Hi @lois , I don't see issues on my instance. So, far no incidents is seen on Atlassian status. Are you able to narrow down which links are the issue? May want to raise a ticket with Atlassian to check on the pages on your site.
-
Hi @Edimara Welcome. Don't think you can manually tweak this since the sequence and numbering is auto-generated. The other option is start fresh and reimport all the issues.

I wanted to be a jet fighter pilot. Even crafted a jet out of cardboard box where I could inside and let my imagination run wild. I think the influence came from Top Gun or Robotech.
-
Hi @Y_ Oezl , Correct! Most welcome!
-
Hi @Luis Andino Rodriguez , Yes. For each Jira Service Management project you create, there will be one setup for you automatically. You can find this in the e-mail setup in the project admin page for that specific project. There's no additional configuration needed. Hope this helps.
-
Hi @Erik van Roovert , Welcome. You can use issue security to mark which tickets can be seen or not. Here's the documentation to setting it up. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-security-schemes/ Hope this helps.

Hi @Y_ Oezl , I think what you are looking for is instructional text. Here's an article to help guide you there: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-Cloud-questions/Insert-instructional-text-in-a-template/qaq-p/1287466#:~:text=To%20insert%20instructional%20text%3A,Instructional%20Text%20in%20the%20toolbar

Hi @Phil Bustin , In Jira Automation, You can add multiple conditions. After you add your trigger, just add as many conditions you would like. For example, you can add a condition to look for field 1 specific values and another condition to check for fields 2 and so forth. Hope this helps.
-
Hi @snwatts6 , There's an option in the trigger of each rule to toggle not to be trigger by another automation rule. You may want to create an automation with both those rules where if it matches this criteria do this, and if not, do this instead. Hope this helps.
-
Hi @Nik Seibold , Haven't seen it used in forms. It's mostly used in automation like if you like to add it in a notification, e-mail, or a comment. For example, when a Jira ticket is created that has that form, you can send a slack message with the issue smart key.

Hi @Whitney Goulish , You can search last updates. Here's the Atlassian doc going over what's available in Confluence search. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/search-for-pages-and-posts/ Hope this helps.

HI @Diana Bolanos , Here's a quick start guide on starting Change Management in JSM: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/product-guide/getting-started/change-management#how-it-works and the Atlassian documentation:…

Welcome. You got this! 1. Yes 2. Yes, you can use the standard issue linking to do this. 3. Yes In a small team, keep it light and simple. As you grow and have more economic means, then buy more apps on top to enhance your teams experience.
-
Hi @Jason Krewson , They are different. One is a course. The other is a study guide to help you study for exams. Should be able to do it well within 3 months. Depending on experience, some folks can be ready in 2-3 week. But I would say from experience, probably 1 -2 months depending on the time you dedicate each day on…
-
Hi @Diana Bolanos , Which exact app are you referring to? What is the error you are getting when installing the tool? Please share screenshots if possible.
-
Welcome @Michael Zohner . This is just my opinion but a lot of it will be driven by how your team works. So, you want to setup in a way to help your team boost their way of working. 1. Good. 2. In larger teams, you would want to use add-ons to have a proper test management tool on top. Especially, with large test libraries…

Probably pursue similar approach by reviewing the post-function. Might be something no longer compatible like the hip chat. Definitely, would be a process of elimination to identify what is the root cause.
-
Awesome to hear. Thanks for sharing the findings with the community.
-
Welcome @J Conners . Haven't come across adding images as an attributes since the inventory is more database centric. Quite possible to add a link to an image in an attribute filed.
-
Hi @Brad Collister [Administrator] , It could be a process of elimination to figure which part of the workflow could be an issue. One thing to try is to copy that workflow or recreate the same one and replace the workflow in question. At the same time, Would raise a ticket with Atlassian to see what they can find from…

Strange. should have been able to go back to the previous version that was working with your license. You may want to go back one more version as mentioned or buy a new license as @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ mentioned. Keep in mind. Server has sunsetted. It will beneficial to move to DC or cloud to keep your system…

Very Welcome and also welcome to the community. You have the option to create a request type and hide it from the portal. However, this means the users won't be using the portal to submit tickets. They would submit tickets only if they have access to Jira. There's also the option of only allowing license users to access…
-
HI @Elena Balasa , Found an article that should point you in the right direction of limiting the projects: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/How-do-i-restrict-slack-access-to-certain-Jira-projects/qaq-p/1408413 As for the fields, there is a ticket raised with Atlassian:…

How did you rollback actually? Did you just reinstall 8.5.6 and just dump the backup database from 8.5.6 back? You may want to see if you can go one more version back if you can. Meaning the version you had before 8.5.6. Would recommend doing this all on a dev instance first.
-
Hi @Matthew Monachino , You can setup dashboards to be publicly accessible to communicate the status of things. That's probably a simplest approach. However, there could be data sensitivity issue if the team is not ok to share the status publicly. Or take a snapshot dashboard and e-mail to the stakeholders is way around…

-
Hi @vipulmishra , When did your license expired? It should have still work on 8.5.6 if you had no issues there. How did you rollback to 8.5.6?
-
Hi @Greg Mihailides , Is the Components field part of your screens for both the source and destination create issue? Usually this message shows up because it can't find the field to set in the creation screen for the destination issue. Hope this helps.
