Glad it helped!
-
Thanks for the rundown
-
Thanks for this - it will be really useful to be able to point users to this article!
-
Thanks for this - lots of apps on here that I didn't know about!
-
This is a great idea - I love a roundup! Hopefully it will help new members to dive in to lots of topics too. Thanks @Jimmy Seddon
-
Fully agree with this!
-
Thanks for this - never fully understood what a WebHook was!
-
Hi @Alexander Wegener You could copy the whole rule, then change the bits you need. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
I don't have any extra info other than the description really - you could set up some test projects to trial them. If my answer was helpful, feel free to accept it. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @noa harel If you go to Project settings > features then you can turn on a number of the features. To use all the features, you would need to create a new project. I think the 'services' would need a new project. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam

Apologies, I thought you were looking from an agent perspective, not user. Could you consider grouping your requests on the portal? That way you could group everything labelled 'benefits' under benefit? https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/organize-request-types-into-groups/
-
I was hoping I'd read your query wrongly, but I haven't. I can't think of a way of doing it unfortunately, but hopefully someone can.
-
Hi Patrick Are you saying you would like the bullet points to appear in the Table of Contents? Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @james_mckean Welcome to the Community! Can you share the JQL you are using please? Can you try: labels = benefits Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @阿部哲郎 Welcome to the Community! I've tagged your question so someone from Atlassian should see it, bear in mind though that it is New Year weekend. In the mean time, have you tried the below article? https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-Cloud-articles/Change-to-your-content-is-in-your-hands/ba-p/1324476 Thanks,…

Hi @Felicia Andronic Welcome to the Community! Are you a customer or agent on the service desk? Were you logging the ticket through the portal or another way?
-
Hi Matthew No, they're not. My current team doesn't use them, and searching for pages is still quite simple.
-
Hi I think you're both correct really. Labels are used to index pages mostly and search does work effectively without them, but it is a good habit to label pages properly if you're using it to find related pages. Hope that helps Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Sebastian P. (beecom) If you work it out in hours then you could use JQL. E.g. 09:00 Tuesday would be startofWeek("+57h) and 06:00 Saturday would be startofWeek("+174h). Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
No problem. Glad you sorted it. Feel free to 'accept' my answer if it helped. Regards, Liam
-
Hi @AxxiHELP Welcome to the Community! Are you trying to give people licences for Jira Service Management? If so, that is limited to 3 users. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
I've completed this...good luck!
-
Hi @gfernandez Currently this isn't possible with Jira. Atlassian have a suggestion for this that you can vote on and watch: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-328 Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Jo Fegan Welcome to the Community! Is there a reason that the customer cannot log into the Portal to see their tickets?
-
Hi @[deleted] Are the two issues linked once cloned?
-
Hi @Laura Potter There is no way to limit sections of a page unfortunately. One option would be to have the information on child pages, linked to the main page, then limit who can see the child page. You could also store the information in separate Jira tickets, and limit who can see the ticket. If you put a table of…

Hi @Wim Abts Of course, sorry - I had completely overlooked that! Yes, your suggestion would work - it seems a bit clunky, but without being able to change customer notifications on an individual level I cannot think of an alternative solution.
-
Hi @Wim Abts The user would need to go into their profile and make the change. I cannot find the document to do this on Server, but this article shows you on Cloud so hopefully the steps are similar: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/ Regards, Liam

Hi @Yamini Mathur Welcome to the Community! You've landed at the Atlassian community, we're an online forum providing advice and support for people using Jira, but cannot provide help regarding a user's account. You would need to contact Kobo directly to see if they can resolve your issue. Good luck, Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Wim Abts Essentially, yes. If the email address he is using is the same as someone else then Jira will not send a notification to that email as it thinks the reporter sent it. You could change that account so that the account is notified of its own changes. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
