If you're doing the tasks yourself, then you won't be getting notifications as you're doing the work. Can you take a screenshot of your permissions section please?
-
Have you tried any test cases - different ones where you're the reporter, the assignee, mentioned in a comment? If they don't work then have you checked your personal settings in Jira and your email spam filter?
-
Are you receiving any notifications at all from Jira?
-
Hi @nigel.bannister Have you tried the notification helper? If so, what was the outcome? If you haven't, please see below article on how to use it. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/ Hope that helps, Regards, Liam

Hi @Pritesh Gohil The below guide should show you how to link issues: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/link-an-issue/ Hope that helps, Regards, Liam

@Kate Clavet-D_Amelio no problem, just wanted to check. @Dirk Ronsmans not won yet, find out tomorrow!!

Welcome to the Community!
-
Very happy there is now a local(ish!) group!! Looking forward to the first event
-
@Kate Clavet-D_Amelio - I've had a notification that a parcel is coming from the US...should I be excited to receive swag?
-
Hi @Pritesh Gohil Glad you solved the problem. If you'd like to press 'accept' at the top of this trail it will mark the answer as accepted. Thanks, Liam

If you're familiar with REST API you could you that to find which specific field you need. Can be tricky if you aren't familiar though.
-
That sounds like you potentially have a number of 'station' fields
-
If all the options aren't showing then it sounds like you have the wrong custom field, is there possibly more than one?
-
No problem, glad you found it! Please feel free to mark my answer as 'accepted' if it helped.

@[deleted] How do you mean associate a field? Can you talk me through what you're trying to achieve? If you added a 'waiting for customer' status, you can either change the status manually, like you would for resolving a ticket, or you can put in automation that detects whether a comment was made by the reporter or not and…
-
I'd definitely suggest integrating a 'waiting for customer' status - then you can build the queue as originally discussed.
-
As far as I'm aware, there isn't an "unread comment" feature in the ticket itself, just notifications. If you look at my screenshot below, you will see how my workflow goes: So when a ticket comes in it is Awaiting Triage. After this, it goes to Waiting for Support. If we ask a question of a user it goes to Waiting for…
-
Hi @[deleted] Not quite, you can only have one query per queue. Before we flesh it out properly, when you reply to a request does it change to a different status? For example, if I have a ticket that is currently "waiting for support", when I reply the ticket changes to "waiting for customer"
-
Hi @[deleted] It certainly is! We use the below JQL: status in (Open, "Waiting for support") AND resolution = Unresolved AND assignee = currentUser() You would just need to match it to your 'open' status as some people name them differently.
-
Hi @[deleted] The notification bell in the top right will tell you when something has happened on a ticket. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
Hi That's much clearer, thank you. Rather than clicking on 'edit details', you need to select 'contexts and default value' as below: Then on the page that comes up you can click 'edit options' and add the options you need.
-
Hi @Pritesh Gohil Can you let me which article you're using and which step you made it to?
-
Hi @Mesut Yildiz Welcome to the Community! Happy to have you here
-
Hi @Robert Tedge Welcome to the Community! If Jira Structure refers to the add on app, it might be worth reaching out to the developer directly. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
Hi @nagaresanket150 Are you using Software or Jira Service Management? If you're using Software then this article should help, and if you're using JSM then try this link Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Pritesh Gohil Welcome to the Community! You will need to edit the values of the custom field - the below article should help: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/edit-or-delete-a-custom-field/ If you run into any problems, let me know. Hope that helps Regards, Liam

Hi @Derek Seay On the left of the screen there should be a Jira Service Management option. If you click there you can edit customers:
-
Hi @Derek Seay Welcome to the Community! I still have the option. If you click the cog and go to User Management - you should be able to click on Jira Service Management and edit the names from there. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
