Hi. @Elham , What exactly do you want to do with your. Jira project? You can add as many people as you like to work in the project. Just add the members under people in your. project. Here's the documentation to guide you: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/add-users-to-your-project/ -Ben

Hi @Mathias , It's in team managed projects. I haven't seen any documentation for allowing company. managed projects to do this. Here's the documentation if you decide to use team managed projects. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/enable-and-disable-pages/

Minor plumbing is something I would usually do myself since I like trying to do things myself. Love the learning process. However, when it comes to major plumbing issues. It's a disaster. I wish there was laughable moments but it can get pretty stressful finding the right help. On top of shutting water to your home and…

Hi @Jouni Riimala , Not sure the ask here. Based on the title, you are asking about reusing the custom field. You can reuse the same custom field across multiple projects by just adding the field in the screen of your test issue type in Project B. In the post, it seems you want to copy the data from a ticket in project A…

HI @Ben Siu , Not so sure about dependent dropdown as it would need multiple specific values. Some rules in different areas may not work with certain custom field types based on the logic of how the rule is design. Are the ones working also dependent dropdown type or something else?

Hi. @Dalhart Dobbs , This can be done with custom fields in Jira. You can set default values and can add description text so users can understand what the field is about. However, this seem like it is available. See similar post:…
-
HI @In Heo , I haven't seen this in the jira automation where you can read from a query table or any table like structure to retrieve a data set. Here's a post with a similar question on the topic. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Does-Jira-have-the-ability-to-pull-data-from-a-table/qaq-p/2316092…

HI @ANROS Group Support , You welcome. Can you use the e-mail you use to login to Atlassian community in order to raise a ticket? Is there another admin on your instance that can open a ticket on your behalf?

Hi @Alex Erskine , Haven't come across bulk user edits. It would be done On an individual basis. You be able to do this by automating through API. Here's an article of what. can be done. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-articles/Bulk-Managing-Users-in-Cloud/ba-p/1941397

HI @ANROS Group Support , You will need to contact Atlassian Support Directly to investigate why you are not receiving your reset e-mail. They'll be able to troubleshoot the backend error logs to investigate if there's an issue on Jira e-mail server side. -Ben

Hi @Miss Ellvy , It is mainly to indicate the specific relationship between the tickets. It helps if you are looking for just the child or just the parent. Hope this helps.

Not sure what you mean by the need of create issue within a Jira ticket. What does the create issue button do when selected. Does it create a set of certain issue types? Based on what you mention, you may want to run a scheduler to run through a list of jira tickets by on JQL, and set a certain action like create issue.

HI @Vandana , That is strange why it wouldn't be in the backlog or sprint when the issue is created. It should show up either place. You might want to check your board configuration to see columns. It maybe due to the fact that one. of your workflow status is not map properly so, it's not showing up in the backlog or the…

HI @Alejandro Salazar , It really depends how your team works. If you more working agile delivery where you are delivering software, then scrum project template might. work better for you. Hi @Steve Morales , It is possible to create multiple issues through automation but there's needs to be trigger for each issue to create. The trigger could be schedule job, manual trigger, trigger by an issue update. There's multiple options to choose from. If you have a list of issues in a CSV, it might be simpler just to…

HI @Nicole Darman , You can use variables as @Barbara Szczesniak mentioned. I am also not certain that. you can it in combination with Macros. Worth a shot since there's not much options. I found an app that might help you in what you are looking for:…
-
HI @niharika12 , Isn't Zephyr test cases simply a test issue type? If that's the case, would just use a JQL query and export it to CSV once the JQL results are populated in Jira.
-
Welcome @Nicole Darman , When creating templates, you can add macros to them. I wouldn't see an issue with just. adding a jira Macro pre-configure with a Jira ID. Probably good for example but it might not be great to have the same Jira info show up each time the template is used.

HI Daniel, Doing some research. I came across a ticket. Unfortunately, looks like it isn't possible: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-21888

You welcome. Thanks for adding further details. I think eventually it will gradually open up more. At least that's the hope.

@David Yu Haven't encounter this but sometime I do run into weird quirks here and there. Usually, clearing of the cache or going into incognito mode takes care of it.

HI @Leena Siddamshetty , Most of the market place apps are around Jira data like projects and issues. I know there's Confluence analytics for Pages. So, if you have a confluence page displaying the Jira information and widgets, you can utilize the analytics there. Just an alternatives since there doesn't seem to be one in…

Hi @Mike Cavalieri , Welcome! It's limited to what's currently there. Similar question posted: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Work-Management-Questions/Timeline-how-to-ad-a-column/qaq-p/2456153 Atlassian is continuously rolling out changing and features, so that may change.

HI @Daniel Weatherford , Believe it is taken from the general settings. If you change the Jira Admin general setting, it should reflect in all notification. Keep in mind this will be set across globally and will affect all notifications. The Fields to change would be title and email from. Would test this on your sandbox to…
