Can they go into both projects? Or does one not allow access?

Hi @Mark Wheeler If you go into your project settings, then request type, under 'agent view' you can reorder your fields, and if you scroll down you can place some under the 'hide when empty' heading. Hope that helps, Liam

Hi Jop I'd try it on a test project first. But does it not automatically move the subtasks? If not, could you export them and then import them into your new project, then delete the old project?
