Maybe you can check this user group: We replaced the Jira System Admin requirement with a Jet by Jira Align user group permission that can be turned on for any user. Can you please try exporting a single capability then pasting in the data from your import directly over that single capability and reimporting the file. This should help maintain the file type. Its tied to logging time on a Story in JSW. Jira Align has time logging capabilities on Tasks but not Stories. To account for time logged on a Story in JSW the Jira Connector will create a child Task to log the time in Jira Align.
