Hi @Jayesh Amarnani Welcome to the Community! It could well be a permission issue. My advice would be to reach out to your Admin and ask them if they can troubleshoot it. They might find the Admin Helper useful: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/ Hope that helps,…

Hi @Dave Rench McCauley Welcome to the Community! Jira does use months, but only in terms of this month, or last month, etc. Can you try the below and see if it is what you need? project = XX AND resolution date >= startofMonth ("-1") AND resolution date <= endofMonth ("-1") This should show all tickets resolved in October.

Do your employees need access to Jira for anything other than logging tickets? In our business we use Jira for our IT and Customer Support (CS) teams, so our CS agents can log an IT ticket as a customer but use Jira as an agent for CS purposes. Our other teams, not on Jira, are only customers. If they're just customers and…

Hi @[deleted] Are JSmith and BSmith both Atlassian users, or just customers?
-
Hi @Bridget Lamb Welcome to the Community! You can change this by going to Project settings > Customer notifications All you need to do is choose 'edit' on the notification you want to change
-
Hi Eric The below link should have a workaround for you to follow. I'm not familiar with Server so can't say whether or not it works: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1924

Hi I don't use labels, so I'd suggest opening a new question for that. The issue of downloading only the first 1000 issues is a known problem, but if you press the 'open in Excel' button then it should use the plug in to do it without issue. Hope that helps

Hi @Hassaan Khan The below should assist with what you need organization = "Organization A" AND created date >= StartofMonth("-1") AND created date <= EndofMonth("-1") organization = "Organization B" AND resolved date >= StartofMonth("-1") AND resolved date <= EndofMonth("-1") Let me know if that works Regards, Liam

Hi @Erik Neudert Welcome to the Community! Jira normally filters these out so that their own notifications do not create a ticket. You could add the domain to the whitelist: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/how-are-domains-added-to-the-permitted-list/ That may not work as you are trying to…

I've just tried it and was able to copy a screenshot both times. It might be worth you reaching out to Atlassian directly, as there could be a bug in your instance.

Glad you managed to move forward with it

@Lars G. Fredheim I've just been pointed in the direction of the below: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/use-jira-applications-and-confluence-together-427623543.html https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-create-issues-using-direct-html-links-in-jira-server-159474.html Not sure if they are of assistance

If I'm honest, this is slightly beyond my expertise - hopefully one of the other Community members will be able to jump in and help

Hi @Rhuan Barreto Does the 'edit pencil' appear if you hover over the shortcut?
-
That sounds like the Agent interface - could you see if it is possible through portal instead? You'd need to give users a Jira licence for them to use the interface. It's interesting that the functionality you need is in Cloud - do you have a link to it?
-
Hi @Marco Van Deventer Yes, you should be able to configure them for what you need. The below article will talk you through it: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-email-notifications-for-a-custom-event/ If you have any issues, just drop a comment below. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Kasper Currently, this is not possible - Atlassian have an open feature request for this that you can vote and watch: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-2296 As a workaround, if the user hasn't logged any tickets, can you delete them and re-add them to generate the email again?
-
@John McKiernan - this is great! Can you get a link to this on the settings page for Automation? I think it would really help people
-
Hi @kevin_turner When the ticket reopens, does the resolution clear or still day 'done'?
-
Hi @Jim Stewart The below guide should talk you through it: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-an-email-account/ If you have any issues or queries, drop a comment below. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam

Hi @Anna Pisarsky In addition to the above from Stuart, the below link gives you an overview of the differences between the plans: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/explore-jira-cloud-plans/ As it isn't mentioned in the article, I think the number of customers you can have is 'unlimited' on all…

Hi @Jonathan The portal settings for this are within the project on Service Management. If you go to Project settings > Portal settings, you will see a box called 'introduction text' - if you edit this it will change on Portal. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam

Hi Jira doesn't have a standard notification for this - you would need to create one. The below guide should have everything you need: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-email-notifications-for-a-custom-event/ Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
Hi @ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΟΣ ΜΠΕΛΗΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ You mention 'cards' - are you using Trello? Or do you mean comments on tickets in Service Management / Software?
-
Hi @Lars G. Fredheim Welcome to the Community! Does the link take people to your Help Center or to the Agent interface?
-
Hi @Carol Rodriguez Atlassian have a really good guide on this: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/move-a-request-to-another-service-project/ It should have everything you need, but if you have any issues let me know. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Port Administrator Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, this is not currently possible out of the box. Atlassian have an open feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4535 You can vote for the issue and watch it here. There are a few apps in the Marketplace that deal with…
-
Hi @david_yu Welcome to the Community! Can you clarify your issue for me? Are you saying that reporters don't get notifications if a ticket is assigned to them?
-
Hi @Arnold_ Rudy Welcome to the Community! Currently this isn't possible. Atlassian have an open feature request for this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-41352 You can vote on the issue and watch for updates. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam

Hi @Aaron Monilal Welcome to the Community! It is not possible for customers to edit a ticket once it has been created. A user has to be a member of the Service Desk team, and have a Jira licence to edit a ticket. There is an open feature request for this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-2368 You can vote on the…
