Hi @Karen Saunders As far as I know there is no option to have multiple emails in one project. You will have to submit a feature request. I think what you are doing is the correct way. Now one thing that can help is having a plugin like queues for jira management which can combine multiple projects into one. Essentially if…

Si se puede. Pero en terminos se seguridad no es lo recomendado. Ya que si alguien se manda una cagada, no vas a saber quien hizo el cambio. Saludos Fabian

Hi @Lukas Siegele Welcome to the community! You are a project administrators and in order to update conditions, validators, and post functions, you need to have system admin permissions. I recommend you contact the system admin for the changes you want to make. Regards, Fabian

Hi @Vanessa Formigoni I would check the project detaits. Someone probably changed the default assignee: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/who-does-the-automatic-assignee-option-assign-an-issue-to/ Regards, Fabian

Hi @Amruta Deshmukh Welcome to the community! You can probably show the linked bugs to the stories using the "linked issues" in the results gadget. However, If you want linked bugs with their statuses, you need to look into 3rd party plugins. Structure by tempo, eazybi and others in the marketplace would do it for you.…

great news!

Hi @Shalabh Chaudhri One option is to have nextup which is a plugin that has similar functionality running simultaneously. Link: https://www.nextup.ai/ Fabian

Hi @Eiríkur Baldur Þorsteinsson The only way you can make this work is if you have two transitions. One transition with the transition screen, but you will have to add a condition to only show when the assignee is empty. Then the other transition will not have the transition screen and with a condition that the assignee is…

Hi @Stijn Mommerency Welcome to the community! You need to review the customer permissions. Most likely you have the jsm project locked to private and in that case you will have to add them to the customer list. Make sure that they also have an account setup so that they can access your portal. I hope this video helps you…

Hi @Barbara Ouhab You need to work with your Sys Admin to create the fields for you and set the correct context and options. Once they are created you can bring them to your form. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Bernard Horowitz Unfortunately JQL will not be able to calculate for you or any out of the box gadgets. You will need to look into 3rd party reporting plugins in the marketplace. Instead of counting when it was moved to the new project, I would consider when it was transitioned to a specific status. Regards, Fabian

Saludos Fabian

Unfortunately you can't. What I suggest is to review this video tutorial that I made on customized emails. Link:https://youtu.be/ccWTIgdnQqE?si=78iatAkKJZRfoVDa Since the approval won't be on the email with the accept or decline, you will have to have a link to the request url of the portal that will allow them to approve.…

Hi @Gökhan Sarıkaya Go to the customer notifications settings and you can modify the default template for your approval email. Link: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/edit-the-content-of-your-customer-notifications/

You can try building separate components, but not everything into 1. For example I'm pretty sure you can track hours vs project with a time series gadget they have.
-
Hi @alexhobday Unfortunately, you won't be able to do this with jqls. You will have to consider 3rd party plugins from the marketplace. I would recommend something like Eazybi for a customized report like the one you mentioned. Others can chime in with their recommendations. Fabian

Hi @Yair The advice for you is to use the refined for Jira which allows you to combine request types from multiple service desk projects. The only downsize right now is that it doesn't support asset fields, but if you are in standard you should be ok. Good Luck. Fabian
-
Hi @Amit Bansal Welcome to the community! One Challenge with merging is that you have to standardize the workflows and screens. If you have a service request with different workflows between the two projects you will have to come up on how the new issue type will look like in the single project and then move the older…
-
Hi @Oliver Mørch Welcome to the community! Out of the box, I don't believe you can modify it. However, there are some plugins that help you customize the look and feel. Refined for JSM and Theme Extension are probably the best options. The only downsize is that they do not support Jira Assets fields, but if you are in the…

Hi @DAVID RODRIGUES You will be better off purchasing a plugin unfortunately. Look in the marketplace where they have multiple options. Regards

Hi @sebastian_sadlon Welcome to the community! Can you share what kind of fields you added? Some may not be possible to listen to.

Hi @Phil Bustin Here is a video tutorial that shows you how to do it: https://studio.youtube.com/video/RIKYX-z4meM/edit Regards, Fabian

Hi @Piotr Nowak Yes it's possible. Trigger: transition status from and to Condition: issue type = task Action: edit issue and the field you want

I usually import them via CSV. And they have to be separated with || between the options. So it will have to be small||large Then in the aql it has to be multiple options as describe here:…

Hi @Michal Klucz I agree with you there is no clear documentation on best practices. You don't need to use the repos feature, these are used for devOps teams where they upload code and then you can track changes more efficiently. I think what you are doing will work. For many of our clients we ignore the "Services" and we…

Hi @Joshua Luna In order for Available sizes to show as options for customfield_yyyy, they need to be objects. So you will need a size object with different entries. Then in ProductX you will need to use an object atrribute reference to the size object. This is a video tutorial I put together to help…

Hi @bartlomiej.jochym You can probably create the variables to capture the hours and minutes separately and then put them into a string using math functions and string concatenation -> Link: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-math-expressions/ I hope this makes sense. Fabian

@Javier Peraita If you are using the edit issue action you should be able to to pick the right field. To ensure you pick the right one, you may want to ask your sys administrator to change the name. For example if the field is a select field to put field name (Select) so that you know the differences between types of…
