessio Riccio Presenter mode is not a template, but rather a way to see/share the page. To activate the presenter mode, click on the 3 dots "More actions" menu. If you are looking to set up your page like in the documentation examples, when you create a new page, you should see available templates in a sidebar to the…

Hi, Have you perhaps selected the status macro when you were trying to comment? If you select text AND a macro, or even sometimes just text inside a macro, you can't make an inline comment.
