Hi @Alyssa Hill , The filtering should work with ~! for summary or description. Would double check the entire filter. Filter should be something along the lines of assignee = unassigned and summary !~ VCTSI

HI @青山 明 , Are you using a marketplace add-on? As far as I'm aware there isn't a HTML Macro built in Confluence Cloud. Depending which vendor you are using, you probably want to reach out to the vendor. Not all scripts scenarios are compatible.
-
Hi @Delwin Horsthemke , You may want to reach out to the cypress dashboard vendor to see what the underlying error could be. In the mean time, check it you are able to create a Jira issue manually to make sure it is just isolated to the Cypress Dashboard integration.

Hi @Amitava Chattopadhyay , You can't achieve that particular look in Jira. What you can do is create one dashboard and color code dev widget in purple, qa in blue, and product in green....etc. However, it would be one dashboard with all the widgets. Another option is to share the multiple dashboards as you have and have…

@Ron van Es Welcome to the community. Do you have a specific example? and where are you placing this link? What are the user logging into if the page is public. For example, if place something like google.com in a JSM ticket...it should take you to google.

Hi @ESTERBEN , Doesn't look like the screenshot got attach. Are you using an add-on for test management? or are you using a custom issue type created in Jira?If you are using an add-on, you be able to add options like automation. Usually, test management add-ons already have common cases like automation already created.
-
HI @Khuram Khalil , As long as the e-mail address is used, JSM will pick it up and parse it. However, you can block certain e-mails from using it. Hope this helps. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/manage-your-blocklist/

Hi @Karanam, Raghunandana Welcome. The sprint reports are built in, so there's not a whole lot to customize. You might want to look into dashboards and check the available gadgets. Start off with something like the two dimensions or workload gadgets. Please keep in mind the data is only good as long as the time is logged…

Hi @Anders Hebert For Jira, you can edit the permission scheme to include a role or group for specific permissions for the external members. Then apply it to the project that your team wants to collaborate on. This way they only have access to specific projects that have that permission scheme applied and whomever you set…

-
Hi @Jason J. Fedelem , The issue is the Sprint is tied to the original project. You can possibly use the bulk update feature to make a bulk update to that sprint. That's probably the simplest method to take. Hope this helps.
