Hi @Murugan Mittapalli Unfortunately, this feature is not available. One options is to is save the user information in the assets as employee objects and when the reporter/request for is set with a user, we populate them with a Jira automation searching for the employee with the user email and then populate info into…

Great info @John Funk We do the same for Initiatives intakes. Once it's approved, we use automation to create an initiative in the corresponding JS software project.
-
Hi @Chris.Shadbolt Yes you can create different SLA by organizations. You can use the "organizations" field to filter your SLAs. Good luck.
-
Hi @David Griffiths You will be better off contacting Rewind directly for support. Cheers.
-
Hi @Pedro Morocho What exact functionality of behaviors are you looking for? Regards, Fabian

Hi @Alkanz Ali Here is an example of how you can build the automation: https://youtu.be/ccWTIgdnQqE Regards, Fabian

Hi @Rozalina Tsvetkova Welcome to the community! Since you are in premium, you can try this: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/search-for-advanced-roadmaps-custom-fields-in-jql/ portfolioChildIssuesOf("issue key")

Agree, it's a pain. For a client we had to import all the owners. Then grab another spreadsheet with users and the account IDs from the user management admin. Finally use a excel Vlookup to match the correct acount ID to the owner field. It worked, but it requires some manipulation.
-
Hi @pkganow Welcome to the community! Are you using a specific test management plugin? Fabian
-
Hi @Trish Le The other option is to export the csv spreadsheet of the objects you want to clone. Then use an Asset CSV Import to populate into the new object or schema. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @idegia You can follow this tutorial on how to create custom fields, but you have to be in the JSM premium tier: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oRZhGGB-ns The Link Assets may be coming from a different plugin. Regards, Fabian
-
Hi @Larry Peery Most likely it's not supported; https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4js/latest/features/behaviours/behaviours-supported-fields since it's a third party plugin. If you have the budget you can try using power scripts with the live fields, which allows you to hide the PCFU custom fields. Cheers.

You can't that's why I told you to export to a CSV/excel and figure out what the duplicates are. Use a Vlookup or something similar.
-
@Risikanta Pradhan You will have to find it on your own. How do you know they are duplicates? There must be some attributes that you will have to search by.
-
Hi @Hellen Braun If you are in the cloud, I would suggest you get a free license for JSM which allows you to have 3 agents. Then you can design a portal for the end users to create requests. Once they are created, you can use automation to clone the ticket to the project board you are referring to.…
-
Hi @Risikanta Pradhan I would export all your assets to a csv and then highlight the keys of the duplicates. Then you can do an advanced search on AQL with the keys. Once you have the results, perform a bulk delete. Good luck.

Hi @Clare Lawson One solution that we have used is with Dashboard hub for jira. You can create a dashboard that can be accessed externally. In this case, you can share the link to only their PMs.…

Hi @Patricia Limbu Unfortunately, this feature is not available, which blows my mind. You will have to try other reporting plugins from the marketplace. Here is a link to an existing thread that has some…

Hi @Andrew Hardisty I would suggest you look into EazyBI reporting. Feel free to contact them and they can provide you with some recommendations on how to create the report. Here are some examples of what you can accomplish: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/cubes Cheers.

Hi @Marc Isikoff The syntax looks good. I would check with the admin whether the name "belongs to Epic" is for the "outward" or "inward" relationship. That could be the problem. Cheers, Fabian
-
Hi @Sankalp Chugh Don't waste your time. Atlassian hasn't implemented this yet. Validations, conditions on custom fields are only available for Assets DC/Server. Jira expressions is still lacking. Cheers.
-
You will also have to ensure that they are not in the other groups like jira-users where they get access to everything. So you may need to update your permissions schemes too and be careful not to update the global one and create a new one.

Saludos,

Hi @Guillermo Vuljevas Here are the instructions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-cloud-how-to-create-a-read-only-user-779160729.html#:~:text=Go%20to%20Settings%3E%20Issues%20%3E%20Permission,%22Application%20access%22%20to%20Jira. Regards, Fabian

Hi @emily.matos Welcome to the community! I recommend you check with your sys admin to determine whether the plugin has expired or whether it was removed. Regards, Fabian

Saludos, Fabian
-
Hi @John Vitone Welcome to the community! Out of the box there is no feature for this. You may want to look into the Atlassian marketplace and see if a vendor provides this functionality as a custom field. Regards, Fabian
-
1. You can't in JSM. You may open up a confluence page and let them vote. 2. Yes. These are permissions settings. 3. You create a separate JSM project. There are templates for external customer feedback vs ITSM, You will have to lock the access so that they don't access the internal service deks.

Hi @Evert Morren Atlas Admin I would recommend you use eazyBI (3rd party plugin) which allows you to create customized asset reports. Example: https://eazybi.com/blog/explore-insight-asset-management-data-with-eazybi. Out of the box you are limited and you can wait for this to be…
