Hi Take a look at this link on changing your landing product: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/set-your-site-homepage-873871363.html That should talk you through what's needed.
-
@Katarzyna - great problem solving skills! @Vugar Jafarov - glad it is working for you now!
-
I think the best thing to do then is reach out to Atlassian support - they are better placed to investigate the individual instance and see if it is a fault or settings mismatch. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi @Henrik Storck Do you have dashboards set up on your private Jira?
-
The screenshot only shows an 'admin' role...do you have a separate role for 'service desk team'?
-
Can you give both users 'service desk team' access and see if that helps?
-
Are you trying to add them as an admin? Or are two of your SM users also Software users?
-
Could you provide a screenshot of that for us? You can blank out names, and highlight the two relevant people if that helps.
-
If you go into Project settings > People, do both admins show as having the same rules?
-
Hi @Devloop Devloop Welcome to the Community! Are you trying to add the user to Service Management?
-
Hi @Quang Do Duy Welcome to the Community! It sounds like you could do what you need by hiding the 'priority' field. When you say 'they cannot change priority' - do you mean people logging a ticket through the portal? If so, you just need to make sure 'priority' is not a field on the customer form. When you say 'no one can…

Hi @Anton Samoilik Like you, I'm very interested to see it all working. I have just checked and I don't have access to them yet either. The announcement says: Within several weeks after launch on November 9, 2020, your cloud instance will automatically be given access to Opsgenie (for no additional cost) So I think it's a…

Hi @Vugar Jafarov You can use the permission helper to see what permissions a user has for a particular issue: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/ From there, you can see if you're missing the required permission and what to do to get that permission
-
I'd echo what Dirk has said above, you could do it with some automation so that users don't have to do anything.
-
@[deleted] I'm glad it worked when you shared it. @Dirk Ronsmans has given a great overview of organisations above, but if you want a bit more on how to use them then the following link should help: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/add-an-organization-to-a-service-desk-project/
-
Hi It is under the Rule Details part of automation:
-
Hi @[deleted] Customer's cannot see the tickets of other customers unless they are in the same organisation. Using your example, what happens when User A adds User B as a request participant to PS-199 using the 'share with' button?
-
Hi @matilde_polito You need to tick the 'Allow rule trigger' to allow your first rule to execute the second. Hope that helps
-
Hi @A.Tasdemir Welcome to the Community! I'd suggest the best place to try would be the Jira basics training: https://training.atlassian.com/Jira-basics That should give you everything you need to get going! Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Themis Christou Welcome to the Community! What error message are you getting?
-
Hi @matilde_polito Both rules are set to run when the issue is created, so technically at that point the 'tenant' field is blank. What you could do is amend your first rule to clone the issue after adding the 'tenant' field value, and amend your second rule so that it does not clone if the organisation is in 'xxxx' - that…
-
Well I'm glad you've solved one problem at least...hopefully you get to the bottom of the browser issue! Feel free to 'accept' my answer if you think it helped!
-
The only thing I can think to check is whether you have 'Browse Project' permissions?
-
Hi @Simon Teppett What does the log show for this? If you're not sure where to find it, go to Email requests, the click 'view logs' for the relevant email address. I think you might be right about auto-forwarded emails though. I have found the below feature request, if you look at the 2019 update in the box it gives a…
-
Hi @Simon Teppett When you say you have set up the email account as a customer, what do you mean? If you're using JSM out of the box then you will need to set up the email to forward to the address that you have set up for emails. e.g. Support1@Company.com will need to forward to support2@company.com if that is the email…

Hi @Sandra Welcome to the Community! We're a very friendly group, so if you have any questions then post away...
-
Hi Have you tried the notification helper? The link below will take you to the guidance - you can use it to troubleshoot what's wrong: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/
-
Hi Jean Paul I had to start typing the name of the project to get it to come up, does that work for you?
-
Hi @Jean Paul Suijs Welcome to the Community! I can't find the gadget you're talking about. Would you be able to provide the XML link? Just click on 'show XML link'. You can take out the first bit so that you don't give away your Atlassian instance. Thanks, Liam

Hi @SMT - Mustafa Demir By default, Jira doesn't notify you of things you have done. If you want to be notified of your changes, go into your personal settings, by clicking your initials in the top right of a Jira page (this has to be on your service desk, not the Community), then click personal settings. Scroll down and…
