Hi @Diandra Victor , It probably possible with scripts. Its down to people in my experience. Usually what works is when having space admins take ownership of their space. They have the context and awareness of how often a space needs to be updated. -Ben

Hi @UM General Contractor LLC , Technically you can but would require a number configuration to make it happen but not easily maintainable. You would need to add restrictions and validators to prevent work from moving on the board base on another ticket. Also, maintain two boards. suggested option is to use a Kanban board…

You are right. Just walk through the form. Looks like things change and tickets can only be raise by team members who are site admins and technical contacts for your site.

HI @Gill Bonin , Not aware if there's a way that you can get a list of all the places the user is tied to. The main thing you can check is what groups they belong in. Components will not break if you remove this user. It just won't be auto-assign to anyone since the assign user is no longer on the system. So, all tickets…

Hi @Ana Magaly Reyes , Yes, Vendor add-ons are a separate license from your Atlassian license which you should be able to purchase directly through the add-on. It will show up as a separate line item in your billing page. Or possibly directly through your Atlassian or partner Account Manager. Especially, for large user…

Most welcome. You'll need to login with your Atlassian ID, then this page and a drop down menu should appear to allow you to submit a bug.

Hi @Juan Favela , This is no available feature out of the box in regards to maps. You can have an address input field so the technician can copy and paste it into google maps. You may want to explore add-ons in the market place that provide this functionality on top of JSM. -Ben

Welcome @Michael Flores . Good Catch! I don't use the short keys as much for time logging. Might be worth submitting a support ticket to Atlassian. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ -Ben

HI @Akanksha , Where the assignee field is set is in the create new Issue action. If you go to the action, select assignee to be set. There should be a drop down menu to provides the list of option that the assignee field can be set to with Jira automation. If this is limited, you might take a look at the work flow…

Hi @Michael Cole you can disable and enable the CSAT: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-customer-satisfaction-surveys-csats/ If you turn off the issue update notification, that will turn off all updates. So, if there was an update to the ticket, user will not be getting an…

Yep. That should give you the last comment value. All the best!

Hi @Dena Ahlers You can create multiple pages in the same space. Sometimes, you may not need to create test pages in another environment depending on what you are trying to do. In a lot cases, I just use my own personal space in production to test things out like a template. If I'm testing an add-on proof of concept, I…

Welcome soutien@viridem.ca . The notification setting is the same whether the ticket is from e-mail or portal. Just incase there is something strange. Review the customer notification setting in the project admin page and see if anything is missing/disabled in terms of notifying customer. Here's the documentation for…
-
Welcome @Akanksha , You can setup an automation rule to create sub-task or you can create a post function on that particular transition in the workflow. The situation you may run into is having the automation create sub-tasks and assign them from a list of users. It's possible with copying the came value from a user-picker…

HI @Preetha Augus Here's the listing for Atlassian for review: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/ Have heard of any changes as haven't encounter new network issues. May want to cross check the network setting if you have Jira Align connected…

Welcome Jodi! You can do some like GT in ( Q2, Q3, Q4) and project = (project ID). The quarter values should match exactly to the naming convention under the GT custom field. Hope this helps.

Hi @Stefano Colagiacomo , Not specific to this. The options that are available are the ones set in your profile and there's the option to disabled globally all notification if you want to just have it done for just this onboarding stage of the migration. Would not recommend it. Would just keep it on and makes sure that all…

Awesome. That's great to hear.

HI @Tobias , In my experience, should be cautious in renaming options and the CF which will likely cause the filters to break. If the filters break, then the dashboards and boards that uses them will not show up with the desire results. It's better to plan ahead on change you will be doing. Identify which filters need to…

Welcome @Christian Patam . Looking at my portal, all is listed. Have everything under general group. Didn't see anything in the portal settings either or a new option pertaining to this as well Tried to delete and add back a group and a list of request types. Still showed a list. Is there any add-ons install recently that…

Hi Adam, Thanks for the additional context. This will definitely help others who may encounter the same issue. I did everything through Mac. I don't have a windows 10 system. Interesting that the file would be anything different across OS. I'm wondering if you can manually go and upload the new version. What you do is go…

HI @llagos , Not sure what is the specific root cause but based on the error message. I would look at you server.xml file and make sure to updated it. When you install or upgrade, you would start with a default server.xml file. You will need to update accordingly if you need to tie it to the same domain name as what the…

Hi @Anora C , Welcome! The only place on the portal that can make a field required is during creating the request. The rest of the screen is a dialogue between the agent and end-user. You maybe able to do this with add-ons where they can make fields appear on the portal. I know if you are on the Jira side, you can place a…

Welcome @Brandon Wick , Haven't seen a direct way to pull the ID for a value or a field through the UI. You can pull ID values through API. Here's a post to get account ID: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/where-can-i-find-my-Account-ID/qaq-p/976527 For custom field, you can go to the custom field…

Hi @Lisa Ness Welcome. I remember sometime back I ran into a similar issue trying to pull comments. If I recall, it has something to do with comments being a dialogue and not like a field like description. So, I was able to work around with a tool to store the last comment as last comment field. Hope this helps.

HI @Lori Milam , Great. Possibly there could be an issue with JMWE. Maybe it would be good to share the screenshot of the configuration to see where the configuration might be an issue. If indeed a bug, a short term workaround is to just make the field required in the field configuration and tied that field configuration…
-
Welcome @Adam Sehnoutka . Didn't observe that issue. Tried to reproduce the same with my MacBook but it shows up as version 2. What I did was go to attachments on the page. Select file and upload. Using Chrome and Sonoma 14.X for reference.

Hi Rob, For the canned notification, it is set under customer notification. Here's the documentation of the configuration options: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver0512/managing-service-project-notifications-1306298348.html Hope this helps.

Welcome @Lori Milam ! Probably simpler to write the JQL like so: issuetype in (bug, story) Hopefully this works for you.
