-
Thanks @Shaziya Tambawala - all done. Speak to you on Thursday!
-
@Shaziya Tambawala I can't get on my email at the moment but really interested in doing this
-
I love that I inspired this! It's really interesting to hear more about fellow leaders

I really like this topic! - I've moved 7 times in 34 years, but 6 of those have been in the last 10 years! - Last time went really well, I moved in with my fiancee, so it was just a case of slowly bringing things over until it wouldn't all fit! - I have a teddy bear that my sister gave to me the day I was born, that's…

Hi @Sutton, Andrew If you do an advanced search, you can save that default filter as it automatically has all issues on it. You'd then need to work with Dashboards to output the data as needed. More information on Dashboards can be found here. Hope that helps, Liam
-
Hi @Praneetha Raghava I'd suggest using a filter that isn't project specific, then a Dashboard to manipulate the filter data
-
I agree with Brant, there is a lot of great Atlassian content out that that's sometimes difficult to locate

Welcome to the Group!

Sounds like the workarounds are a good interim, which is great. We have similar challenges in our own instance, so hopefully Atlassian will beef up SLAs in the future
-
Hi @Milan Chheda [INFOSYSTA] welcome to the Group!
-
Thank for bringing this up @Brendan O Reilly and thanks everyone for the helpful links!
-
Welcome to the group @Tom Kakanowski

Hi Rob You can't revert to a previous version as far as I know unfortunately. Whilst it doesn't help in this situation, you could get into the habit of exporting the rule before you make any changes so that you have a backup
-
Hi @May Liu Public name Once you've named your dashboard and pressed 'add' you will be able to add your gadgets to it :-)
-
The only other thing I can think of is that you're automatically trying to give them JSM access. Can you check there is nothing ticked when you're doing it? If possible, some step-by-step screenshots would be really helpful.
-
Hi @Richard Imbrogno Does adding the option "Assignee: From Unassigned" to the Stop criteria do anything?
-
If you click on the 'cog', then Billing > Manage Subscriptions it will tell you
-
Hi @Gajanan Sasane Thanks for clarifying. I don't know of any particular workarounds as such, but an answer to this question mentions getting some information from Atlassian to do it, so you may be able to open a request with them.
-
Hi @Anulatha Padmakumari Welcome to the Community! The headings are the field names, so it would not be possible to change this unfortunately. Regards, Liam
-
Can you check the users under Manage Licences?
-
Hi @Janīna Are you adding agents to Jira Service Management or for Jira Software?
-
Hi @Asia Welcome to the Community! Have you tried using a smaller file size? That usually helps when I have this problem! Regards, Liam
-
Hi @May Liu Public name Welcome to the Community! As far as I'm aware, the reporting page only shows line graphs. If you create a Dashboard for your project then you'll be able to add pie charts and other features to this. If you've not used Dashboards before, then this guide should be helpful. Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Tomasz Muchajer Welcome to the Community! Do you have the Export Space setting? Are you looking to export a whole space or just select pages? Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Janīna Welcome to the Community! Are you already at the maximum number of users? Regards, Liam
