Hi Benjamin I'm not certain - but would it not be XX.atlassian.net - where XX is whatever is before your .atlassian when you log on.
-
Hi @Peter Reiser I've just been made aware that my info above is incorrect. There is currently no way to migrate a project to the new ITSM template. You would need to do a manual move of a current project. My advice would be to see if it is something you need straight away, and to wait and see if Atlassian do offer a…

@Gökçe Gürsel {Appfire} - I'm out of ideas too! njain2@markem-imaje.com - I think your best option here is to log the issue with Atlassian to see what they can do.
-
I'm confused by your last question - can you clarify what you mean please?
-
Hi @Suma Pralhad Kustagi If you look at the history of one of the tickets that has been 'force resolved' what does it tell you?
-
Well that sounds like an administrative nightmare :D It may be possible - you could try doing a test in a test project, or with an unused workflow. But it isn't something I've ever seen
-
It may be something to do with a limit on the number of admins then. Can you try temporarily removing one of the others to see if it works?
-
Hi @MaurerD Do you currently have other admins, e.g. project admins on your account?
-
Hi @Peter Reiser All projects should migrate to the new format over the next few weeks. I can't see that there is a way to force this through for a particular project. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Ira Welcome to the Community! I have yet to find this - so I don't think it is a setting that can be changed unfortunately. I always use the exact key as you do, which does work - but relies on knowing the key. Sorry I couldn't help further Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Yohei Kobayashi Welcome to the Community! Is your 'test' site a free site? If so, has it reached the maximum number of users? Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Julien Guilbert As far as I'm aware, renaming the workflow would break the filter - I just tried it on cloud and it did break. Depending on how many filters you have, could you not go through and make the change then re-sav the filter? Regards, Liam
-
Hi @ad79 You could do this with Confluence. It supports a knowledge base that you can embed videos into the help pages. https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence That's the link for the Confluence page. Take a look around and if you have any queries, drop another question in.

Hi @Gonzalo Benitez de lugo What error does the log give for this?
-
Hi @Jim Stewart If you go into Project settings > Customer notifications You can turn all notifications off there. I would suggest not using live users for testing though.
-
Hi njain2@markem-imaje.com Do you have automation set up to pre-populate the fields?
-
I really love this idea and finding out more about our Community team!
-
I'm not sure how the back end view that though - if it is just a link Jira might not have the ability to distinguish. I'd say the best thing to do would be to log a feature request with Atlassian
-
@Iago Docando - I agree it would be much worse - and either way it would be a manual task. With your idea there would be much less chance of missing tickets. @serge calderara - I think the reason it isn't done that way is because a Request Type could be included in more than one Category so Jira would struggle with this
-
Hi @serge calderara @Iago Docando is right, this isn't something that you can automatically do. Iago's solution would work - or there is an alternative. If you create a custom field called something like 'Portal Category' and fill it with your categories then you could hide it from your request form and have it…
-
Hi Craig Are you on the free plan?
-
Hi Suma You could add it to an existing project, yes - but it would have the limitations as listed above. You would need a multi checkbox field. Regards, Liam
-
Hi @artur.l.ext If there are only a few users that you do not want to run the transition then you will need to add all users to a group apart from the users who should not run the transition. What you could then do is have all users automatically join the group when you create them - then you can just remove them if…
-
Yes, I don't think it should be blank - so if you remove it and add a new one it should work
-
Hi @Rodriguez, Jhon Ronald There is no native way to export the report. You could add it to a dashboard, then share with the relevant people. The other option is to use an add on, such as the following: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/5167/better-pdf-exporter-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview It would allow you to…
-
Hi @Snorre Selmer It will be an issue with the Post Functions in the workflow - you will need to add a post function that adds the resolution. The below guide should help: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-advanced-issue-workflows/ Regards, Liam
-
Could you create two new statuses (called Temp1 and Temp2 for example) - then move all your 'to do' tasks to Temp1 and all your 'done' tasks to Temp2. That way you will have 2 empty columns - then you can move your columns around as needed and then move your tasks back to the correct column and delete Temp1 and 2.
-
No problem, happy to help.
-
@ryan No problem. Try setting your In Review stage as your 'To do' in the mean time then change them all around. If I've solved your problem, feel free to mark my answer as 'accepted'. Regards, Liam

Hi @Gor Hakobyan This would be possible using automation. On server there is an add on called Automation for Jira. There is a lite version too which is free: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211836/automation-for-jira-server-lite?hosting=server&tab=overview If you look around them you can see which fits your needs…
