@Matthew Webb did it work? If it did, would you like to accept my answer too?
-
Hi @gillian_ramsay Could you work it so that only restricted pages needed a label? This would lower the number needed... you could also break things down into different areas so that the restricted sections were together, but I'm not sure that would be easy for you to achieve. Hopefully someone else on the community will…
-
Hi @Fiorella Santopietro No, you cannot password protect a page. You can restrict who can see the page though
-
Hi @Fiorella Santopietro Welcome to the Community! Are you asking if it is possible to prevent anonymous access? If so, this should be the default - but this link has more information should you need it. Hope that helps, Liam
-
Hi @Keith Sottung I don't have a Google account so wouldn't be able to test. I'd have thought that when someone changes their email, they would lose access to your system if you authenticate through Google - but hopefully someone here can confirm that

Hi @vincent.didden The following article should help: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/jira-service-management/6-steps-to-create-knowledge-base-jira-service-management-confluence It gives a number of different ways of creating knowledge base articles, so one of them should fit your needs. Hope that helps, Liam

Hi @gillian_ramsay Welcome to the Community! I'd have thought that the permissions within Jira prevented the display of any decisions on restricted pages... have you tested this? The other option would be to filter on labels, and add a label to any page with a decision that should be visible. Hope that helps, Liam
-
Hi @Keith Sottung I don't think there is a way to block or remove those settings, no. Have you tried changing the email on a test account to see if it allows it, as it may not work even though the setting is there? If it does work, you could always reach out to Atlassian Support to see if they can do anything Hope that…

Hi @Volkan kiper Welcome to the Community! If you're not an organisation or site admin then you cannot manage products on Jira. If you need to be added as an org or site admin, you'll need to reach out to a colleague who already has that role to add you
-
Welcome to the Community @Darran Wilkinson There are lots of Confluence resources here, then when you're ready to dip your toe into Jira there are lots of those too!
-
As many people as you wish can work on a ticket - but the assignee field can only hold one name at a time. As Alex said our, you could use custom fields to add more. You could also split a ticket into different tasks and add a different assignee to each task
-
No problem. Feel free to accept my answer if it helped. If you need more than one assignee working on a ticket, you could consider different statuses and then assign the ticket to the other agent when the status changes
-
I love the hoodie!!
-
Hi @Coby Fuller Welcome to the group! Feel free to look around the Community, you'll likely find lots of idea for how to convince your company... Check out Jira Service Management page from Atlassian too for all the product features and pricing
-
Hi @Gabriel Cassi Welcome to the Community! Internal Notes won't go to the participants - only agents can see them. If you want to send a comment to participants it will need to be a public comment Hope that helps, Liam
-
No problem... if it does, feel free to accept my answer. If it doesn't, let me know and we can see what else we can try
-
Hi @Stéphanie Clarc Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, this isn't available out of the box with Jira. You could try the User Profiles for Confluence app - I don't have any experience with this app so I couldn't say how useful it is. Hope that helps, Liam
-
Hi @Matthew Webb Welcome to the Community! If you go to your Project Settings > Customer Notifications > Organisation Added you should be able to disable the notification
-
Hi @[deleted] I don't think you would be able to see all on one screen, but you could use tables in Confluence to show the data - although that would mean a manual task to update it each time. The other option would be to use a Confluence page to show a link to each page in Jira that holds the information, then although…
-
Are you using the Migration Tool?
-
Hi @Geoff Fontenova Is it just you this is happening to, or others too? Can you get a screenshot of your notification settings please? Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Sandhya Welcome to the Community! What error are you facing?
-
Hi @Doris Li Welcome to the Community!
-
Its really great to see that this is happening for all Cloud customers - I know it is important to so many people
-
I'm commenting on this partly to say that we've finished Schitt's Creek recently and loved it... partly to say that Sex Education is really funny... And mainly to get great recommendations of what to watch next - so thanks everyone for the great tips!
-
Hi @Troy Mobley Welcome to the Community! You'll find lots of helpful articles and links on the Community that should give you all the tools you need to progress with Jira. Good luck!
-
Hi @John Funk Thanks for such a warm welcome, great to be a part of the group. I think JSM is an area of Jira that I don't know as well, so I'm really interested to see all the different uses and tips
-
Hi all! Great to be part of this group, and always happy to help out with anything Jira. I've been using the products now for about two years, and have been a leader for coming up on a year. I think my favourite product is Jira Service Management, just because it is the one I'm most familiar with.
-
Great to see this group happen, and happy to be a part of it. I've used confluence for about 2 years, but still consider myself very new to it, so happy to learn lots from other users
-
Hi @Rebeca Ungureanu Unfortunately, I cannot see a way to reorder the reports - other than creating them in the order you need them. You could reach out to Atlassian to ask them to add this feature - although if this is not a popular request it may not get implemented. The other option would be to use a dashboard as this…
