Excellent Article @Prabhu Palanisamy _Onward_ Glad to see you you keep expanding the platforms that Onlink can support. Regards, Fabian

Feliz año nuevo @Kristján Geir Mathiesen

Thanks @Mohamed Hassan , we have been waiting for this feature for a long time.

Hola @María Paz Hidalgo Lo ideal sería abrir un ticket con Atlassian para ver lo que te recomiendan ya que probaste varios tamaños. Saludos, Fabian

Hi @Douglas Stransky You just need to create a Kanban/Scrum board and have filter that picks up the JSM tickets. Regards, Fabian
-
@Diatta Harris Yes a board that would capture the different risk statuses. The other option is to use Plugins. There are many out there in the marketplace. Regards, Fabian
-
Do you have details on the CRM? I would also suggest the option to add the customer information into an Object Schema so that the information can be used outside of just the Jira Service Management space (Project). There are various plugins available depending on the CRM platform you use today. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Huwen Arnone _Deiser_Devoteam_ , Thanks for the feedback. Depending on the client requirements and budget. we can adapt the different plugins as needed. The whole concept is to showcase that Atlassian's platform can replace other Enterprise level PPM solutions. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Rajan Dangol Out of the box, this is not possible. One option, which I haven't tried, would be to have the users complete a request type with a simple description customfield and then from the text, you can use a automation to make a rest api call and get a response via the comments. Not an ideal solution. You would be…

Hi @Jordan Lynn Welcome to the community! I don't think this is possible, but it would be very useful for the rich filters. Tagging @Appfire Support for suggestions. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @John Pfotzer There is no specific permissions to restrict who can edit an epic out of the box. You will have to use a plugin such as behaviours (from adaptivist which comes with scriptrunner) or Live fields (from appfire which comes with powerscripts or JMWE plugins) to have this functionality. If you have less than 10…

@FS TUNNEL-Equipe Mgt 1. You will need to create an SLA that tracks the Time to Deletion for 7 days which begins counting once the ticket is transitions to "Archived" 2. Create an automation with the following: - Trigger: SLA for Time to Deletion is breached - Action: Delete work item. I hope this helps. Fabian
-
Hi @David Martínez López Unfortunately, you can't out of the box. You will have to look into plugins such as time to sla, time in status, eazybi, and many others that have the capability to track what you need. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Monty The status attribute would not remove the relationship between the objects. If you don't want to them to be related you will have to remove the object reference. You would have to create a report to ensure that you only show certain models with laptops that are in a specific status. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Jeya An asset is any object that you have in your schemas. So whatever count you get on the objects, that's what is counting towards the 50K limit. They can be hw, people, locations, etc. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Sheila Kagaju Unfortunately, this is not possible out of the box. Regards, Fabian
-
Hola @Alejandro Perez Bienvenido a la comunidad! HasPudes compartir algunos screenshots para ver cual es el problema? Saludos, Fabian
-
Great idea. Will keep this in mind.

Hi @Dean Stearn The user running the gap analysis should get added to the group that has the issue security enabled. However, if you have different issue security schemes and groups, then that would be hard to provide access to.

Hi @Michael Stoll Welcome to the community! What is JSH Helpdesk? Do you mean Jira Service Management? Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Sebastian Krzewiński I don’t think this is possible. The alternative would be to use separate JSM instances. That means either setting up an additional JSM instance, or upgrading to the Enterprise tier, which allows you to run multiple instances without incurring extra agent license costs across them. Regards, Fabian

Thanks for sharing @Goran Dermeta

Hi @Janine Decarli Welcome the community! Tagging the appfire support team who may be able help. @Appfire Support

Hi @Danielle Bonneau I don't think this is possible out of the box. Once the ticket is created they will get the ticket creation response and they can view the ticket in the portal and then browse through all the other portal requests/categories. The question is why wouldn't you give them access to view the portal? It does…
-
Hi @Rigo Angulo Yes, that's what I would do. Set the schemas/objects manually with the proper attributes and then populate them with a script. It's the safest way to ensure that you get the correct values. You may be able to trial apps from the marketplace that may allow you to copy and import a schema so take a look…
-
Hi @Dirk Lachowski You may be able to get some reimbursement. I recommend you to talk to your Atlassian Account Executive and let them know about the situation. Also create a support ticket for the record and complain if you haven't done so already. I had a few customers having issues with alerts two weeks ago and they…

Glad to know you solved your own issue.

Welcome to the community!

Hi @Lily Driscoll Is this being created in Opsgenie or in JSM cloud? I don't think you can set global alerts policies in cloud. I think your rule looks correct. There is no need to use the timeslot option. Have you tested it? Fabian

Hi @Christof Hurst This is a limitation of Data Manager which makes it kind of useless. Hopefully Atlassian will ensure that you can bring more attributes through the connectors. I recommend using a plugin such as Onward Onlink or PIO Entra ID. The other option would be to import a .csv with the AccountID and another…
