Ok - so I have two schools of thought on this. One is that I'd like to go back to various points in my own life to either clarify things, or just to remember them (I've either forgotten through alcohol, or because I was a small child at the time!), or to pivotal moments in my family history (e.g. my grandparents meeting).…

I think its a really great idea to showcase how other teams use JSM - we use it for our HR and customer service team * Did they ask to start using it or did you recommend it to them? - We recommended to both teams, and showcased how it worked for the IT team * How are they using JSM now? - the HR team have really flown…

Hi @Afonso Dourado That is strange. Can you try logging into another machine? Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Afonso Dourado Is anyone else in your organisation experiencing this?
-
Hi @Afonso Dourado Welcome to the Community! I'm not aware of anyone having that issue. Are any others in your organisation experiencing this? Have you tried the usual clearing cache and restarting your machine? Thanks, Liam

Hi @Piergiorgio Masia Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, mandatory fields are not yet possible in team managed (formerly next gen) projects. If you keep an eye on the Roadmap, you will be able to see if this is a feature Atlassian are planning to implement. Thanks, Liam

Hi @Nitesh Utmani You're very welcome. If my answer was helpful, feel free to 'accept' it at the top of this page. Thanks, Liam

Hi @Carolina SILVA That makes more sense to me now, thank you! I think the only option here would be to export the whole thing as HTML, then re-export every time you make changes.
-
Hi @Nachiyar M Glad it is sorted
-
Hi @Carolina SILVA If I'm honest, I'm not sure what you'd do after exporting. I think that would be a question for your web developers. I'm a little confused as to why you wouldn't host it on Confluence in the first place? As with your export method you'll need to re-export every time you make a change to the…

Hi @Nachiyar M If you click Project settings > Email requests > View logs it will show your email logs. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Nachiyar M Are you getting any errors in your Jira log? Thanks, Liam
-
I've just tested it, and the ticket was created ... so my point is incorrect!
-
@Jack Brickey I see where you're coming from, but isn't the issue here related to the fact that only customers can send emails to log tickets on this service desk?
-
Do you get a log on import? Which fields are not imported?
-
Can you add yourself as a customer and see if that resolves please?
-
Hi @Paulo Barbosa Are you listed as a 'customer' on this project?
-
Hi @shikha Goswami Could you talk me through the steps you're trying please so I can see if I can help? Thanks, Liam
-
Hi Could you get a screenshot of the error log and also of the email settings page please?
-
Hi @Carolina SILVA This article describes how to export a space as HTML, hopefully it is useful. Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Paulo Barbosa Welcome to the Community! Is this an email you've set up, or the one the Jira provides? Thanks, Liam
-
Hi @Mark Dixon I'm very glad we managed to get there and that the issue is now resolved. If you think my answers were useful, please feel free to 'accept' the answer at the top of this page. Thanks, Liam

Hi @Mark Dixon In that case then, I'm stumped. We don't actually use sprints that often, so it isn't entirely an area of expertise. I have found this article, the last section seems like it might be helpful... Could you get a screenshot of the board settings and I'll see if anything looks amis. Thanks, Liam

I fully agree with everyone saying pineapple does belong on pizza! I think my favourite everyday fruit is a banana... they're just quick to grab. As far as 'exotic' fruits go, it would have to be passion fruit - it goes great with most cocktails!
