Hi @Riyaz Mulla Welcome to the Community! Can you give me a bit more information to see if I can help: Is the agent able to see the dashboard but not the informaton? Can the agent not see the dashboard at all?
-
Hi @Gajanan Sasane You cannot currently automate request type changes as each have their own fields, etc. Are you saying you don't want the customer to know about the status change though? As you can edit the customer facing name. This page will show you how to do this. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam

Hi @Adam Howard Welcome to the Community! I don't use Jira within Teams myself, but have found a couple of things that will hopefully be useful. Firstly, this question thread contains quite a bit of information, including some set up steps. Secondly, the above mentions Microsoft Teams Jira Connector - so here is a link to…

@Alex Gerulaitis Opsgenie now comes bundled with JSM on cloud, so if you do find it helpful it is something to consider
-
Whilst I'm not strictly enterprise related, it's great to see all the useful content in one place - especially when it points me to things I have missed! Thanks @Dave LIAO !

Hugs all round!! But virtual of course! The most difficult thing about this whole pandemic (and I'm aware that for some people this will be quite minor) has been not hugging my mum. I can't wait until I'm allowed to hug all the family again. Always just a slack message away if anyone does need to talk

Congrats @Gonchik Tsymzhitov ! This is an amazing achievement!
-
Perfect Bill, thank you so much!
-
Hi @Bill Sheboy It's classic, and yes - the branch is finding no siblings. The trigger issue is a Task, all the issues in the epic are tasks. I wanted to use JQL to search the epic for any Tasks with a summary ~ "- Scheduled" (as there should only be one in each) but "epic link" = {{triggerissue.epiclink}} didn't work
-
Congratulations!!
-
@Carolina SILVA Yes, you need 'Security Level' visible on the Screen Scheme, and added to the view screen to see the padlock
-
@Carolina SILVA Is the Security field added to the correct scheme?

Hi @Juul Weijers One option would be to remove the customers from the project - if a customer does not have access to a project then it won't appear on their portal. Alternatively, there is a suggestion currently under consideration:…
-
Hi @Scott Harman As far as I'm aware, software project don't support 'customers' as such, so there wouldn't be a way to hide only certain comments
-
As someone who works on a very small cloud team, this is somewhat outside of my day-to-day work, but I find it all very interesting and I'm looking forward to reading the Adoption guide
-
Hi @Himanshu Nanda I understand now! Yes, it is very frustrating - The universal setting certainly doesn't work for all. Glad Ravi was able to solve the issue
-
Hi @Himanshu Nanda After you 'resolved' the issue, did it have the 'done' tick next to the status? I'm curious as to what a resolution scheme is? Could you expand on that please? Thanks, Liam

I love the big cats, because they really are just big cats! And I like a giraffe too. We're not too far from Chester Zoo and have been a few times. They have an amazing walk through bat exhibit, but Jodie hates them and they really stink so not good if it's a hot day
-
@Jenn Riek did you get my submission?
-
Great to hear about features I might have missed. Thanks @Monique vdB
-
That looks like it is a problem with your email provider then not with Jira
-
Hi @Shubha.Ramaiah Welcome to the Community! I'm going to turn this discussion into a question to help more people to see it. Firstly, is the issue affecting only you? Is it a spam filter issue? Can you do some test tickets to see if the notifications come through?
-
My 'desk' is currently the kitchen table! I'm surrounded by food all day, this is not good! I am adjacent to the kettle though so it's not all bad

Hi @Douglas A Evaretts Welcome to the Community!

Hi @Sam Boucot Welcome to the Community!

Hi @irfan khan Is this a classic or next gen project? If it is classic then you can create a new project using the same configuration, by scrolling to the bottom of the create project screen and choosing "Create with Shared Configuration" - any changes to the configuration would affect both projects though. The alternative…
-
Glad to know neither of us had missed anything and it is now sorted!
-
Hi @Kris Han You can reorder the fields from thee Request Type section. If you click Project Settings > Request Types then choose the request you want edit. You cannot move the Status or SLAs fields though. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
You too Nigel, let m know the outcome
-
They all look correct... I have to admit that I'm stumped Nigel. I'd suggest the next step is to contact Atlassian support and see if they can look into your specific instance and see if there is a problem. Sorry I couldn't help further. Regards, Liam
