Its a good sign that it works in that instance then - although I'm really not sure why it doesn't if they have an Atlassian account
-
Was it just this one user who didn't get the notification - can you test it with another who doesn't have a Jira account?
-
Hi If you've logged a ticket with Atlassian then unfortunately there is no way to speed it up, you need to wait until they look at the ticket
-
Hi @Dursun GÜL Welcome to the Community. We can't help directly with account queries, but I have tagged this so that someone from Atlassian responds. Hopefully they will get back to you quickly.
-
It might be, yes - although that does seem counter intuitive. Are they already an agent on that service desk? I suppose the important thing is that they are a customer even without the notification.
-
Hi Charlotte Of course, sorry. Are they able to see the service desk on your portal even without getting the notification? Does it allow you to add them even though they don't get a notification?
-
Hi @Charlotte Reynolds Have you tried the Notification Helper to see if that tells you why?
-
Hi @Darlene Price Welcome to the Community! If you're having licence issues, you're probably best reaching out to Atlassian directly. You can contact them through support.atlassian.com Hope that helps, Liam
-
@John Tucci - apologies for the delay. If you click 'Create' then 'Import Issues' at the top, you will be able to bulk import. There is also a helpful article from Atlassian here that should help.

I joined a new company last month and we have a 'touch point' team call at 8.15 every morning. Being 4 weeks into this, my question is: Does starting your day with a team check in keep the team focused and help everyone to feel more connected?
-
@Sandy @Monique vdB I got my Kudos badge for this. Should I have gotten a 'regular' badge too?
-
Always happy to cheer someone up! We did use Confluence too, but were quite limited. Mainly it was used as a knowledge base - but then I did expand it to include reporting on change request tickets. There is lots of literature out there on how great and versatile it is though
-
@John Tucci it does have a csv importer, yes. We actually imported a few months worth of tickets - but yes, I would suggest only importing what you need. I should also point out that we only imported service desk tickets
-
@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- worked with is a strong term! If I'm honest, when we made the move we decided that we weren't going to import most of it. What we did import I did through the Jira importer using csv and mapping the fields in Jira. ME did a full export for us though as back up. My only real advice is to test, test…

Is this a release note record? Only 3 days! Loving the new look editor too
-
Done!😁

Thanks to @Bridget and all the team for all your work on this. Had a great time competing and really enjoyed reading all the contributions. Very happy to have won 2 medals - congratulations to everyone who took part!
-
Congrats everyone!!
-
@nina_schmidt I don't mind a spoiler!! 🤣🤣
-
I can't attend the ceremonies as I'll be in a barn in the middle of nowhere! Congrats to everyone who took part! Looking forward to seeing the medal table

Team Marie Curie!!
-
Hi @Nick Savage Sorry, but what is the issue? Are you unable to add this field to the request form? What happens when you try? Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Jeff Edwards and @David.Taylor I'd say in this case the best thing to do would be to log a support issue with Atlassian, as it seems like either a bug or an issue with your instances. You can contact them at support.atlassian.com
-
My first app was Email this Issue - our teams needed a way of forwarding a ticket to a third party and this fit the bill perfectly
-
Hi @Janakiraman S Are the users in the CC already users with a display name?
-
Hi @Chris Would the text fit on one line?
-
Hi @Dietrich Welcome to the Community! We use a status update, so a ticket is 'Waiting for customer', then when a reply comes in automation changes the status to 'Waiting for support' - that way you can filter your queue to just see things waiting for support. Hope that helps, Liam
-
Hi @Bryan Meyerovich You could create an account that only does this - but it would need to be an agent of some description, yes.
-
Hi @George Kassabov Not sure if you ever found a satisfactory answer to this, but the approval could be done in a few ways: 1. Use an inline comment to add 'approved / not approved' as a comment 2. Write 'Approved / Not approved' next to the approvers name, then use bold or underline to confirm the decision 3. The outcome…
-
Hi @Matt S That makes sense. If you want to, you could store the email address you need in a custom field and put the email address as {{issue.customfield.FIELDNAME}}
