Hi @Jemma Swaak Thx for your feedback. My question was, could we open Rovo MCP only for members of Group X and/or Y first (for validation) instead of enabling it for all users. Or maybe in the future only members from a group like "Rovo MCP allowed users" could use it, for others it should stay disabled.
-
As an admin we want to test the Atlassian Rovo MCP first with a set of specific users / roles. Today when you enable Atlassian Rovo MCP it is activated for all users. Will there be a way to manage who may or may not use the Atlassian Rovo MCP?
-
Hi Can those service accounts be managed from your internal scim like Okta? Regards Alex
-
Thx Marc I was hoping that it would not be needed for cloud to cloud integrations. As we would like to schedule the imports I will not run it for my local machine. Alex
-
Thx @Trudy P Claspill and @Valerie Knapp that could be a solution, I was hoping that Atlassian would share their lessons learned / way of working with us :-)

We are using 'Risks' as a default issue type and not set as a hierarchy. We link them with the issue links 'blocks, blocked by' to the issue type with the risk. That way you can visualise them in your dependency view in plans
-
Thx @Stephen_Lugton That's the workaround we where thinking of, but we are talking about 1670 initiatives to be moved back 'up' and 23 650 epics to be relinked to the new layer issue The parent links will all break.
-
What if you want to add an extra layer in between (for example a layer between initiative and epic), but you have more then 250 issues with a parent link between epics and initiatives. Jira is not accepting this change, what would be the best workaround?
-
Solved by providing the 'browse' permissions, in the projects permissions scheme, for the user that is used to import the data.
-
Could you translate the Cookiebot screen please? ;-)

Hi Lucy We are using assets for our Agile way of working, so more in a JSW context. We are managing 'value streams', the organigram from the organization, the applications (with components, environments, etc) and the link between all of them in Assets. It would be nice if Assets custom fields would be made available in…

Hi @Rathesh Richards we are using Advanced Roadmaps. Do you mean that this features also exist in the Advance Roadmaps in DataCenter?
-
I think I know the answer, but if and when will this be available for Jira Software DataCenter?

Where is the dislike button when you need it?

thx @Max Foerster - K15t I hope you enjoyed your holiday :-) We found the cause. Hi I assume you mean 'behaviours' from scriptrunner? We used 'behaviours' to make the field mandatory in some issue types: But you still need to add the 'parent link' field to your create and/or edit screens
-
What have been used to make the issue type 'initiative' a parent from an Epic? Did you use 'Plans' or something similar? Is that used add-on still active or is it expired? We need more info ...
-
Is this for Cloud or DC?
-
Did you find a solution?

Solved Bitbucket and Confluence running on the same server, are both using the same hazelcast port for some reason. Bitbucket was upgrade a week ago. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-11972

Succes en welkom @Theo van Stratum

thx for your reply @Krzysztof Dubanowicz , but that's not what we expected. If you can schedule it, you don't want to have to change it manually before it can be executed. A suggestion could be instead of the field 'include data from* and have to fill in a date, you should be able to add a variable, like, include data from…

Our organization is splitted in domains, each domain contain Tribes and each tribe has multiple squads (scrum teams). In Jira we have Projects per Domain, that contain the Theme (strategic teams that can take more than 3 years). The child issue of a team is an initiative (can take max 1 year) to meet the goals of the…

Hi I want to try to re-watch the event. But when browsing to: https://events.atlassian.com/itsm-events-hub and trying to 'login', I always get directed to the registration page. I can't find a login page. What's the trick? Thx in advance Alex

you can use it to show issues according to a JQL, but you can also use it to show 'child issues' or 'linked issues' for example show all issues that have a link type 'blocked' again showing the custom fields you need:
-
We are using 'Issue Matrix' (on premise, not cloud) Where you can add a JQL filter and select the fields to show in the columns: This is a custom field, where you can select the jql and columns in the field context:

The day starts with the (virtual) standup who is taking always longer as it should. As we are a team that supports multiple applications, we (my colleague and I are only working on the Atlassian platform) have a daily 121 after the standup to talk about the 'real stuff', new incidents / change requests in Remedy Force :s…
