Hi @Antoine SANTORO Welcome to the community. Most likely you don't have the permissions to edit the workflow. You need to have extended project admin permissions or he a system admin.

Hi @Rob Horan Most of the times the feature may not exist in both environments so that's why you are redirected to a generic site. I agree with you, if the feature is not available they should not even bother having the option to select the other environment. Regards

Hi @Rikhard You can use the following to get it working if you have a specific end date custom field. Trigger is a scheduled trigger based on a jql and then send a notification. Link: https://youtu.be/ccWTIgdnQqE Good luck

Hola @Marta La propiedad más usada es la resolución? Esto indica si la tarea fue cerrada, cancelada, completada. Etc. También se usa bastante para los reportes de jira. Te paso un documento con…

Hi @kishore chava You need to create a kanban board with filters that get you the tickets from the various projects via a jql. If you build a scrum board it will mess up your sprints, since tasks can only be added to one sprints. The issue now lies with the statuses. If all projects have the same workflow you should be ok.…

Hi @Justin Cee Welcome to the community! Check this article that explains how to sum up story points in different methods via automation: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Automation-articles/Jira-Automation-Sum-Up-Story-Points-Roundup-Initiatives-gt-Epics/ba-p/1928027 Regards

Hi @Jason Newman For team managed projects, you can't use field configuration schemes. They are only available for company managed projects. Cheers

Hi @David Wilson You will need Jira service management, Jira software, and confluence. If you need cmdb capabilities you will require the premium tier. Feel free to look me up on LinkedIn if you want to discuss more details. We have worked with clients where we replaced remedy with jsm. I hope this helps.

Hi @David Langley This video tutorial explains how you can use field configurations to make fields mandatory: https://youtu.be/C3Lb1T4liGw Good luck

I think there is the lite version that you can try, but I cant remember if the automation I mention is possible. Other options are using a plugin. Jmwe, scritprunner, powerscripts are some of them. Check the marketplace. Regards

As I said, run a schedule trigger and manually it trigger it. Set a jql condition to ensure that it runs only for issues where the custom field is empty.
-
Hi @Catrine Lundström A workaround is to create an automation rule that copies the id of the ticket and copies it to a newly created custom field. Run it on a schedule and trigger it manually. Regards
-
Hi @Parsa Mounika You can use Jira automation Trigger: issue created Condition: issue type initiative Action: create tasks Action: link to trigger issue with specific link note: the rule must be created by the sys admin in the global administration since you are using multiple projects.…

Hi @Praveen I suggest you review your board filter. Check the projects that are listed and ensure you or the user has access to view all projects and have sprint manage acces. I hope this helps

Hi @Milena Merten (DE) If you share your specific requirements I can give you an honest opinion on both apps. Both apps are excellent, but depends on what the requirements are. Regards

Hi @saurya Welcome to the community! For just a few spaces, you want to export the full spaces with and xml export. Then import to the new instance. 1. Make sure that if your pages have plugins they are also available on the new instance. 2. Also ensure that existing spaces in the new instance do not have the same key as…

I've been binge watching highlights from Maradona when he was playing in Napoli and Barcelona. Small clips on all his touches at a full game. Since he past away all these highlights pop up on my feed.

Hi @Nouf You can add multiple issue sources: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/add-or-change-issue-sources-in-a-plan/ If you have multiple jqls you can add them. After that, when you are in the roadmap view you can filter it again to show specific teams/projects/boards. You will just have to give it a…

Saludos

Gracias por compartir.

Hi @leigh_tedford For customer to create tickets from the portal and view their requests, it would be free of a license. Once they need to actually view project data, you would be consuming a license. Regards

Thanks for the reminder. I believe that epics don't have epic links since he is running the rule from the epic. So what you need to do is use the advanced options then: https://confluence.atlassian.com/automation/advanced-field-editing-993924663.html where you update the epic link field with the {{triggerIssue.key}} I hope…
-
Hi @[deleted] You need to update the epic link field when you create the tasks. So for the Create new task, edit the epic link field and add the smart value {{triggerIssue.key}} which will add the key of the epic. Cheers

Hi @Lizzie Arnett Unfortunately it's not possible. However, we did use Jira work management as an intake for requirements and if they were approved by the po, we would have automation create a ticket in the software project. (I.e. ticket from intake transitions to approved status, we create a new ticket in another js…
