@Mario Leon I want to say Atlas was Cloud only since this page about how to access the platform experience only talks about Cloud sites https://support.atlassian.com/platform-experiences/docs/participating-in-the-platform-experiences-early-access-program/ I can't find anything that says Atlas is/was available for DC, so…

Hi, someone suggested Dependency Mapper for Jira, and I wanted to add some details on how it can help visualize story dependencies. There are several different charts available so you can find the best solution for your team. You could visualize issues in a board like this where issues are in swimlanes by project, with due…

I did a quick search and I'm seeing a number of issues/bugs on JAC: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AI-910 https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AI-900 https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AI-348 Perhaps one of those is related to your issue? Are you trying to make this space available to JSM customers? You mentioned deleting…

@Yathisha N I see that you are using the old page editor. Have you tried converting the page to the new editor? That may fix problems with macros. The ability to embed more things within a macro (like the Expand macro) has recently been improved to support more kinds of formatting, but this is only with the new editor. As…

If you want a better way to visualize blockers and filter and sort issues (especially if they could come from other projects), Dependency Mapper for Jira could help. The app works with basic JQL, and then gives you some simple options to filter by issue type and link type, goes out and collects and all the dependencies,…

Hi @Rajakumaran Balashanmugam The issues you can see on a board are determined by the filter used for the board. If you want an issue to be visible on a different board (but within the same project), you'll need to update the filters on both boards. For example, on the 'old' board, you'll need to add conditions to exclude…

Hi @David Hill , When you filter your projects for JWM and Product Discovery, are you seeing something similar to this? The JWM project you've created is correctly indicated for the type as either Company or Team-managed business? And the JPD as a Product Discovery type? And when you click on your JWM project, you're…

Hi @Chris K Emojis are on the roadmap (https://www.atlassian.com/wac/roadmap/data-center/emoji-experience?product=confluence&p=b98658e2-ac ) but I didn't see anything on header images in the roadmap.

Hi Gerry, those instructions work if the person has access to the space first. Before sharing an individual page, you need to make sure the person has access to the entire space (so your personal space).

Hi @Caleb Xia and welcome to Atlassian Community! Your attached images on a Confluence page should each have a unique file name. You can modify the name by going into attachements for the page (you don't need to re-add them). Once you have different file names for each image, modifying one won't impact the others.

Hi @Pronob You should see a link icon become visible if you hover your mouse next to the end of a section title on your Confluence page like this This provides a link with an anchor, and should take you right to the section of the page you're interested in.

Hi @Jared Colombel If you have key information in a table on a child page, you can put the 'Page properties' macro around that table, and then fetch the information and display it on another page as a kind of index. If someone changes the information in the child page, the index will automatically be updated. Otherwise I…

Hi @E Lin _alittlenooneblog_ Can you explain your use case a little more? Do you have a Jira macro on a Confluence page, and users who don't have Jira licenses are wanting to clone the issue? Since issues can be cloned within Jira, what does moving the action to Confluence simplify for you?

I haven't played around with the new Confluence databases (currently in Alpha, formerly known as Orderly from K15T), but since the information is stored outside of a page, displaying the information you need from a database could be a solution. When you update the data, it's automatically updated on all the pages.

Just wanted to clarify that a filter in Jira will display each issue just once. Your request "If a ticket was assigned to me multiple times, I want to see multiple entries, in order of dates assigned." is thus not possible with a filter.

Hi @Robb Duke There's a new guest feature with Connect Cloud. You'll find all the instructions for how to give guest access to one space here: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/invite-guests-for-external-collaboration/

Hi @Ntamen kamogne harry Michel Jira Service Management allows you to do just that.

Hello @Javanshir Mustafayev _ HIT If you're open to other apps, Elements Connect allows you to pull data from Xero into Jira. Your use case of having a hidden field, as well as the value updated periodically, is interesting. Our Product Manager would love to learn more about your needs and discuss how it could be possible…

Hello @Shemi Avraham , If you are looking to fetch more information from Salesforce in order to populate fields in Jira, you may be interested in Elements Connect (btw, I am with the company behind the app). To understand how to set up a query with Elements Connect and customize how the information is displayed, you can…

Another idea is to set restrictions on the page so only you and your colleague can see it, so you can publish it without everyone else seeing it. Your colleague can make comments, and when it's ready, just remove the restrictions.

Hi @Vijaya B Puli and welcome to Community. Before being able to see a page, you need to be given access to the space the page is located in. The space admin (or global admin) can add you to the space. If you don't know who that is, you'll need to ask colleagues or contact your IT department. Your colleagues who have…

You can't. If people are accessing and using Jira (assigned tasks, updating status of tasks, etc) they need a license.

Hi @Fabrizio Latragna , If you renewed your JSD license for server and it's still active, you should be able to download what you need from here https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/download-journey If your JSD license is not longer active, you will need to purchase a DC license in order to install a…

I was at the beach a couple weeks ago, and my husband and I were debating whether or not to take the aluminium beach chairs. "Hmm, we're old enough to need them" we decided, and were very happy to be able to read without hurting our backs 😆

Hello @Devin and welcome to Community. The short answer is no: users have to be able to see that the space exists in order to be able to see any page within that space. You would need to give view permission to the space, and then restrict who can see all the internal pages.

Hello @Gill Jennings and welcome to Community. Elements Connect can probably help you with this use case, depending on where the information on rooms and approvers is located, since the app allows you to query datasources and populate single or multi-select lists. If you are unfamiliar with basic Jira administration, I…
