Hi It sounds like it might be a bug then. If you log it with Atlassian directly they will be able to look into it. They're usually quite quick to respond.

Hi @brian_goulter Firstly, welcome to the Community! As with John above, I have no knowledge of Bitbucket - so I can't provide any factual help. What I can hopefully do is point you in some directions that may assist: * The Bitbucket collection on the Community: All the questions, articles and discussions around Bitbucket…

Hi @Lennard Winkels - Welcome to the Community! It looks as though the email is incorrect. Have you checked it for spelling mistakes? If it was copied, is there a 'space' at the beginning or end that shouldn't be there? If you've checked both of those, what happens if you type a different email address?

@nina_schmidt - I think the big one would be anything by Cadbury! We also have an almost endless supply of biscuits of almost every kind
-
Hi Can you try with the trigger of 'when issue is transitioned', then it will capture them going forward. For ones that do not have a resolution that need one, you may need to do another rule that is manual trigger.
-
Glad we managed to solve it between us. Trial and error and problem solving are the best ways to learn Jira.
-
Congrats everyone! Could this be the start of some sort of international candy exchange program?
-
Hi @Nina Nowakowa Thanks for the screenshot. The queue is only showing 'emailed requests' - so it will not show anything coming through the portal.
-
Hi @Nina Nowakowa Welcome to the Community! It sounds like your JQL in the queue is only set to show certain things. Can you take a screenshot of your 'edit queue' screen and I'll see if I can see anything. Click the ellipsis on the right then edit queue to get to the screen
-
If it is the same approver for everyone, have you set a Default Value for the approver field?
-
Thanks @Kate Clavet-D_Amelio !
-
Hi @IJsbrand In that case I'd log it as a bug with Atlassian then
-
Hi @Kate Clavet-D_Amelio Not to be too eager, but I think I've done it! If you could mark my work and badge me as appropriate please: 1. Community question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/The-Automation-screen-has-changed-and-now-and-I-cant-access/qaq-p/1534165 2. Twitter…

Hi @Gabriel Mercer de Lima S. Welcome to the Community! If you go into the automation settings as you suggest, then click on 'All rules', does this show you the rule you're looking for?
-
Hi @Ruth Kaplan We're just getting into Confluence in our company, but I would be happy to give my input into how we want to use it. Would that be of any use?
-
Thanks for the link @Soumyadeep Mandal
-
Hi @Thomas Starup Are you saying you want the requestor to be 'no one'?
-
Hi @tjarcoboerkoel Sorry, your original question didn't mention an error message. Can you take a screenshot of the automation please?
-
Hi Greg Could you change your rule so that it changes the resolution when the issue transitions rather than after? It may be that automation is unable to set the resolution once resolved. You should also check you don't have another field called 'resolution' as it may be looking to amend the wrong one.
-
Hi @Anastasiia Hvozdarova Do you have any automation in the project that might be affecting it?
-
What happens if you try using the full URL to link it?
-
Hi @IJsbrand I've just tried again and it has worked. What does the list box for server do on your old view? Is one instance hosted on Server and the other on Cloud?
-
Hi @Ram Balani Welcome to the Community! There is a group for Research & Healthcare that you might find helpful. It isn't specifically pharmaceutical, but it is related: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Research-Healthcare/gp-p/healthcare
-
Hi @IJsbrand Welcome to the Community! I've just tried in my instance, and I can link tickets from one to the other. A couple of things you can test: - Do you have the relevant permissions? - Are both tickets open?
-
That looks delicious...there are so many things only a grandma can make!
-
Hi Kirsty. My only other suggestion in the mean time, is to make sure your Site Admin, not just a project admin, is trying to log in. If it is a Site Admin, make sure they clear their cache before trying to log in.
-
Hi @Kirsty Power Welcome to the Community. If you use the below link you can contact Atlassian directly - they're usually quite quick to help: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
No problem. Feel free to 'accept' my answer if I helped!
-
Hi @koss koss Welcome to the Community! You can edit Priorities by clicking the cog, going to 'Issues', then scrolling down to Priorities. All your projects will share priority - so keep this in mind before changing them. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam

@Daniel Seguin - Welcome to the Community! We're a very friendly bunch - so have a look around and let us know if you need anything!
